New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has created, with New York Taxpayer funds, a campaign to attack pregnancy help centers and tell women to get abortions instead:
New York State has launched a pro-choice ad campaign meant to direct pregnant women to abortion clinics, which will include promotion online and on subway ads.
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo’s press office announced the “public awareness” campaign on Tuesday, which describes its mission to be to provide important information on reproductive health services for women.
“These actions are in direct response to widespread reports of organizations known as Crisis Pregnancy Centers or CPCs misrepresenting themselves as health centers to dissuade those seeking abortion from going through with that choice,” claimed the office.
“These centers’ actions may interfere with New Yorkers’ constitutionally protected rights to seek reproductive health care and may endanger them by preventing them from receiving medically accurate information.”
In a statement, Gov. Cuomo also referenced actions by the Trump administration to enact pro-life initiatives, which he labeled a “war on women’s reproductive rights.”
“In New York, we refuse to let President Trump and Washington take us backwards and jeopardize the rights of New Yorkers,” stated Cuomo.
“We are launching this public awareness campaign to combat the insidious spread of misleading, medically inaccurate information about reproductive health and to ensure all New York women know the options they are legally entitled to.”
The campaign will direct New Yorkers to what the state government describes as medically accurate information on abortion, contraception, and pregnancy.
The Christian Post attempted to reach several to New York-based crisis pregnancy centers, however only one of those contacted returned comment by press time, and only to say they are declining comment for the time being.
In April 2015, the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority voted 9-2 to ban political advertising from their subways and buses as a way of avoiding litigation over rejected ads.
Taking effect immediately, the MTA’s policy exempted from their political ban paid government messages and certain public service announcements.
In recent years, some states with pro-choice leadership have sought to curb the influence of crisis pregnancy centers, claiming that they are providing false information on abortion and forcing women to forgo abortion.
Abby Johnson, a former Planned Parenthood staffer who now is a pro-life activist, has taken issue with this portrayal of crisis pregnancy centers.
“I can say unequivocally that the most manipulation I have ever witnessed was inside the abortion center walls,” stated Johnson in April.
“It is Planned Parenthood that has opposed every single anti-trafficking bill proposed by pro-life legislators. If you want to see who Planned Parenthood is really out to protect, you don’t have to look far. They want to protect abusers, not victims.”
In late June, the United States Supreme Court ruled 5-4 that a California law forcing pro-life pregnancy centers to promote abortion was unconstitutional.
The high court ruled in National Institute of Family and Life Advocates v. Becerra that the Reproductive Freedom, Accountability, Comprehensive Care, and Transparency (FACT) Act “unduly burdens protected speech.”
“The unlicensed notice imposes a government-scripted, speaker-based disclosure requirement that is wholly disconnected from California’s informational interest,” wrote Justice Clarence Thomas for the majority.
“California has offered no justification that the notice plausibly furthers. It targets speakers, not speech, and imposes an unduly burdensome disclosure requirement that will chill their protected speech.” (source)
Abortion is simply murdering an unborn child.
If abortion was not concerning enough, it is that the government of New York is taking to compel women to procure abortions and to attack people who want to help women have children.
THIS IS OUTRIGHT STATE-SPONSORED EUGENICS.
It does not matter what “constitutional rights” or other excuses are given, because there is no justification for the murder of the innocent, as it is one of the four sins that the Old Testament explicitly notes that “cry out to Heaven for vengeance” along with the sin of Sodom.
America always has had a history of eugenics from its earliest days. This is evidenced in the treatment of the “native” peoples. While all European powers fought with the Indians, the French and Spanish, who were both predominately Catholic, lived alongside and mixed with the natives, retaining their cultural identity as well as creating a new one. The English, who were almost entirely Protestants, attacked and gradually exterminated the natives and enslaved the survivors, beginning with the Pequot War of 1638. This justification of murder under the idea that “might” makes “right” recreated itself in Darwinian philosophy, which used “science” to justify its eugenicist aims. She impressed Germany, who already has her own eugenicist views, who sent delegations to the USA to study its eugenics programs and how to better apply them and did in the Second World War.
A “eugenics building” in Topeka, KS. Eugenics has been promoted in America since her inception, and her ideas have influenced thinkers and governments around the world.
American and most of Western-style eugenics as applied in their own native lands with exceptions has focused on the concept of evolution as a form of “purification” from “undesirable” elements. In Germany during the early 20th century, it was the justification for ethnonationalist politics that lead to the First and Second World War. In Russia, it was the creation of the Soviet system and the extermination of those who were perceived to be an “obstacle” to “progress.” In America, the violent side of darwinism assumed a “soft” form of what Danish eugenicist Helmuth Nyborg has termed “positive eugenics,” emphasizing means that encourage through public advertisement or subsidy forms of sterilization and self-elimination, such as with contraception and birth control to limit the number of children a family would bear and adding social stigma through cultural avenues of communication (such as radio and film) for families who would have large numbers of children.

It must be of great concern to all people that a state governor would outright make a campaign to support eugenics and attack those who oppose it.
It is not Muslims doing this.
It is not Mexican “illegals” doing this.
It is not Russians doing this.
This is coming from fellow Americans being directed against fellow Americans. One can argue that he is doing this because Cuomo is a Democrat, yet where are the Republicans in this controversy? They are nowhere to be found, for the sake of political expediency and because they support this too.
People wonder how countries become dictatorships, and yet when the actual events that happen which cause them do take place, many either ignore them or they support the side promoting such policies.
If Cuomo is willing to use state authority to attack charities whose goal is to help women have their babies and not murder them, what does that say about the future? Could it be applied to people deemed to be “undesirable” for a number of reasons?
