ISIS Declares War On The Vatican, And Says, “Muslims will be at war with the Roman Christians”

By Theodore Shoebat

ISIS has now declared war on the Vatican in their manifesto, which contains numerous details on their plans to invade Rome. In their manifesto they quote one of ISIS’ spokesman Shaykh Abū Muhammad al-’Adnānī ash-Shāmī as saying:

O soldiers of the Islam- ic State, be ready for the final campaign of the crusaders. Yes, by Allah’s will, it will be the final one. Thereafter, we will raid them by Allah’s per- mission and they will not raid us… And so we promise you (crusaders) by Allah’s permission that this campaign will be your final campaign. It will be broken and defeated, just as all your previous campaigns were broken and defeated, except that this time we will raid you thereafter, and you will never raid us. We will conquer your Rome, break your crosses, and enslave your women, by the permission of Allah, the Exalted. This is His prom- ise to us; He is glorified and He does not fail in His promise. If we do not reach that time, then our children and grandchildren will reach it, and they will sell your sons as slaves at the slave market

Moreover, ISIS makes it clear that Rome is their main target, stating that their jihad will not end until Rome is fully taken, and thus making Rome their top priority:

Finally, do not forget that Allah is with the Mus- lims and will never abandon them to His ene- mies. And the Islamic State will remain until its banner flies over Rome.

They go on to quote al-Qaeda agent Abū Hamzah al-Muhājir, when he spoke of a future Islamic conquest of Rome:

…by Allah, we will not rest from our jihād until we are under the olive trees of Rome, after we destroy the filthy house called the White House

Notice how he says the conquest of Rome will happen after they conquer the White House, and notice how he says that they will not rest until they conquer Rome. Again, this places Rome as the major priority of the Muslim expansion. They continue on to say that Rome does not just signify the Vatican or the Italian city, but the Christians of Europe in general, and that after the Muslims defeat them, then they will take the city of Rome:

the Muslims will be at war with the Roman Christians. Rome in the Arabic tongue of the Prophet (sallallāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam) refers to the Christians of Europe and their colonies in Shām prior to the conquering of Shām at the hands of the Sahābah. There will be a pause in this war due to a truce or treaty. … Then the Romans will commit treachery by raising the cross and killing a Muslim. This will lead to the continuation of the war between the Muslims and the Romans. They will demand access to those who enslaved some of them or the former captives themselves who accept- ed Islam so as to fight them. This enslavement will have taken place either before the signing of the truce or after the treachery, and Allah knows best. These events all lead up to the final, greatest, and bloodiest battle – al-Malhamah al- Kubrā – between the Muslims and the Romans prior to the appearance of the Dajjāl and the descent of al-Masīh. This battle ends the era of the Roman Christians, as the Muslims will then advance upon Constantinople and thereafter Rome, to conquer the two cities and raise the flag of the Khilāfah over them.

The Holy League, a confederacy of Catholic nations (that consisted mainly of Spain and Italy) that formed in the late 16th century to fight the Ottoman Turks, will rise again. This is not just some utopian dream, but an event foretold by God; for in the Book of Daniel it says,

For the ships of Chittim shall come against him: therefore he shall be grieved, and return, and have indignation against the holy covenant: so shall he do; he shall even return, and have intelligence with them that forsake the holy covenant. (Daniel 11:30)

Chittim consists of Cyprus, Greece, and Italy. The New King James renders it as “ships from Cyprus”, while the Douay-Rheims presents the passage as, “And the galleys and the Romans shall come upon him”. The Greeks, Cypriots, and Italians will be appointed by God to fight the Muslim armies of the Antichrist. The Greeks and the Cypriots are Eastern Orthodox, while the Italians are Roman Catholics.

The holy centurion, Cornelius, was amongst the first warriors to join the fold of Christianity, and he was “of that which is called the Italian band” (Acts 10:1). And the Italians of today, the inheritors of that mighty Cornelius, will be amongst the forces who will fight the Antichrist.

The Catholic world will therefore join forces with the Eastern Orthodox world, and together they will combat and crush the empire of the revived Ottomans and their Islamic confederacy. It will be a holy war; the Cross will be our banner; our souls will be armed with the Sword of the Spirit, and the hilt of the sword will be gripped in the thrall of mighty Christendom! The Holy League will rise again, and the New Crusade will end with the sword stained by pagan blood!

