Putin made an address regarding the massacre that slaughtered 133 people, stating that the murderers — Islamic terrorists — had a “window” of escape prepared for them at the Ukrainian border, as we read in Sputnik:
The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Irina Volk, said on Saturday that all four perpetrators of the terrorist attack are not citizens of Russia , they do not have Russian passports.
According to the FSB, the weapons used by the terrorists were in a cache prepared in advance. After the terrorist attack, the defendants in the case tried to escape in a car and cross the border into Ukraine; they had relevant contacts on the Ukrainian side.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, in his Saturday address , citing preliminary data, said that in Ukraine a “window” had been prepared for terrorists to cross the border. The head of state assured that Russia “will identify and punish everyone who stands behind the terrorists, who prepared this crime.”
