Today’s Barrack Show – Ansar al-Sharia Egypt

On Today’s show…

Ansar al-Sharia Egypt has not gotten nearly enough attention when it comes to Benghazi. Last year, al-Qaeda was on the run. One year later, the personnel in U.S. embassies all over the Middle East are on the run. That we haven’t been told the truth about Ansar al-Sharia Egypt (and so many other things) may help to explain that.

Why is Ansar al-Sharia Egypt so important? Evidence continues to mount that this branch was involved in the 9/11/12 Benghazi attacks. Meanwhile, CNN is breaking unrelated stories like the the CIA using intimidation on Benghazi witnesses and an Ansar al-Sharia Libya commander being interviewed by CNN reporter Arwa Damon.

How about Drew Griffin, a reporter with CNN who should have become radioactive in journalism after his behavior in October 2008. He is now being given credibility for his report on the CIA intimidation. Griffin’s behavior in 2008 was so egregious that he should no longer be considered credible.

Another CNN reporter – Nic Robertson – interviewed the brother of Ayman al-Zawahiri (Mohamed al-Zawahiri) outside the U.S. Embassy in Cairo last year on the day the embassy was attacked. The protests going on at the time were about demanding the release of Omar Abdel Rahman (the “Blind Sheikh”), not an anti-Muhammad video.

Mohamed al-Zawahiri is also a prominent figure in Ansar al-Sharia Egypt, a branch of the group that no one wants to pay attention to.

On another note, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) thoroughly grilled IRS Commissioner Danny Werfel right before telling him that he would be issuing a subpoena to Treasury Secretary Jack Lew.
