Saudi Arabia Makes New Law: If You Get Caught Bringing In Bibles You Will Be Executed

By Theodore Shoebat

Saudi Arabia, according to some reports, has made a new law that if you get caught bringing in Bibles into their country, then you will face punishment, even death. According to Paul Washer of HeartCry Missionary Society,

“[T]he new law extends to the importing of all illegal drugs and ‘all publications that have a prejudice to any other religious beliefs other than Islam… In other words, anyone who attempts to bring Bibles or gospel literature into the country will have all materials confiscated and be imprisoned and sentenced to death.

According to Nina Shea, director of the Washington-based Hudson Institute’s Center for Religious Freedom,

Saudi Arabia is continuing the religious cleansing that has always been its official policy… It is the only nation state in the world with the official policy of banning all churches. This is enforced even though there are over 2 million Christian foreign workers in that country. Those victimized are typically poor, from Asian and African countries with weak governments.

The Saudi Arabian embassy in the US has refused to say anything on this. “Sometimes they don’t want to say anything [to the media],” said a Saudi Embassy worker. The silence of Saudi Arabia only shows what tyranny the Muslims there are planning against Christians.