The New Crusade will be one based on Christianity, its foundation will be Orthodox theology; it will unsheathe the sword of truth and the eternal blade of the Spirit, and through Christ the warriors will sternly charge and conquer their enemies.

When they take down the Roman Catholic Church, the Protestants will be next. They want Rome first. Once they take Rome, they will use it as a central military post from which they will invade the rest of Europe and the rest of Western Civilization. Rome is very symbolic to them, as is Jerusalem and Constantinople(now Istanbul). Muhammed, their prophet, wanted these 3 cities. If Rome falls, it will mean that Muhammed and Islam will be victorious. And from that point on, Islam will dominate the whole world. Unless someone stops them!!! I don’t think it will be the Pope who will stop them. They will probably end up killing him. In the past, a Muslim man from Turkey tried to kill Pope John Paul II in 1981 in Rome. The Pope was seriously injured and almost died.

“Muslims worship the same God but they follow false doctrine from the false prophet.”

Muslims worship a pagan deity by name Allah. Allah has the same root word as Lucifer.

Reading this reminds me of The Third Secret of Fatima:
“At the left of Our Lady and a little above, we saw an Angel with a flaming sword in his left hand; flashing, it gave out flames that looked as though they would set the world on fire; but they died out in contact with the splendour that Our Lady radiated towards him from her right hand: pointing to the earth with his right hand, the Angel cried out in a loud voice: ‘Penance, Penance, Penance!’. And we saw in an immense light that is God: ‘something similar to how people appear in a mirror when they pass in front of it’ a Bishop dressed in White ‘we had the impression that it was the Holy Father’. Other Bishops, Priests, men and women Religious going up a steep mountain, at the top of which there was a big Cross of rough-hewn trunks as of a cork-tree with the bark; before reaching there the Holy Father passed through a big city half in ruins and half trembling with halting step, afflicted with pain and sorrow, he prayed for the souls of the corpses he met on his way; having reached the top of the mountain, on his knees at the foot of the big Cross he was killed by a group of soldiers who fired bullets and arrows at him, and in the same way there died one after another the other Bishops, Priests, men and women Religious, and various lay people of different ranks and positions. Beneath the two arms of the Cross there were two Angels each with a crystal aspersorium in his hand, in which they gathered up the blood of the Martyrs and with it sprinkled the souls that were making their way to God.”

Walid or Ted wrote an article about how Islam is a form of Christian heresy. There were a lot of heretics floating around in the Middle East during Muhammed’s time. These heretics hated the Roman Catholic Church and wanted it destroyed. Their teachings did not follow the true Roman Catholic faith. Muhammed might have bumped into a few of these heretics. This is why Muhammed was so focused on destroying the Roman Catholic Church in Rome because of our deep central believe in the Holy Trinity, Christ’s death on the Cross and Resurrection and that Jesus is the Son of God, above all prophets and angels.
ISIS and other radical Muslims show one finger in pictures and videos, a symbol that one day they will destroy those who believe in the Holy Trinity. Their ultimate goal is to wipe out Christianity from this world!

    • michelletherese

Islam is a branch of the Christian Arian heresy, liberally spiced with Arabian pagan beliefs and practices, and stitched here and there with plagiarized Judaism.

  • It worries me very much that the pope will visit Turkey this month. If there ever was a moment on which ISIS could make true on it’s threat, having the pope visit their close ally Turkey, that would make for an opportune moment to do so.

For me, here the atheists ruled and they fought the Catholic church tooth and nail, the trials were for the catholic priests, not for protestant pastors, they the Catholics they hung or put into the uranium mines in the black brigades were Catholics not protestants, WHY because the protestant habit of selective verse mining, The Atheists called protestants a bag of farts, they may smell bad, but they can not hurt you, because they will find a verse to get along. The Catholics went to jail or the wall, the protestants were sent on tour to show religious freedom.
What is Rapture theology, but a means to escape suffering, avoid fighting in a trial of good and evil. If you pick out individual verses there is a lot of suffering you can escape.
Plus if the walls of the Cidadela of the Catholic church fall, then the barbarians will come over the walls and kill us all. Protestantism is small and disorganized, point out your leader, point out your strengths, what are the lines you hold in common, what will you will fight for? protestantism in the end is the sound of the uncertain trumpets.

Turning and turning in the widening gyre
    The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
    Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
    The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
    Are full of passionate intensity.

    Surely some revelation is at hand;
Surely the Second Coming is at hand.
The Second Coming! Hardly are those words out
When a vast image out of Spiritus Mundi
    Troubles my sight: a waste of desert sand;
A shape with lion body and the head of a man,
A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun,
Is moving its slow thighs, while all about it
Wind shadows of the indignant desert birds.

The darkness drops again but now I know
That twenty centuries of stony sleep
Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?

You don’t have to tell me that, I already know that. But I do believe that it will be severely damaged and if that happens we might not even have a pope for a few years.
We are definitely heading towards a worldwide economic collapse, civil unrests, and possibly a WW3. It will depend on how badly the West will be attacked by their enemies like ISIS and others.
If WW3 happens, it could be a secular war like WW1 and WW2, or a religious “Holy War”, or a combination of both. What I mean by combination is that it could start out as secular and turn later into a religious war. When it becomes a religious war, I believe, like Ted, that a Christian army will form. These men and women will take religious vows to protect the Church. They will fight to the death. We will win in the end!

  • koolmom21

    I agree!
When Jesus was born many did not accept Him because they thought He would be a great warrior and mighty King. What they failed to see was the whole plan of God. He was first born in humble birth. The second coming of Jesus He will be coming as a mighty King and warrior.
Like today, many Protestants failed to see the whole plan of God.

  • dovari

Two words can have same root.
Pagan deity & fallen angel make no difference.
All Muslims of the world are not hagarites.
Allah is generic name for God in the middle east. Like ‘El’ in Hebrew which is the generic name for God. ‘YHWH’ is His revealed name (specific) to Hebrews. Just as ‘God’ is generic name in English.
Hence, they don’t worship the same God. They don’t intend to. The God of the Bible is triune God (tripersonal). Muslim god is ONE (unitarian). It is not false doctrine. It is false god himself, that is at the core.
Their prophet has been misled by the then prevalent heretical Arianism which is of Satan. His revelations were from the demons. He used to have spasms during revelations and he used to groan like a camel so loud and pathetically during revelations.

Well put Mario Kartabani. You are on the right track and I see it. “And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.” Stay strong and God bless you. P.S: Kartabani, is this Lebanese?

  • koolmom21

I agree. God wants all His children to unite but to do so would be to recognize the whole plan of God. You are one who does but we need to pray for “no man to be fooled”. I believe the secret is to humble ourselves and to pray for wisdom. I am a catholic so it’s easy for me to see the division more than some people; I have lived with it all my life. I can be talking with a “child of God” and when they find out I am a catholic they turn on me. It’s not a good feeling. I love God and truly love all His children but I am so sick of the lack of understanding that satan uses to divide us. No one has all of it right.

  • koolmom21

You may be right, I can’t believe I never thought of that. Thank you.

The Pope should understand that Our Lady of Fatima is waiting. This is his 2nd warning! I sincerely hope he does what she has asked. Not only will it save his life but the lives of many! Sweet Jesus please make him listen. She specifically asked that he consecrate Russia to her Immaculate Heart and he is to do this along wilth all the Bishops of the world. She warned that if not done Russia would start wars all over the world and it is coming to fruition. The Pope will suffer much if he disregards her words! Some Popes have done consecrations to her but they have not asked the Bishops to join them nor have they specifically mentioned Russia as indicated above. Please pray this Pope listens before it is too late. there will be terrible wars and Nations will be annihilated.

  • AnthonyM

What is your basis for saying the Pope is blasphemous? Do you have evidence or just making this stuff up?

Where is your evidence of the ‘Popes Chrislam’, as you wrote? If I do a Google search, it does not show the Pope advocating Chrislam. Here is a brief results sample, but the list goes on and on.

You think we support NostraAtate? We don’t. Do you think we support homosexuals trying to destroy the Vatican? No we don’t. Do you think we support the Pope when he does stuff like gather pagans and Muslims in the Vatican? No we don’t. But do you think we support the Muslims destroying Rome? No we don’t. DO YOU?

    • Bill Rights

As I said, these are genuine questions, you are treating them with undeserved hostility and disparage my intellect. My impression from your posts over the last few weeks (as I have come to read them in the last few weeks) is that you are a devout Roman Catholic and regard the teachings of the Church as authoritative and infallible; certainly you have directed people to read the Catechism and referred to other teachings of the Church.

