Ten hours prior to the 9/11 attacks, former President Bill Clinton answered a question about terrorism at a lunch in Australia. The audio recording of the speech and subsequent Q and A was recorded by Michael Kroger, an Australian politician at the time.
The reason Clinton gave for not killing Osama bin Laden was that he didn’t want to risk killing 300 civilians in Kandahar. In less than half a day, 3000 American civilians would be dead. One could argue that Clinton’s admission also led to thousands of U.S. military casualties in Afghanistan.
This week, Kroger sat down with Sky News and provided additional context surrounding Clinton’s comments.

On September 10, 2012 Shoebat.com published an article entitled 3000 Americans for Three Saudi Princes. In it, the case is made that George W. Bush decided not to go after the Saudi perpetrators behind the 9/11 terrorists. A consequence of not doing so was the trading of 3000 American lives for three Saudi Princes in much the same way that Clinton’s inaction – based on his own words – had the consequence of trading 3000 American lives for 300 Afghani civilians.
Incidentally, the circumstances surrounding the deaths of those three Saudi Princes are incredibly suspicious.
Anyone inclined to cut Clinton some slack – as Allahpundit at Hot Air is – should first factor in the Clinton administration’s welcoming of stealth jihadists into the White House. This has been chronicled at great length by Shoebat.com. One particular figure who gained access to the Clinton White House – Bassam Estwani – was the Chairman of the Dar al-Hijrah mosque attended by three of the 9/11 hijackers.
