Joe Biden loves children and women in general, and given the public photos of him and the expressions of people in them and around the is would appear that such love may be a little to much for them to handle or what they desire. In a recent allegation, which Biden says he does not remember, a former Nevada assemblywoman accused Biden of giving her a “gross” kiss on the back of her neck in 2014:
A former Nevada state assemblywoman on Friday said former Vice President Joe Biden made her feel “uneasy, gross, and confused” in 2014 at a campaign event where she says he kissed her on the back of her head.
Lucy Flores wrote about her allegations in an essay for The Cut, an arm of New York magazine, in which she said the encounter with Biden occurred during a November 2014 campaign event when she was the Democratic nominee for lieutenant governor of the state. The piece includes a photo of Biden and Flores, along with actress Eva Longoria, before the encounter Flores alleges took place.
“I felt him get closer to me from behind. He leaned further in and inhaled my hair. I was mortified,” Flores wrote, adding that she wondered why the then-vice president had come that close to her. “He proceeded to plant a big slow kiss on the back of my head. My brain couldn’t process what was happening. I was embarrassed. I was shocked. I was confused.”
Flores continued: “I couldn’t move, and I couldn’t say anything. I wanted nothing more than to get Biden away from me.”
This account comes as Biden is considering a bid for president in 2020.
In a statement to CNN responding to Flores’ allegation, Bill Russo, a Biden spokesman, said, “Vice President Biden was pleased to support Lucy Flores’s candidacy for Lieutenant Governor of Nevada in 2014 and to speak on her behalf at a well-attended public event. Neither then, nor in the years since, did he or the staff with him at the time have an inkling that Ms. Flores had been at any time uncomfortable, nor do they recall what she describes.
“But Vice President Biden believes that Ms. Flores has every right to share her own recollection and reflections, and that it is a change for better in our society that she has the opportunity to do so. He respects Ms. Flores as a strong and independent voice in our politics and wishes her only the best.”
CNN has contacted Flores for comment.
In her essay, Flores, noting at the time she was a “young Latina in politics,” said she had “never experienced anything so blatantly inappropriate and unnerving before,” adding that Biden “made me feel uneasy, gross, and confused,” as well as “powerless.”
“Even if his behavior wasn’t violent or sexual, it was demeaning and disrespectful,” she wrote.
“I’m not suggesting that Biden broke any laws, but the transgressions that society deems minor (or doesn’t even see as transgressions) often feel considerable to the person on the receiving end. That imbalance of power and attention is the whole point — and the whole problem,” Flores wrote.
Flores wrote she considered “the doubts, the threats, the insults, and the minimization” that may come as a result of her publicly sharing her allegation, but said she decided to after considering Biden’s potential run. (source, source)
As I have pointed out with Trump and many of his statements, the timing is too perfect. How interesting that after five years, suddenly these allegations come up.
This is not to say that they are not true, because based on Biden’s past behavior, while they cannot be directly proven, it would not seem an impossible thing for him to do. One has to admit, many of those photos of him with children and women are rather disturbing, as he holds and conducts himself with them in ways that people generally do not do unless it is in a highly intimate context.
However, that said, the fact that these allegations are coming out means that Biden is being removed from power by his own party. They don’t want him in charge because, it seems, the “old guard” is being gradually cleaned out. This won’t mean much for the 2020 election at all. Rather, it is preparation for the 2024 elections.
2024 is what really matters because it is most likely going to be a Democrat victory, as Trump will most likely win the 2020 election based on a campaign where he claims that he was framed, and will promise directly or indirectly to make good on his 2016 campaign promises, and when re-elected it is highly doubtful that he will fulfill most or any of them save those directly related to advancing nationalism and global conflict.
Do not be deceived that the Democrat party is in “disarray,” for they are in as much disarray as Germany is truly being overrun by migrants. It is an intentional chaos with the intention of cleaning it up later, in the Democrat case with the years leading up to the 2024 cycle when they emerge as a “strong” and “new” party, and at which time they will appoint a new candidate, likely a woman, sodomite, or both, to be their main representative for the presidential office.
For those who are looking at this and wondering “what do I do,” the answer is there is little to nothing that one can do other than to prepare oneself and one’s family, and those around oneself.
Stop thinking about how to save the world with these political squabbles because there is little that one can actually do. Unless one is a billionaire or has some incredible amount of power, the most influence that one will have will be at a local level. For those inclined to politics, that is where one’s focus should be because it is where one can make the most difference.
This is why, it seems, there is such a political indifference in many cultures around the world as opposed to the Americans, who while being good people and with good intentions, the Americans tend to put too much faith into elections where they have no real control or influence over.
What is the person that one can influence more? A man such as Trump, Biden, or another major figure, or the local town councilman who lives down the street that you see cutting his lawn, or whose child is in the same school as your child?
The “big dogs” can be barked at all day and they don’t care because it is just another bark in the kennel of national politics. But barking at the local politician? He actually will remember you and your clamor may stay with him and influence his voting.
Many times people take the idea of “know one’s place” as an insult. While it can be used this way, it also is a true assessment that all people should learn from. There are places in which a man operates where he can have influence, and he should generally stay with those, and the same includes politics. While it is good to care for things outside of one’s direct realm, most focus should be in one’s own local area, as that will be the most effective way to bring about real change that endures.
