Few would deny that western countries are in a state of moral decay, which is not to say that they can’t have a revival, but moral decay has been the trend for some time. The opposite has been happening among the people of Russia. Forget politics for a minute. A culture that protects unborn life, traditional marriage, and Christian believers from barbaric jihadists is on the rise within that country. The exact opposite is happening all across western civilization.

Whether Vladimir Putin wants to resurrect the Soviet empire is immaterial in at least one respect. The culture – not necessarily the leadership – in Russia is becoming more righteous while the leadership in the west has been destroying its once righteous culture without sufficient push-back.
