The House Ways and Means Committee will be sending a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder this week, the POLITICO reported. According to the report, the Committee has identified “three crimes relating to the IRS’s targeting of conservative groups”.

Perhaps Lerner’s most significant transgression doesn’t involve unfavorable treatment of conservative groups at all but the alleged favorable / illegal treatment she gave to a foundation whose leader is connected to a State Sponsor of terrorism. That man is Malik Obama, brother of the President of the United States.

As Shoebat.com has reported in the past, at least one of the member of the House Ways and Means Committee has admitted publicly to being very familiar with Lerner’s involvement in granting 501(c)(3) status to the foundation headed by Malik Obama, brother of President Barack Obama.

During a radio town hall on August 29, 2013, Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA) referred to the charges that Malik Obama was in bed with Sudan’s Omar al-Bashir and the Muslim Brotherhood as “spot on”. However, since that time, Kelly’s office has been silent. Will he be silent if the letter to Holder does not include evidence of Lerner’s potentially most serious crime?