So I posted this from the Catechism to highlight the seeming incongruence with the official doctrine of the Catholic church and your ministry. I answered your questions about whether I was happy Rome or other cities may be targeted, but you didn’t answer mine. I don’t see how you can reconcile these beliefs. I didn’t know what NostraAtate was so I read about it on the Vatican website and I’m honest, I’m even more confused. You say you don’t agree with the Pope’s declaration? Do you agree with the Catechism; that Catholics and Muslims together worship the same God? How do you align the belief that the Catholic church’s teachings are infallible but then seemingly disagree with some of them? I recognise that the length of answer is probably beyond the scope of a comment box, but I wouldn’t mind hearing about it sometime.

      • Julie LaBrecque

Bill, you’ve made what is perhaps an innocent mistake, but the declaration does not say worship, it says adore, but you’ve have inserted worship in all your posts after first properly quoting it. Islam has perverted what we call the full revelation of God. To some extent protestants have done this as well, just not in such an egregious manner as has Islam. Please read the following

        • shoebat

I’ve dealt with him, he goes by Mr. Right when he’s always Mr. wrong, that plus he is running a Protestant Inquisition, yet when I asked him if he supports the destruction of Rome, he is silent because he does. Its the spirit of the accuser. They accuse in the name of “expose” and they cannot and will never see the difference just as he fails to see the difference between worship and adore since “adore” does not serve the spirit of the accuser.

          • Julie LaBrecque

This is typical of the anti-Catholic spirit; they are Inspector Clouseau with a magnifying glass looking for anything wrong, yet become blind as bats by refusing to expound any good.

I never knew that what started a discussion on an article could end up in an inquisition by you as to what and who I am which has no baring to our discussion. Is this an Inquisition to see who is Roman Catholic? Never knew I was being inquisited here. I tried to guide you on your insensitivity. I have already answered my views on issues of Muslim-Christian cooperation which I never agreed with, so why are you continuing to harass as an inquisitor? We have exposed as much as we can on issues of Christians going to bed with Islam regardless of being Roman Catholic or Protestant and we have written several articles on all sorts of issues like this. So kindly, drop it.

I for one am very worried about the Pope going to turkey, there would a need for fighters covering the hot spots of his aircraft popping flares to protect against Stinger and other anti-aircraft missiles that flood the mid-east, I do not trust the Turkish government nor the military to guard him, if I was a reporter you could not sell me a ticket on his aircraft. If ISIS wants him dead and they do then it will be bad.

  • Tom_mcewen

true, but what if one party thinks being blinded gets you to paradise, then what?

    Why not Colin Raye?

  • shoebat

    Its simple Joe:

    1 Yes

    2 Yes

    3 Yes

    4 Yes

    5 Yes

    6 Yes

    7 Yes

    8 Yes

    9 Yes

    10 Yes

How hard is that? You tried to sit there and refute an irrefutable issue about Peter praying by failing to read the whole verses:

“1) “Onesiphorus is only mentioned twice in the Bible, both times in the Epistle of 2 Timothy. Early in the Epistle, Paul writes a prayer of blessing upon Onesiphorus: “May the Lord show mercy to the household of Onesiphorus, because he often refreshed me and was not ashamed of my chains. On the contrary, when he was in Rome, he searched hard for me until he found me. May the Lord grant that he will find mercy from the Lord on that day! You know very well in how many ways he helped me in Ephesus””

You see “May the Lord grant that he will find mercy from the Lord on that day”?

But of course, I must yield since all this has to be wrong, right? No matter what evidence one shows, and if counters someone’s traditional theology, it must be wrong, right?

  • shoebat

Never address the issue, always changing the subject. I never found that to be of the fruits of the spirit in the Bible you try to say that you want me to follow.

The IS must really fear Jesus since they want to destroy him so much. What they forget is that Jesus’ Kingdom is not of this world, it is of Heaven. Destroying the Vatican will not win them anything except victory in the eyes of frail men.

  • Viva Malta

The Great Siege of Malta took place in 1565 when the Ottoman Empire invaded the island of Malta, then held by the Knights Hospitaller. The Knights, with about 400 Maltese men, women and children and approximately 2,000 footsoldiers, won the siege which became one of the most celebrated events in sixteenth-century Europe. Voltaire said, “Nothing is better known than the siege of Malta,” and it undoubtedly contributed to the eventual erosion of the European perception of Ottoman invincibility and marked a new phase in Spanish domination of the Mediterranean.[1]

The siege was the climax of an escalating contest between a Christian Alliance and the Islamic Ottoman Empire for control of the Mediterranean, a contest that included Turkish admiral and privateer Dragut’s attack on Malta in 1551, and the Ottoman utter destruction of an allied Christian fleet at the Battle of Djerba in 1560.

