Operation Fast and FurISIS

In operation Fast and Furious, officials in the Obama administration intentionally allowed high powered weapons to be taken into Mexico and given to drug cartels that used those guns to kill an untold number of innocent people. Last month, both the U.S. House and U.S. Senate voted to allow high powered weapons to be airdropped into Syria. Many of those weapons are in the hands of ISIS terrorists who use those weapons to kill an untold number of innocent people.

In the case of Congress, those who voted ‘YEA’ reasoned that the weapons would go to ‘moderate’ rebels. As the video below – coupled with other evidence – shows, that’s not what’s happening.

Earlier this week, it was revealed that U.S. humanitarian aid intended for victims of ISIS terror was actually ending up in the hands of ISIS terrorists. Now, it appears the U.S. is airdropping weapons to ISIS as well. Last week, Shoebat.com relayed a report from NPR that weaponry intended for Syria’s ‘moderate’ rebels was finding its way into the hands of ISIS. It now looks like the U.S. is airdropping weapons directly to ISIS:

In a report posted by the Daily Beast:

In a new video, ISIS shows American-made weapons it says were intended for the Kurds but actually were air dropped into territory they control.

At least one bundle of U.S. weapons airdropped in Syria appears to have fallen into the hands of ISIS, a dangerous misfire in the American mission to speed aid to Kurdish forces making their stand in Kobani.

An ISIS-associated YouTube account posted a new video online Tuesday entitled, “Weapons and munitions dropped by American planes and landed in the areas controlled by the Islamic State in Kobani.” The video was also posted on the Twitter account of “a3maq news,” which acts as an unofficial media arm of ISIS. The outfit has previously posted videos of ISIS fighters firing American made Howitzer cannons and seizing marijuana fields in Syria.

ISIS had broadly advertised its acquisition of a broad range of U.S.-made weapons during its rampage across Iraq. ISIS videos have showed its fighters driving U.S. tanks, MRAPs, Humvees. There are unconfirmed reports ISIS has stolen three fighter planes from Iraqi bases it conquered.

One bundle of U.S. weapons? Based on the NPR report published prior to this video, this problem appears to be far more common of an occurrence.

Again, as Shoebat.com reported, both the U.S. House and U.S. Senate voted to arm Syria’s moderate rebels last month. As was easily predicted and as is increasingly obvious, this was a bad idea. Pardon the pun but it’s not rocket science.

Any Congressman or Senator who voted to arm Syria’s rebels should be accountable for this, just as every member of the Obama administration involved in Fast and Furious should be.
