Right now, Congress and the political dog-and-pony show is arguing over the use of hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of COVID-19 according to Axios.
The White House coronavirus task force had its biggest fight yet on Saturday, pitting economic adviser Peter Navarro against infectious disease expert Anthony Fauci. At issue: How enthusiastically should the White House tout the prospects of an antimalarial drug to fight COVID-19?
Behind the scenes: This drama erupted into an epic Situation Room showdown. Trump’s coronavirus task force gathered in the White House Situation Room on Saturday at about 1:30pm, according to four sources familiar with the conversation. Vice President Mike Pence sat at the head of the table.
Numerous government officials were at the table, including Fauci, coronavirus response coordinator Deborah Birx, Jared Kushner, acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf, and Commissioner of Food and Drugs Stephen Hahn.
Behind them sat staff, including Peter Navarro, tapped by Trump to compel private companies to meet the government’s coronavirus needs under the Defense Production Act.
Toward the end of the meeting, Hahn began a discussion of the malaria drug hydroxychloroquine, which Trump believes could be a “game-changer” against the coronavirus.
Hahn gave an update about the drug and what he was seeing in different trials and real-world results.
Then Navarro got up. He brought over a stack of folders and dropped them on the table. People started passing them around.
“And the first words out of his mouth are that the studies that he’s seen, I believe they’re mostly overseas, show ‘clear therapeutic efficacy,'” said a source familiar with the conversation. “Those are the exact words out of his mouth.”
Navarro’s comments set off a heated exchange about how the Trump administration and the president ought to talk about the malaria drug, which Fauci and other public health officials stress is unproven to combat COVID-19. (source)
Such an argument is a complete show and distraction from actual treatment efforts. Since when did Congressmen become (save for a few real ones) doctors and medical experts in the use of a drug nobody heard of until Trump talked about it in a speech?
Yet while this is happening, consider the disturbing silence over the lack of information about the different strains going around of the virus.
Shoebat.com has reported based on the news about COVID-19 that at least eight different strains exist and are connected to COVID-19.
To explain how serious this is, consider how most people are infected with HPV.
But how is this possible?
Consider the fact that anybody who has ever had a wart on the bottom of their foot- a plantar wart -has HPV because those warts are caused by the virus. However, it is very important to note that there are many strains of HPV, and the strain that causes plantar warts does just that and nothing more. It makes your foot uncomfortable, then it goes away, but the virus stays with you for the rest of your life inside but does nothing more. One does not get a plantar wart from sexual contact or other types of behavior, but from simple things like walking barefoot in the grass or swimming in a pool.
The strain of HPV that causes cancer and lifelong health problems is different from the strain that causes plantar warts. However, both are the HPV virus.
This is why the situation with COVID-19 is so critical, because nobody is reporting on what strains are killing people of the eight.
I surmised before this information came out that there were at least two strains of COVID-19 because the testimony of those who say it is deadly and can kill you are true as well as those who say that they had it an it was nothing were true. They were both true, and this is likely because they had different strains of the exact same illness. To use the example above, one got the “plantar wart” version, and the other got the version that causes cancer.
One does not treat a plantar wart with the same medicine one uses to stop cancer.
If we do not know what strains of COVID-19 are killing people and which ones seem to be fine, how can one argue about medicine at all, let alone something that people who never heard of this a few weeks ago veritably are presenting themselves as authority on?
This is a political dog-and-pony show where innocent people are going to suffer and die for making it appear that those in power and more importantly, those who control the country through the business and financial venues, are doing something when they are not. It is a fool’s argument for those who are looking to blame others for power instead of help just as it was two decades ago with those who talked a lot about Islam and presented the same kind of pseudo-expertise for power game when those who are true experts were trying to discuss real points but eventually were shouted down and ignored when it was no longer deemed expedient for them to do this.
