The History Of Christendom Is Not All Courageous And Good Knights, But A War Between The Church And Europe

By Theodore Shoebat

In the history of Christendom, what you will find is not all all good Catholic knights, but a struggle between the Church (universalism) and Europe (nationalism). The first consists of nations under the banner of the Christian Faith, while the latter is nations under their own nationalist egoisms. This is the subject of my latest video:

I disagree that universalism isn’t nationalism; God says He has a kingdom, which is form of government. This implies a divine nation, to which Christians *should* be nationalist. Personally I ascribe to Heiser’s view in the Unseen Realm: At Babel, God created the human nations, ascribing a spiritual prince to each to judge them, then declared His kingdom to be at war with them. This is why humans are obsessed with war; we’ve been in one started by God, spiritual princes, and men for centuries. This is why Christ Himself will return to wage war on the nations as a king, and not just an emissary priest (like last time).

Anything that sounds like one world government and merging or ignoring nations smacks of Babel, and that unified rebellion against God trying to raise it’s ugly head again. This is what the satanists still want, to prove they are right and God is wrong. The spiritual princes want this as much as the hidden human rulers of the system.

Even when Christ returns, there will still be nations around that get ruled (other than His kingdom). So He still has plans for them, even after He returns.

The Church is a “supranation”, that is, it is a nation above all nations. That’s why in the Apocalypse, we hear the phrase, “Out of nations,” in the praise of Christ, “Thou has redeemed us.”

The Church is also royalty because Christ is the head as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

It is why Christ commissioned the disciples to make disciples of all nations.

We have to balance one’s feeling of patriotism against Christian ethics.

St. John Chrysostom’s sermon is more important than ever as he exhorted all of us to be focused more on our heavenly citizenship than our natural citizenship.

        Amen to everything you said!

My kingdom is not of this world.

      • Ceirwyn

Exactly: God wants Christian nationalism first. So Christians need to redirect their nationalistic feelings toward His kingdom. That will keeps us free from the fascist/nazi/Marxist lies.

Reminds me how with support of then President Clinton, businesses in the US could not send enough business overseas to Communist China. People forget it is a communist country, as though that term means nothing. Now that China has built up their military, they are a considerable threat.

    Interesting closing song.

And Happy New Year to all the Shoebat clan.

CHINA: In his previous video on nationalism serving Antichrist like it served Hitler he explains how a worldwide Catholic church putting their nationalism at a lower pedestal than obedience to pope (which would be a type of of worldwide Catholic “caliphate” with pope as its head) is a counter balance against another Hitler.. In china some things are slightly inversed. The underground / house churches there are probably protestant and not even Episcopalian. Whereas during reformation when protestant monarchs ruled in Europe Catholic church had to go underground have had to smuggle “priests” to say the “mass”.

    Something to think about:

During the reign of the Roman Emperor Constantine the Great (306–337 AD), Christianity began to transition to the dominant religion of the Roman Empire.

    The Roman empire fell apart.

The Roman Catholic church took over the reign of government.

The Roman Catholic church lost power over governments.

The Roman Catholic church, Orthodox and Anglican church are pushing for a one world church again.

The Pope is a Jesuit whose order was created by a mason.

The Masons who run governments also have their headquarters in London.

Above them is the Royl Grter who is ruled by the head monarch.

The head monarch once their is a king will be the high priest of many churches as well as the king of kings.

What has been broken has been fixed, again there will be a king over religion and governments.

    Daniel 8:23-25King James Version (KJV)

23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to
the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark
    sentences, shall stand up.

24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall
destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy
the mighty and the holy people.

    25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand;
and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy
many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall
    be broken without hand.

(Note dark sentences are talking about occult worship, freemasonry is called the craft and transgressor come to the full means they have become as wicked as they can be.)

    • OrthodoxChristianAmerican

      Really confused there buddy. You said;

“During the reign of the Roman Emperor Constantine the Great (306–337
AD), Christianity began to transition to the dominant religion of the
      Roman Empire.”

Enabling many people to hear and believe in the Gospel and be saved.

      “The Roman empire fell apart.”

No, it didn’t. The very Emperor you mentioned established the city of New Rome or Constantinople, and it became the capital of the Roman Empire which survived in the East for over a thousand more years, falling in 1453 AD. Can’t blame Christianity for the fall of the Roman Empire.

“The Roman Catholic church took over the reign of government.”

Not quite. As a Orthodox Christian and former Roman Catholic, I can say that the Patriarch of the West, the Bishop of Old Rome, that Office fell into the hands of Germanic Warlords who made that position what it is claimed to be, falling from the Orthodoxy, the actual Catholic and Apostolic faith established by Jesus Christ for men’s salvation on Earth, beginning in 1054 AD.

“The Roman Catholic church lost power over governments.”

The Papacy never had complete temporal control even in the West, frequently getting into quarrels with the Monarchs.

“The Pope is a Jesuit whose order was created by a mason.”

