Three Hundred Muslims Charge Into Christian Village To Slaughter Christians, The Christians Surprise The Muslims With Bows And Arrows, Kill A Muslim And Wound Many Others (MODERN DAY CHRISTIAN WARRIORS, RISE UP!)

By Theodore Shoebat

There was a war in Heaven, and that very battle has come down to us, and we must partake in it. The Armies of the Cross arise like the roaring torrent of ascending waves, to strike the griddle rocks and shatter them, and to every devil that tries to break them, they cut them asunder.

Just look at the valiancy of these modern Christian warriors of Bangladesh who, when a mob of three hundred Muslims came to attack their village, they fought back with righteous rage and pure heart. According to the report written on the event:

On January 24, over 300 members of the Islamic community descended upon the village. The Catholics defended themselves with bows and arrows, their traditional weapons, and a Muslim was killed. The sparked the Muslims anger and a mob looted rice, food, clothes, money, more than 100 cows, and set fire to all the 60 houses of the settlement.

Police arrested 19 Catholics for the death of a Muslim. Both sides have reported many wounded.

After hearing such a story we must ask with David: “Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?” (Psalm 2:1) They rage because they have no purity of heart, and thus know not God, but their father the devil. Our Lord said: “Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.” (Matthew 5:8)

The warrior, who fights evil and confronts the sinister to their faces, are the pure in heart. For they have no concern for the self, but instead, strive for the wellbeing of others, even at the expense of their own lives.

St. Paul says: “Now the purpose of the commandment is love from a pure heart” (1 Timothy 1:5). Therefore, those who bring the law to the wicked, being an instrument of divine justice, pour out their love for God and their hatred for evil with a pure heart. The Apostle continues to say:

the law is not made for a righteous person, but for the lawless and insubordinate, for the ungodly and for sinners, for the unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, for fornicators, for sodomites, for kidnappers, for liars, for perjurers, and if there is any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine ( 1 Timothy 1:9-10).

And so when the righteous fighters, and those pure hearted soldiers who fight a good warfare, uplift the sword and slay the evildoers, the perverts, the murderers, the godless and depraved, they do so for the Divine Law, and they commit the holy action with pristine will, not killing for themselves, but for the good of others, preventing the wicked from preying on the vulnerable and the helpless.

When the Christian warrior strikes, he takes away a bringer of death, and through his sword, gives life. For “All those who hate me love death” (Proverbs 8:36), and so to kill the haters of God, is to prevent the death of the innocent, and maintain the lives of the righteous, the upright and the defenseless.

When the warrior fights, he does not fight for himself, but for God. For he has denied himself, picked up his cross and follows Christ. He gives up his self as an offering to Christ, and his body he gives up as “a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.” (Romans 12:1)

He does not fight to gratify himself, but to please God. He strives for the death of death, by destroying the promoters of death, and exerts himself for the advancement of peace. As our Lord says:

Blessed are the peacemakers,
For they shall be called sons of God. (Matthew 5:9)

Surely the knight of Christ fights for peace and is worthy of being called a son of God. He strikes with full exertion, with the purest of divine love and mercy, with utter disregard for his own life, and with full concern for the lives of others, protecting them from the blade of the sinister.

In the heart of every warrior, is the denial of the self.

When Gideon overthrew the altar of Baal and repulsed the Midianites with the sword, he did not do it for his own gain, but for God; when Moses and Joshua, and all the mighty men of Israel, combated against the Amelekites, they did not do so for their own profit, but for God; when the children of Israel eradicated the Benjaminites because they defended a gang of sodomites, they did not do so for earthly treasures, but for treasures in Heaven; when Moses slew the Egyptian, he did not slay for his own life, but for the life of another; when Christ unsheathed a whip and struck the thieves, He did it for the House of His Father; when all of these holy men, including our Lord, committed such feats of courage and valiancy, they didn’t do it for the pleasing of the self, but in the denial of the self.

In the victory of every Holy War, man is not exalted, God is exalted. At the death of the pagan, Christ is glorified.
