Why Silent Majorities Stand Up to Tyrants, Bullies and Big Mouths

When the Muslim Brotherhood’s Mohammed Mursi was removed from power last June 30, it was a shock to many in the west. No one could have known the sheer number of people that would deliver the biggest backlash in history. Then again, most westerners were reliant on a mainstream media that had been a propaganda arm for the Arab Spring.

Mursi was a tyrant who was backed by bullies and big mouths.

Below is a video that shows exactly why the Egyptian people stood up against the Brotherhood. Remember, the Obama administration supported Mursi. Lest you doubt it, keep in mind the words of U.S. Ambassador to Egypt at the time, Anne Patterson, who said in a speech on June 18, 2013:

“Some say that street action will produce better results than elections,” Patterson said. “To be honest, my government and I are deeply skeptical.”