Pope Francis is a Jesuit, not a fan of him, the Jesuits, or the Freemasons, but the Jesuits were most certainly not founded by a Mason. The Company was founded centuries before Freemasonry.

“The Masons who run governments also have their headquarters in London.

Above them is the Royl Grter who is ruled by the head monarch.”

You must be thinking of the City, in London, the world’s primary financial banking district.

The Order of the Garter is an element of the Elites, but the British House of Windsor isn’t Antichrist.

The rest of what you’ve written is based on these mistakes, so is literally not answerable.

      • David W

He, like the rest of the Protestant schismatics, considers the Orthodox and Catholic churches as the seat of the Antichrist. He also thinks he and his coreligionists will get raptured out before things get bad. Standard Jack Chick tract…

        • OrthodoxChristianAmerican

It’s a shame what the ”traditions of men” have done to them in their desire for innovation, to oppose the ”traditions of God” which are the salvific, life-giving and ever young doctrines passed down to the One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church.

The Jesuits were organized by religious zealot Ignatius Loyola. They have been identified as the controllers behind the the US Government. They are themselves merely lieutenants of the Cult of Aton. The imagery of their emblem leaves us in no doubt as to their occult history and agenda. Michael Tsarion

The power of the General [Black Pope] shall be so unlimited that should he deem it necessary for the honor of God, he shall even be able to send back, or in other directions, those who have come direct from Popes Ignatius Loyola / quoted by Michael Tsarion

…most of the bodies…such as the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite, the Rite of Avignon, the Order of the Temple…are nearly all the offspring of the sons of Ignatius Loyola
Helena Petrovna Blavatsky / Isis Unveiled (quoted by Michael Tsarion)

However, in Loyola’s exercises there is a subtle but important difference. While the Rosicrucian techniques were designed to help achieve a free-willed,free-thinking exchange with beings from higher hierarchies, the spiritual exercises of Ignatius Loyola are intended to still the will and induce a state of unquestioning obedience like a soldier’s. ‘Take, Lord, and receive all my memory, my understanding and my whole will, everything I have.’
Mark Booth / The Secret History of the World

In the Society of Jesus, he [Ignatius Loyola] set up six degrees for
advancement, which are the same as in Freemasonry; its doctrines are
similar to those of the Jewish Mishnah.Eustace Mullins / The Curse of Canaan

…from 1520 on he was a member of an Illuminati sect in Salamanca called Alombrados; in 1527 he was tried be an ecclesiastical commission because of his membership in this sect; he was acquitted.
Eustace Mullins / The Curse of Canaan

It is possible that in a Jerusalem-bound ship named Negrona, Commander Diego Maned turned over the litanies, lists, secret codes, formulae, cabalah, and other portable assets comprising the Knights Templar resources to Inigo. If this indeed happened, the Western world’s secret infrastructure was now Loyola’s to populate and manipulate in the cause of learning against learning. That is my hypothesis. What is not hypothesis is that as soon as the pilgrim returned from Jerusalem he began vesting himself with Medici learning.
Tupper Saussy / Rulers of Evil

Stripped of everything but sackcloth, a gourd for drinking and a pilgrim’s
staff, he adopted the lifestyle of the early Knights Templar, begging
food and alms. He was initiated into the Illuminati, the “Enlightened
Ones,” a secret society of gnostic fundamentalists who preached that all matter is absolutely and eternally evil.
Tupper Saussy / Rulers of Evil

He was born in 1491 to a rich family, youngest of eight boys, one of
thirteen children. His older brother had sailed to the New World with
        Christopher Columbus.
Tupper Saussy / Rulers of Evil

…the chief aim of all our efforts ought to be to procure the confidence and favour of princes and men in places of distinction, to the end that no one might dare to offer opposition to us, but, on the contrary, that all
        should be subject to us.
Ignatius Loyola / Secret Instructions of the Jesuits

Where the Crusades had failed, Loyola would succeed. His Order would: revive the suppressed Knights Templars as “Freemasons;” use Napoleon’s invasion of Egypt to ultimately destroy the Mamelukes; reorder the Pope’s defeated Knights of Malta; destroy the Ottoman Empire; take the Temple Mount from Jordan; internationalize the Holy City and place a Pope of his making in a new Hebrew Temple as the Universal Monarch of the World to be Satan’s “wild beast.”
Rene Fulop-Miller / The Power and Secret of the Jesuits

I have done much good to the Church of Rome — I have seen many provinces of our men, many colleges, houses, residences, and wealth belonging to our Society; but all these things desert me now, and I know not whither to turn!
Ignatius Loyola / his dying words

The nobility and populace must, by all methods, be persuaded into a belief that the Society was instituted by the particular direction of divine
providence, according to the prophecies of the abbot Jachim, that by
this means the church, though depressed by the attempts of heretics, may be raised again to its primitive luster.
Ignatius Loyola / Secret Instructions of the Jesuits

The The Extreme Oath of the Jesuits
The Oath of the Knights of Columbus, Knights of Malta, Rhodes Scholars and Illuminati is based upon the Oath of the Jesuits.

