A photo of a Jewish IDF soldier smashing a statue of the Crucified Jesus Christ in south Lebanon has been posted online, showing the true antichrist spirit of Israel and another sign of the bloodthirsty desires towards the Christians:
You can see how the statue looked like before it was desecrated:
Here is video footage showing the dismemberment of the icon:
The IDF confirmed the photo is authentic, as we read in the Jerusalem Post:
An image showing an IDF soldier in uniform smashing a statue of Jesus in southern Lebanon spread rapidly online on Sunday afternoon, drawing condemnations across social media.
The IDF said that it would investigate, confirming on Sunday evening that the image was genuine.
This is similar to what happened in Jerusalem in 2023. Israeli settlers vandalized a church in the Old City of Jerusalem, smashing a statute of the condemned Jesus and attempted to set the church on fire. Here was the aftermath:
The Israeli right-wing is always portraying Israel as an ally of Christians, but this facade is quickly eroding. This statue of the Crucified Savior belongs to the Catholic Maronite community, which has a history of being an ally to Israel, and which Israel loves to portray as a friend of the Jewish cause. The Maronites have never been terrorists to Israel, so the narrative that says that Israeli extremism is solely a response to Islamic terrorism is a farce. Jewish fanatics will only use the presence of Islamic terrorism to justify their own violence and tyranny, but will happily attack and slaughter Christians, even Maronite Christians who have actually been supporters of the Israeli state (remember that the Maronites were proxies for the IDF during the Lebanon conflict of the 1980s). The Jewish fanatics see Christians as idolaters, and they also see us as enemies, portraying us as antisemites who hate Jews for the killing of Christ. So, they see Christians as justified targets alongside the Muslims. Just look at Rabbi Mizrachi declaring that Christians do not have the right to live:
The Israeli government has decreed that the death penalty will be imposed on terrorists, but only on Palestinian terrorists, not Jewish terrorists. Do you think they will stop at just Muslims? They will kill Christians, as they have already done in Gaza where an Israeli sniper killed a Christian mother, Nahida Khalil Anton, and her daughter, Samar Kamal Anton, while they were at the grounds of the Holy Family Catholic Church. Nahida was shot while crossing the church courtyard. The sniper shot her three times, including once in the stomach. Samar, her daughter, was trying to drag her to safety, and was in turn shot in the head. According to the Patriarchate of Jerusalem: “No warning was given, no notification was provided. They were shot in cold blood inside the premises of the Parish, where there are no belligerents”. The hell that the demons of the third templar Jews brought about in Gaza is just one chapter of the total hell they desire to usher. “This evil nation is like a man possessed by a demon. For if the demon leaves, it goes into the deserts for a while, seeking rest but finding none. Then it says, ‘I will return to the man I came from.’ So it returns and finds the man’s heart clean but empty! Then the demon finds seven other spirits more evil than itself, and all enter the man and live in him. And so he is worse off than before.” (Matthew 12:45) So is the case with the nation of Israel.
While Palestinians in the West Bank celebrate despite the crushing burdens, in Israel’s largest Christian population – Jesus’ hometown of Nazareth – this year’s central Christmas celebration never took place.
The annual Christmas tree lighting in the city was effectively cancelled after police imposed last-minute restrictions on the event, including a cap of 1,000 attendees and an order requiring nearby businesses to close during the ceremony. City officials said the limitations were unprecedented and would have dramatically altered the character of an event that, in previous years, drew tens of thousands of residents and visitors.
The same Haaretz article reports on how Christians in Jerusalem are facing “heavy municipal taxes levied on church properties, alongside frozen bank accounts, confiscation of assets and increasing activity by settler organizations seeking to take over Christian endowments and properties in the Old City.” Settlers want to take over Christian lands in the West Bank, as Shoebat.com reported on in December of 2025. Shoebat.com referenced Imad al-Atrash, who is in charge of wildlife preservation in the Shepherds Fields in the Christian area of Beit Sahour in the West Bank. He spoke of how the settlers are draining their sewage on agricultural areas and how the Israeli government is planning to put three thousand houses on the land:
“Even the sewage they drain on agricultural fields”
“As they said, they will put three thousand houses for settlers on this spot”
And what do these Jewish fanatics wish to do to Christians? They want to purge them out and kill them.

You see the Jewish soldier hacking at a statue of Christ and you cannot help but be reminded of what the Islamic fundamentalists have done, how they have also attacked Christian icons. It reminds me of an old video from Syria showing an imam (Sheik Omar Raghba) smashing a statue of the Virgin Mary:
The same spirit that possessed ISIS possess Israel; it is the same demon that called for the crucifixion of Christ, it is the antichrist spirit.
