However, Mishkin was just arrested in a ‘child porn for profit’ scandal where it was uncovered that Mishkin was setting up porn websites and filming himself having sex with underage girls, and then collecting state monies through his Orthodox organization to ‘fight pornography’.
In Krasnoyarsk, threatening officers, with the power support of the Russian Guard, covered a porn studio with minor actresses that looked more like an ordinary stash (judging by the video circulated on January 24 by the Ministry of Internal Affairs). This is a large organization, operating throughout the country – branches from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky to St. Petersburg and Moscow and from Norilsk to Kyzyl and Zabaykalsk.

Indeed, the Mishin Center received it: the size of the grant is 766 thousand rubles, in its justification the first target group is young people, then alcohol and drug addicts, the implementation period is from November 1, 2019 to October 31, 2020.
