In a story that would seem to be something from a daytime television “talk show” in the USA, a woman was arrested and charged with making false statements. According to police she voluntarily had sex with her uncle for money, and after he refused to pay her a certain amount of money, she went to police and falsely claimed that he raped her:
An incestuous lust has earned two relatives a combined 74 months in prison after the other failed to pay an amount of money that had been agreed on.
Panashe Dhave, 21, who is alleged to have fallen in love with her uncle Pikitai Dhave, 29, was sentenced to an effective 400 hours of community service after a 24-month imprisonment sentence was suspended to nine months.
Pikitai on the other hand was sentenced to 30 months in prison of which 12 months were suspended and effectively he has to serve 18 months in prison.
According to State papers the “couple” fell in love in June 2018 and had consensual sexual intercourse twice after agreeing that Pikitai was going to give his niece a certain amount of money.
Upon failing to honour the agreement, Panashe was angered and went and opened a rape case against her uncle at Harare Central Police station on July 11, 2018.
Later, on August 9, 2018, Panashe then confessed that she had consented to having sexual intercourse with Pikitai and had not been raped, leading to the sentence of the two. (source)
Aside from the obvious degeneracy of this case, there is the question of “rape.” As it has been shown in modern times, often “rape” is an excuse used by women to absolve themselves of immoral or illegal conduct and transfer what would be their natural guilt to another person in a socially accepted manner. In some cases, it is used as a way to exploit the resources of another, or simply to take “revenge” on another person.
Rape is a serious crime, and so the use of rape claims against another person is very serious and carries extensive consequences. It is made even more serious because it requires conscious knowledge of lying about one’s situation and then using that lie to ruin another person’s life.
Consider the infamous Duke rape case from 2006. While the three individuals who were falsely accused have gone on to lead successful careers and lives, their collective futures were nearly destroyed by the accusations of a fellow student and stripper who falsely accused them of rape and a prosecutor whose unethical conduct nearly sent them to prison.
There is also the case of “rape” being used to promote causes of racism or nationalism.
In fairness to the situation, it is a known fact that there is a tremendous amount of proven sexual assault involving Muslims against non-Muslims in Western Europe, and has been aggravated by the direct refusal of the government to investigate and prosecute such cases. However, in fairness to the Muslims and “migrants,” it is a known fact that not all of the accusation of rape are accurate, and enough have been proven to be lies, as Der Spiegel writes:
On Aug. 6, 2016, an unidentified man attacked a 21-year-old female university student from China near the university of Bochum, choked her with a rope and raped her. The woman said the perpetrator had spoken with a foreign accent. The police conducted a manhunt for a suspect with a “Central Asian/dark skin type.”
The two rapes in Germany were picked up by the national media. But one of them didn’t even happen.
The “university rapist” in Bochum, it turns out, did actually exist — and he would go on to attack another female student from China three months later. Ultimately, police captured a 31-year-old asylum-seeker from Iraq, who had lived with his wife and two children in a refugee camp located near the crime scene. A court sentenced him in the first verdict to 11 years in prison. (source)
This is again not to deny that sexual assault by Muslims doesn’t happen. Rather, it is to point out that not all of the accusations are true, and that there is a deeper purpose to some of them, which is to advance nationalism.
Rape is something to be taken seriously. However, one cannot simply believe accusations of “rape” if they are made because besides the fact that they are allegations until proven so, there is a pattern in modern times of it being used to further a personal agenda for money, power, or both by women with low morals and bad character, or by individuals who want to use claims of “rape” to further a larger agenda.
