Massachusetts Governor: Dead Islamic Terrorist has a right to privacy

When every state agency in Massachusetts cites the same reason for requests from the Boston Herald to provide information about how much tax dollars Tamerlan Tsarnaev received in the form of welfare benefits as being a ‘right to privacy’, we’ve got reason to conclude such uniform denials are coming right from the top. In this case, that would be Governor Deval Patrick.

Via Boston Herald (h/t WZ):

The Patrick administration clamped down the lid yesterday on Herald requests for details of Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s government benefits, citing the dead terror mastermind’s right to privacy.

Across the board, state agencies flatly refused to provide information about the taxpayer-funded lifestyle for the 26-year-old man and his brother and accused accomplice Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19.

So, according to the Governor of the State of Massachusetts, a dead Jihadi terrorist has a right to privacy. Yet, that dead Jihadi terrorist apparently believed that individuals who represented a source of his benefits did not have the right to live.

Perhaps it’s time to revisit Governor Patrick’s coziness with a very questionable mosque and Imam:
