Turkey’s alliance with Saudi Arabia and Pakistan (known as the Mecca Agreement) is not about fighting Iran but rather about making a defense against Israel. This is what was recently reported in an article by David Hearst and published byMiddle East Eye. The article quotes Dr Ahmed Altuwaijri, a former member of the Saudi Shura Council, saying:
“It serves Pakistan in its feud against India. It serves Turkey, who has found its membership of Nato insufficient deterrence against Israel’s overt threats against it. They openly said that after Iran had been dealt with, Turkey was next. And it serves Saudi Arabia, which will benefit not just from the military power of Turkey and Pakistan, but their intelligence and planning.”
Israel is hoping that both Iran and Turkey will be defeated, so that it can become a major transit corridor for energy and goods from Asia into Europe, thus making Israel into a major world power and a Jewish empire (like the Khazarian Jewish power in southern Russia and the Caucasus back in medieval times). Turkey, knowing Israel’s plans, made the Mecca coalition to keep Israel in check. As the article says:
Once Israel’s foes had all been crushed, an alliance, extending from India to the Eastern Mediterranean, would place Israel at the crossroads of a highway of oil, gas, finance and high-tech trade.
America and the West could retreat at last, leaving the military keys to the region in Tel Aviv’s hands.
The traditional Arab centres of power like Egypt and Syria were destined under this plan to wane, either hopelessly bankrupt or split into confessional and ethnic cantons of power, which is what Israel still plans for Ahmed Sharaa’s Syria.
Both the UAE and Israel had similar interests in stoking civil wars in Yemen, Sudan, Libya, and using breakaway states like Somaliland to set up a spider’s web of forward operating military bases to police their new seaborne empire.
The Mecca Defence Agreement is a counterweight to this project, if not its nemesis.
Turkey and Iran are already deepening security ties. Thus, Turkey will form a coalition with Iran against Israel. With the US becoming exhausted with being the caretaker of the Middle East, and with the American people sick of their country defending Israel, eventually Israel will be left alone in the Middle East. But it will not be handed the keys to the Middle East as it hopes, but rather it will be facing a powerful Turko-Iranian alliance. I did a video on this:
