Why did Limbaugh avoid the real Huma Abedin scandal?

As expected, Rush Limbaugh placed the Anthony Weiner / Huma Abedin press conference at the top of his ‘stack of stuff’ on Wednesday, July 24, 2013. As Oklahoma City talk show host Reid Mullins pointed out, Limbaugh’s analysis of Abedin, which included her following the Hillary Clinton model for dealing with ‘bimbo eruptions’, was good but Limbaugh steered clear of the larger scandal. That scandal has been percolating beneath the surface – occasionally rising too the surface – for over two years and it involves Abedin much more than it does Weiner.

Mullins spoke about Limbaugh before bringing Ben Barrack on to the program to talk about how Weinergate 2.0 might help expose Abedin’s connections to the Muslim Brotherhood. Unfortunately, to this point – and Limbaugh could be holding back until the latest scandal unfolds – no one seems to be going after the low-hanging fruit. The evidence against Huma is so strong that in a sane world, she would have been indicted by a grand jury on charges of espionage a long time ago. At a minimum, documents – like her Form 86 – would have been subpoenaed by now.

Here is Barrack’s interview with Mullins:

As for Limbaugh, we know that he is aware of Abedin’s background. On June 26th of last year, he picked up on our find that Huma’s mother is a colleague of Mohammed Mursi’s wife in the Muslim Sisterhood:

Limbaugh also defended Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) on July 23rd of last year over the backlash the congresswoman received for inquiring about Abedin’s background, via the Business Insider / Daily Rushbo:

If you happen to get on to Rush’s program or send him an email, try to ask him about the real scandal involving Huma.
