New Mexico Governor Claims To Be Catholic, Declares That She Loves Infanticide And Wants To See More Baby Murderers Get Jobs

When one uses the term “Catholic” in the US, one needs to distinguish immediately and carefully by a series of questions what one actually means.

In the recent past, this problem was not so pressing, as to be a Catholic meant to hold a series of clearly-defined values and beliefs in accordance with a particular philosophy that, while being able to hold a degree of theological diversity in how certain beliefs are exercised, a consistent dogma and an unalterable morality. While this remains true in the sense of the word and the actual definition of the Faith, many people who associate with this term neither know nor believe what the Faith teaches. In the words of a Catholic man who worked as a missionary in the US, it was his estimate ten years ago that approximately 60% of Catholics are “baptized pagans,” which he defined as having no knowledge of the Faith and no attendance at Church whatsoever yet still associating publicly with the Faith. This number does not include the open apostates such as Nancy Pelosi and the sodomites in the clerical ranks. If one were to look at the actual numbers of Catholics who believe and practice what the Faith teaches- which the Faith clearly states is what one is supposed to do if one wants to associate with the term Catholic- the number is probably under ten percent.

According to a recent story, the “Catholic” governor or New Mexico, Michelle Grisham, has declared her support for infanticide and said that she wants more people employed who can do this according to a report:

New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham is pushing a radical pro-abortion bill in her state while claiming to be Catholic.

The legislation, which contradicts the teachings of the Catholic Church, would legalize abortions for basically any reason up to birth. A state Senate committee just approved the bill, and the state House has already passed it.

In a newspaper opinion column, Grisham, a Democrat, promised to sign the bill into law and criticized New Mexico residents who oppose abortions up to birth.

“Opponents have expressed fear that, somehow, this legislation would facilitate murder,” said Lujan-Grisham. “Elected officials have no business making a woman’s choices for her. Neither do faraway federal judges who have, in some cases, made a career out of antagonizing marginalized groups, not the least of all women.”

“As governor, I have pledged to sign House Bill 51, which would do exactly that,” she added. “I support decriminalizing abortion because I have every intention of leading a state that values women, that empowers women, that listens to women.”

Not only does the Catholic governor want to legalize abortions up to birth, she wants to recruit more abortionists to kill unborn babies.

“And I have every intention of recruiting additional medical professionals to New Mexico and retaining the excellent providers we already have, and I want them to know: I will fight to oppose any move to make you into a criminal for simply doing your work,” Grisham added.

Grisham’s radical abortion agenda is at odds with her Catholic faith and Catholic Church leaders have recently rebuked politicians like her

Catholic Archbishop Joseph F. Naumann issued a strong warning to Catholic political leaders who support infanticide and abortion up to birth.

Naumann, the chairman of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops Committee on Pro-Life Activities and archbishop of Kansas City, Kansas, said those who refuse to repent for supporting the killing of babies are putting themselves on “a path to Hell.”

“While we can object to the actions of these public officials, we are not able to judge their souls. At the same time, we know there will be a Judgment Day,” he said in a statement last week. “Conscious and unrepentant mortal sin endangers our eternal souls and places ourselves on a path to Hell.”

Grisham’s support for unlimited abortions up to birth comes depsite polling showing Americans oppose that radical abortion regime. National polling shows Americans — including people who are “pro-choice” on abortion — oppose abortion up to birth and infanticide. And doctors indicate abortions are never needed to protect a woman’s health and women admit having abortions on healthy babies. (source, source)
