The American legal system is a strange thing, because it is known to exaggerate some things while ignoring others, and all done in the name of gain. A recent story out of Tennessee demonstrated this, where a 94-year-old man is being stripped of his citizenship and deported for being a National Socialist almost a century ago according to a report from CNN.
A US immigration judge has ordered a Tennessee resident, who served as an armed guard at a Nazi concentration camp during World War II, be deported to Germany.
Judge Rebecca L. Holt determined after a two-day trial that Friedrich Karl Berger’s “willing service as an armed guard of prisoners at a concentration camp where persecution took place constituted assistance in Nazi-sponsored persecution,” the Justice Department said in a statement Thursday.
Holt found Berger eligible for removable under the 1978 Holtzman Amendment to the Immigration and Nationality Act.
Berger, who is a German citizen, worked at a Neuengamme sub-camp near Meppen, Germany, in 1945, where prisoners included “Jews, Poles, Russians, Danes, Dutch, Latvians, French, Italians and political opponents” of the Nazis.…
Berger, now 94, told the Washington Post that he was ordered to work in the camp for a short time and did not carry a weapon.
“After 75 years, this is ridiculous,” he told the newspaper in a recent phone interview. “I cannot understand how this can happen in a country like this. You’re forcing me out of my home.” (source)
I am not going to go into all of the details as to particular cases, for you can read them in the Shoebat archives as we have provided years worth of articles in studying this, but the fact is that since the direct end of World War II, the US government has supported national socialism as a part of Operation Gladio, and continues to do so even to this day.
I am not saying anything as to the moral right or wrong of this guard. At this point, a lot of details are likely to have been lost as to what really happened, and while national socialism is not good, the fact is that this “prosecution” is strictly a political issue. It has nothing to do with truth or seeking “justice”, but a weird combination of vengeance with making it look like the US government is against National Socialism when, as our articles on the history of the movement show, the Americans were instrumental in the rise of National Socialist Germany a century ago and are right now making the conditions again for a renewed rise but under a different name.
At this point, the man is old and regardless of what he may or may not have done, that is between him and God, as his time for his meeting with his creator, one that all men will have, draws very near.
Let him die in peace.
He is not a threat to anybody.
Instead, we need to look at those people claiming to be “masculinists,” “German trad Catholics”, “Zionists”, women who dress up and make YouTube videos claiming to be for “tradition”, the endless groups of Balkan men with kolovrat tattoos, those Bandera-like terrorists in Ukraine, the anti-immigration movement, and the calls for Germanic militarism.
That is a threat, because it is turning into the new Nazism before our eyes and nobody care, and yet after the fact, it will be those same people who screamed “Refugees go home” and “Europe for Europeans” who will say, with the same blank expression and monotone voice “we never saw it coming”.
