Azeris in Nagorno-Karabakh have been committing atrocities against Armenians. In one story coming from the region, a woman was forced to watch as her three children were beheaded. As we read in Politik:

Women, old people and children will not be spared.” We were not sure if this information was true, so we tried to verify it from our sources. Artsakh political scientist Hovik Avanesov told us: “Azeris are already in some districts of Stepanakert, men from the age of 14 have been gathered and taken away.” He mentioned that parallel to the negotiations in Evlakh, the enemy launched an attack on civilian objects. “We have recorded quite a lot of cases related to torture. I also received information from several different sources, the same manuscript, genocidal. According to my information, Azerbaijanis beheaded two children,” said Avanesov. He writes for the “Hraparak” daily newspaper.

Lilit Bznuni from Artsakh also informed us that her relative from Artsakh gave her information that Azerbaijanis beheaded her three young children in front of her mother’s eyes. “People are in a terrible condition, they cannot bury their relatives, the bodies have started to decompose,” said Bznuni.

Hermine Khachatryan, who is currently in the shelter of Russian peacekeepers in Askeran, said that she has information about a beheaded soldier from Askeran. The name of the martyred hero is Razmik Khachatryan. “He fought until the end,” Hermine said.
