Hannity goes eight minutes with Weiner; no Huma Questions

To his credit, Sean Hannity has been holding Republican politicians’ feet to the fire when it comes to Obamacare, the Government shutdown, the debt ceiling, etc. When they don’t hold firm to conservative principles, Hannity is among the first ones to jump on them for going wobbly. He has also been an outspoken critic of the Muslim Brotherhood and knows full well the questions surrounding Huma Abedin, the wife of Anthony Weiner.

Hannity: Eight minutes with Weiner; not one question about Huma.

Hannity: Eight minutes with Weiner; not one question about Huma.

To his discredit, the Fox News host had a prime time opportunity to ask the former Congressman / NYC Mayoral candidate Weiner about allegations that his wife is connected to the Muslim Brotherhood through multiple family members. To this point, no one has really pressed Weiner about his in-laws. Hannity had plenty of opportunities to do so but chose not to.

As you watch this interview from last night’s Hannity program, ask yourself if the Fox News host’s time could have been better spent (h/t WZ):

Those who are willing to take the position that Hannity didn’t ask Weiner about these connections because he didn’t know about them would be mistaken. This past July, during Hannity’s Saving America panel, Brooke Goldstein brought up Huma Abedin’s ties to the Muslim Brotherhood as being the scandal that’s much bigger than Weinergate II. Hannity’s response to that was, “great point”. Monica Crowley then jumped in and said Abedin’s ties to the Brotherhood is a much bigger scandal; Hannity did not disagree:
