The Government Of France Fights Against The Islamic Persecution Of Christians, And Opens Its Borders To All Persecuted Christians In Iraq

By Theodore Shoebat

The government of France is fighting against the Islamic persecution of Christians, and has opened up its borders for the persecuted Christians in Iraq. French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius and Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve said in a joint statement last week:

France is outraged by these abuses that it condemns with the utmost firmness … The ultimatum given to these communities in Mosul by the Islamic State is the latest tragic example of the terrible threat that extremist groups in Iraq pose to these populations that are historically an integral part of this region… We are ready, if they wish, to facilitate their asylum in France. …We are in constant contact with local and national authorities to ensure everything is done to protect them

God bless France for this. France was the first country to take part in the Crusades in order to preserve the Christian brethren in the East from the Muslim hordes, and till this day it has a glimmer of that same zeal.
