RealClearPolitics.com notes that according to Charlotte Police, 70% of protesters in the city are from out-of-state individuals and groups brought to the city.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Fraternal Order of Police spokesman Todd Walther told CNN’s Erin Burnett Thursday night that 70% of those arrested in race riots in that city this week were not locals.
“This is not Charlotte that’s out here,” he said. “These are outside entities that are coming in and causing these problems. These are not protestors, these are criminals.”
“I’m not saying all the people, but we’ve got the instigators that are coming in from the outside. They were coming in on buses from out of state. If you go back and look at some of the arrests that were made last night. I can about say probably 70% of those had out-of-state IDs. They’re not coming from Charlotte.” (source)
This statement is very interesting, as while it is true that exact numbers are not definitively known, the observation that most protesters are not local in the case of Charlotte leads one to ask if this pattern is reflected in other cities, and to that, the more important question: Who is funding the movement of said protesters and likely, paying the protesters?
Many people have noted that George Soros and his groups have done this before, and while the entire issue is something that should be looked into with much more specific detail, the fact is that something is clearly not right.
Organic protests are to be expected, and are natural. Yes, there will be a level of “organization”, but this is simply because of local communication. However, when groups of people- especially by whole bus loads -are being bussed into an area to seemingly demonstrate, one can say clearly that something is wrong, especially if said bussing is not reported or goes significantly under reported, for it is one thing to say publicly that “people from out of state are coming here” versus little to no statements about it. The element of violence adds even more suspicion to it.
What one can say is that with all of the evidence, there is a lot to suggest that these protests are far from natural, that there are many motives likely working behind the scenes, and that there is a notably ulterior agenda being advanced.
