Ukrainian Neo-Nazi Speaks At The United Nations

Ilya Samoilenko, Azov fighter

A fighter for the Ukrainian neo-nazi unit, Azov, spoke at the UN recently, as we read in New Day News:

On Wednesday, February 22, the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the UN invited Ilya Samoilenko, a militant from the Ukrainian Nazi military unit “Azov”, who was blocked in the spring of 2022 at the Azovstal plant and later surrendered to the Russian army, to speak at its event in an international organization, RIA Novosti reports.

During his speech, Samoylenko accused Russia of “atrocities and violations of humanitarian law.” The Ukrainian Nazi also said that he allegedly saw Russian “filtration camps” and said that “the attitude towards prisoners in Russia is far from ideal.”

“I fought with my colleagues in Azov against outnumbered enemies, and they were never as motivated as we are,” said an Azov man who surrendered in Mariupol and was later released in a prisoner exchange.

It should be noted that UN Secretary General António Guterres did not take part in the event of the Ukrainian permanent mission.
