On Sunday, June 9th, Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD), ranking member of the House Oversight Committee told Obama sycophant Candy Crowley on CNN’s Face the Nation that if he was in charge, the IRS scandal investigation would be closed and that it’s time to “move on”.

That Cummings is not in charge is proof that those who say nothing is going right, are wrong.

Today, Cummings has decided it’s best that he backtrack.

Now, the bald-headed, bald-faced socialist is singing a different tune, saying the IRS case is NOT ‘solved’.

Rep. Elijah Cummings is backing away from his assertion that the investigation into the IRS scandal is “solved” and says he still wants to work with Republicans on the probe.

In a brief interview with POLITICO on Wednesday, Cummings said that he was trying to argue that — contrary to some GOP comments — the investigation has proven the Obama administration didn’t order the IRS to target conservative groups applying for a tax exemption.

“The witch hunt needs to end,” said Cummings, who is the top Democrat on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. “What I meant was the witch hunt.”

Ok, so Cummings thinks the ‘witch hunt’ needs to end but the investigation needs to continue.

Well, Mr. Cummings, there may not be a witch in this hunt but there appears to be a warlock, and his name is Malik Obama.

Unfortunately, Republicans who are on the right side of this debate aren’t fighting the right demon, the entity Lois Lerner illegally granted retroactive tax-exempt status to – the Barack H. Obama Foundation (BHOF), headed by the President’s half-brother.

Malik Obama is the elephant in the room and, as you can see, he’s not being identified by a conservative pundit (Sean Hannity) or two Republican Oversight Committee members from Ohio (Rep. Jim Jordan and Rep. Mike Turner), via TownHall:
