The darknet, sometimes called the “underside” of the internet, is filled with many things not seen on the mainstream internet. In a recent video released on one of ISIS’ media outlets on the darknet (one needs a TOR browser to access the link), they have declared that they will never be defeated and they will fill their enemies hearts with terror:
