The anger which has been expressed to Michele Bachmann for her letter to federal officials, calling for an investigation on the Muslim Brotherhood infiltration in the US, is an event which will be worthy of reading in the future when we look back at all the fools who ignored the Islamic threat. She called attention to Huma Abedin, whose family is emphatically connected with the Brotherhood, and for such was accused by senator John McCain as having “sinister accusations”, and scolded by Keith Ellison as having allegations which are “untrue” and a “phantom”. By Anderson Cooper, her letter on the Abedin family’s ties with terrorism has no basis:

“As per Abedin’s mother and brother, Bachmann never gives any evidence of their alleged links to the Muslim Brotherhood.”

One day, we may look back at all this and laugh at such people, asking ourselves how anyone in those days could have ignored the Islamic threat. Our mockery of the fools of the past will be like our chastisement today of those who were careless on the Nazi threat. Well, it turns out that there were many persons who were quite apathetic, or ignorant, of the tyranny of the Third Reich; while they were a few who did warn the world on the Nazis, and these were mocked, just as Bachmann and others are today.

Pierre Van Paassen was one of those watchmen; he had interviewed Adolf Hitler on 1931, before the Third Reich, which went as follows:

“I had just talked with Adolf Hitler in Bonn after one of his propaganda meetings. He upbraided me violently for daring to defend the Jews in his presence.” ‘You, who are an Aryan, a Nordic, a Teuton from the shores of the German Ocean,’ he screamed, ‘why do you not see the menace of the Jew to our civilization?’ I had seen the strange, unearthly fire of hatred in his eyes and was convinced that the man would before long be the master of Germany.” (1)

Paassen had soon after given a speech in the vestry hall of Temple Emanu-El in New York, and warned them, to use his own words, that “Not a Jew will be seen in the Reich in ten years. Even Jewish names on tombstones will be obliterated… I say so because I have looked in the eyes of Adolf Hitler.” (2)

He had quickly received the criticism of the ignorant. “I heard you speak this evening,” said one wealthy American Jew to Paassen, “What you said was preposterous. Take it from me, young man, Germany is still Germany. Civilization is not going to be wiped out like that.” (3)

Everywhere Paassen had spoke, he called for a mass evacuation of all Jews from Europe into Israel, in order to prevent a holocaust, but this too had received chastisement. Some doubted his sanity, others said that he did not know what he was talking about, and by the German and Dutch press he was accused of being paid Zionist money. (4)

Today, we chide those who were negligent on the arise of the Third Reich; but today, many of us unknowingly mimic them, in the face of clear evidence. It has been confirmed that Saleha Abedin, Huma Abedin’s mother, is a leader of the Muslim Brotherhood. The Institute for Muslim Minority Affairs, a group founded by Huma’s father, had received support, although with stealth, from Abdullah Omar Naseef, the Al-Qaeda Godfather, and also the General Secretary of the Muslim World League, a group supported by Al-Qaeda.

And this is just some of the evidence which has been dug up recently. Yet, the conspicuous truth has been met with criticism, by people who would not hesitate to criticize those who ignored the Nazis, without realizing that they themselves are emulating those same fools of history.
