Hats off to Bill O’Reilly for holding Nihad Awad’s feet to the fire. Note something as you watch. Awad says he was glad when the Tsarnaevs were killed and captured respectively. To the untrained American ear, this sounds like Awad is concerned for the welfare of the American infidels.
As the leader of a Muslim Brotherhood front group, Awad is fully aware of the teachings of the Muslim Brotherhood’s spiritual leader, Yusuf Al-Qaradawi, who champions a tactic known as Muruna. Muruna’s ‘Doctrine of Balance’ is about a level of deception that permits Muslims to say and do things so counter to the fundamental tenets of Islam that blasphemous behaviors can be permitted if a ‘greater good’ can be achieved. The purpose of such tactics feed a much larger agenda.
That agenda is to acquire power through politics, not bombs, which actually harm the cause of the political arms of the Muslim Brotherhood – like CAIR.
In fact, Qaradawi even explains when it is ok for Muslims to kill other Muslims:
“…killing Muslims whom the unbelievers use as shields… leaving these unbelievers is a danger to the Muslims, so it is permissible to kill these unbelievers even if Muslims are killed with them in the process.” – Yusuf Al-Qaradawi translated in The Case FOR Islamophobia, p. 56
For example, the goal of the Institute of Muslim Minority Affairs (IMMA) is to transform Muslim minority lands into Muslim majority lands. Gains are made with greater ease when terrorist attacks do NOT happen. Consequently, the stealth agenda suffers when they do. Therefore, it is at least conceivable that Muslim Brotherhood leaders would condone the death of fellow Muslims IF “unbelievers” become a “danger to the Muslims”.
So when you hear a Muslim Brotherhood leader say that he is relieved when Islamic terrorists are put down or subdued, the likely reason is because it makes his job more difficult, as can be seen in the exchange between O’Reilly and Awad below.
