Muslim jihadists in Nigeria overtook sixteen Christians in the area of Gwoza, and slaughtered them all as part of a plan to wipe out Christians “from the face of the earth”, as we are told by one Nigerian Christian leader of the Church of Christ in Nations who said:
We consider it an onerous task to bring to your notice an attempt and grand design to wipe us, Christians, from the face of the earth by some who claim to be members of the Boko Haram sect… Boko Haram has perfected plans to launch an attack … They have now commenced.
According to one report, “On Thursday, an estimated 16 villagers were killed when they emerged to search for food, according to Reuters.”
Bishop Mohamed Naga said:
This killing has been going on there unreported because the area is under Boko Haram control, but our men – who have been conducting verification of our people trapped in Cameroon – informed us that 16 people had been killed