Dear Rosa, your first sentence that says, “if you bothered to read the messages from God given to us” is a slap in the face. I do read the Bible and there are so many interpretations of God’s messages. Nobody here knows exactly how the world will end, how’s that!! This is why we are all here on Walid’s website to hear his interpretation (which is a good one) and others who make comments. I listen to all, including yours which I have heard before. As a Catholic, I would never say that my pope is the false prophet, that would only mean that my church is then false. Pope Benedict made the decision to step down because he was too weak to face what is coming ahead. That was HIS decision, not the church or Pope Francis’ decision. If you believe he was forced to step down, then that is some stupid conspiracy theory. Some people do not like Pope Francis because he is making peace with the Muslim people. Being the pope is not an easy job. What do you want, Pope Francis to condemn Islam and start WW3? Would that make him a better pope for you? He is a very smart man and a step ahead of you. Furthermore, we really don’t know what Pope Francis is facing daily inside or outside the church, unless we are there to see it for ourselves. Are YOU actually THERE witnessing all this? If you believe that the Pope is not doing enough, how do you know that for sure. He doesn’t have to announce everything he does to the world. Maybe that is a good thing. Why let your enemy know what you are doing?
One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church is the true church!!!! Our church will not split, it will only increase in size especially when the Muslims convert and join in.
As for WW3, I believe we will still survive this war. Our world will not be the same, especially if it involved nuclear weapons. Or if we had a global natural disaster. As a result of all this, there will be a smaller world population- 1/4 or 1/3 left. I have read (besides the Bible) several Catholic prophecies which support what I am saying. The anti-Christ will come later and he will definitely come from Turkey.
Like I said, my interpretation and those similar to mine is one of many. I don’t know exactly how the world will end, only God knows.

    • Kelly ann

I sure hope she don’t that would be a disaster for the U.S. And the rest of us. Merkel in Germany has done enough damage as it is across the pond , Hilary already belongs behind bars.

  • michelletherese

To put it as gently as I can, you Protest-ants (in protest against the Catholic and Orthodox Church) are the ones that removed yourselves from the Church and continue to stay outside of the Church. The Pope owes nothing to those that turn their backs and continue to fracture the Church that Christ established and prayed to remain one in unity.

Islam is a Protestant sect, a Christian heresy, Protest-ant to the core. How can you effectively fight your own fellow Protestants from a position of fragmented disobedient dis-unity? Christ told us that Satan would not fight against himself, he cannot do that. And this protestantism, all of it, is of Satan, not the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is never the author of chaos, but Satan always is just that.

Come home, to Catholic or Orthodox Church. Come home and help fight this fight in unity and no more of this protest-ant rebellion against Christ and the Church that He established.

  • michelletherese

The Evangelicals and other Protestants also have a massive opportunity and a massive responsibility as well. Let’s not heap all of this onto Rome while her rebellious children, the Protestants of every stripe, sit there and passively wait for God and His Church to bail them out of trouble.

  • michelletherese

What you say is true. It is the responsibility of the Protestants to quit their teenage rebellion against Christ’s Church and get their backsides back home.

    • Pero Ercegovac

I know I was being harsh, a bit too hard then, but that is our stance and people who do not understand this do not understand the essence of this fight. The Roman Church (the largest single religion in the world based in Europe) is surrounded on one side by liberal atheistic masonic European bureaucrats/technocrats and politicians and on the other side the old enemy Islam. We are seeing now in Europe how it is panning out with the recent waves of colonists. The sooner they get their backsides home, as you so succinctly put it the sooner we can put the walls up and start working out together how to defeat this new threat.

  • michelletherese

Pandering and wooing had done absolutely nothing to achieve unity. After 50 years of this soft handed approach utterly failing, we need some cold harsh truths spoken from our leaders as if they truly are men fighting spiritual battle like men should. You don’t take fuzzy blanket into battle to use against the enemy, and the enemy here is Satan.

  • michelletherese

Quit spreading slander! Shame on you.

  • michelletherese

Fascinating! You can truly see the pattern of Satan’s attacks against the Church!
