The Department of Justice, which is led by Attorney General Eric Holder (who was nominated by Obama), has ruled that federal agents are now prohibited from inquiring a person’s religion in the process of carrying out an investigation. This means, that when Muslims are investigation, their religion (Islam) cannot be put into perspective during an investigation.

ACLU lawyer Hina Shamsi, said:

Putting an end to this practice not only comports with the Constitution, it would put real teeth to the FBI’s claims that it wants better relationships with religious minorities

And since the US government doesn’t mind suing Christians for refusing to accommodate the homosexual movement (such as Christian bakers who refuse to make a cake for a sodomite wedding), it is apparent that this ruling is to please the Muslims.
