The mayor of Dnepropetrovsk, Boris Filatov, recently referred to Russians as “non-human” and stated that Ukrainians have a moral right to murder Russians, not just in Ukraine, but all over the world. As we read in Pravda:

Recall that recently the mayor of Dnepropetrovsk Boris Filatov called for the killing of Russians around the world. He argued that Ukrainians have a “full moral right” to do so.

“Now we have the full moral right, calmly and with a completely clear mind, to kill these non-humans all over the world, an unlimited amount of time and in the largest possible quantities,” he writes.