The Monarch runs the Jesuit order!

You are a complete fool if you think the either sloppy, poor, mendacious, or frankly insane writings of such BS ”Scholars” as Michael Tsarion and Helena Blavatsky is any kind of proof of anything other than your own delusion. And that ”Cult of Aton” baloney shows you’re not even really a Christian, just like Tsarion and the theosophist Blavatsky! Almost every single ”quote” you sourced as ”evidence” is material that is these days endlessly sent from tale scribbler to tale scribbler without verification or attribution by lazy and stupid writers, when there is far better material out there that-‘unfortunately’ for you-would require you to have intellectual honesty and spiritual decency to attain to. And I speak as one opposed to many of the groupings you mention. You sir are a ridiculous hack.

          • Mart1963

In March 2010, Father Gabriele Amorth, the chief Vatican exorcist, told Italian newspaper La Repubblica: “The devil resides in the Vatican and you can see the consequences. He can remain hidden, or speak in different languages, or even appear to be sympathetic. At times he makes fun of me. But I’m a man who is happy in his work.”

He added the evil influence of Satan was evident in the highest ranks of the Catholic hierarchy, with “cardinals who do not believe in Jesus and bishops who are linked to the demon.”

O’Connor outlined the catalyst for this scheme unfolding as a result of
‘Masonic Conspirators’ within the organization whose plan, called ‘Alta
Vendetta,’ would essentially take control of the papacy and deceive the world’s faithful (including Catholics) into worshipping Antichrist,” said Horn.

But the “Smoke of Satan” reference hearkens even more directly to what a close personal friend of Pope Paul VI observed in interviews and in two books he wrote about a Satanic “superforce” at work inside the Vatican.

“Suddenly it became unarguable that now… the Roman Catholic
organization carried a permanent presence of clerics who worshipped
Satan and liked it,” wrote Martin. “The facts that brought the Pope to a
new level of suffering were mainly two: The systematic organizational
links – the network, in other words, that had been established between certain clerical homosexual groups and Satanist covens. And the inordinate power and influence of that network.”

In his book, “The Keys of This Blood: The Struggle of World
Dominion,” Martin wrote: “Most frighteningly for John Paul, he had come up against the irremovable presence of a malign strength in his own Vatican and in certain bishops’ chanceries. It was what knowledgeable churchmen called the ‘superforce.’ Rumors, always difficult to verify, tied its installation to the beginning of Pope Paul VI’s reign in 1963. Indeed Paul had alluded somberly to ‘the smoke of Satan which has entered the Sanctuary’ … an oblique reference to an enthronement ceremony by Satanists in the Vatican.”

And now the Black Pope, the head of the Jesuits runs the Vatican!

Pope positions are for life but the previous one quit because whatever they had on him was strong enough to make him leave.

      Something to think about:

as also in all his letters, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which the untaught and unstable distort, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures, to their own destruction. 17 You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, be on your guard lest, being carried away by the error of unprincipled men, you fall from your own steadfastness,

It looks to me few enter the Kingdom and most trod the road to the abyss. Imagine how God suffers seeing His children lost for ever. Will see people attack the pope so bad that border insanity. People are so naive the follow the wolf in sheep clothes whether religious or politic. We see right now people excusing every evil deed of trump and insisted that he is chosen by God and even believe he converted and is a Christian..

  • CTyank

Ted, thanks for the historic overview of the Church in Europe as well as the honest recap of your “intellectual journey”. A great message to all of us not to let our emotionally preconceived views and desires bind us to a static ideal and thus miss the truth. I need the Holy Spirit’s loving guidance every day to keep me out of the ditch of ignorance. You’re right to say that the journey never ends as long as we draw breath.

  • Higlac

Overall, a very good review of much history going even to mediæval times. The only problem is that it’s over-simplified.

We need to remember what sparked much of people’s sympathies with Protestantism even in Italy (especially with the “best-educated” members of its society like Vittoria Colonna, the Gonzaga family, &c.) – ecclesiastical corruption. Nothing was apparently said about:
    – why the Catholic Church became so exceedingly corrupt during its “Babylonian Captivity” in Avignon,
    – why those undercurrents of BRIBERY, NEPOTISM, &c. were not dealt with until after the Reformation started (especially after the Sack of Rome in 1527),
    – how Italian politics even in the 13th century prepared for the conflict between King Philip IV “The Handsome” (Le Bel) of France and Pope Boniface VIII, which was to result in the moving of the papacy to Avignon;
    – how Luther started off and was immediately pushed ever-further into heresy and worse. [I’m not out to defend him per se, merely to point out how things led up to his revolt.]

There’s a lot more that can be said: however, I realise that Theodore Shoebat himself was scratching but the surface of that entire anti-Christian, ultimately pagan and humanist current that he spoke of as being the European entity. All I wish to suggest is that people read up for themselves and dig in deeper. After all, we Christians are all admonished to “work out your salvation with fear and trembling!!!
