Seven Muslims, all members of the Pakistani Taliban, entered a military ran school in Pakistan and opened fire indiscriminately on their victims, slaughtering 132 children and nine staff members. Asim Bajwa, a Pakistani military spokesman, told reporters:

Their sole purpose, it seems, was to kill those innocent kids. That’s what they did

Zeeshan, a student who survived, retold what horrors she witnessed:

We were in the education hall when militants barged in, shooting… Our instructor asked us to duck and lay down and then I saw militants walking past rows of students shooting them in the head.

The Pakistani Taliban boasted the massacre, saying in a statement that it was completely justifiable because the children’s parents were all military personnel:

The parents of the army school are army soldiers and they are behind the massive killing of our kids and indiscriminate bombing in North and South Waziristan… To hurt them at their safe haven and homes—such an attack is perfect revenge. … These are the kids of the U.S.-backed Pakistani army and they should stop their parents from bombing our families and children.

We are always talking about wars to liberate these countries, but the only thing that will liberate these countries, is Christianity.
