The Forum For Middle East Understanding (FFMU) has partnered with Dr. Sadek Raouf Ebeid in sending – via certified mail – correspondence to several members of Congress, requesting that an investigation be opened relative to the alleged terror connections of Malik Obama (links to each letter are at the bottom of this post). A political salvo has now officially been fired at House Speaker John Boehner, ten additional U.S. Congressmen and one U.S. Senator and we need your help. Please click the following link to Dr. Sadek Raouf’s facebook page and “like” the post. We’ll explain why in a moment; keep reading.
We cannot emphasize enough how big the disparity in coverage is between Egypt and the U.S. when it comes to coverage of the case against Malik Obama. The gap is cavernous. One would think the Cairo Bureau Chief for the New York Times might be interested in reporting on the story; he certainly must know about it. His name is David Kirkpatrick and we’ve written about him before. Just two months ago, he wrote a novel – replete with chapters – about what happened in Benghazi. Like a novel, it was a work of fiction.
The cover letter is one page and is addressed to House Speaker John Boehner. The second letter is from Dr. Ebeid. In it, he identifies our work as being the source for the complaint (No. 1761) he filed against Malik Obama, with Egypt’s Attorney General Hisham Barakat. This is why we need to send American “likes” to Ebeid’s facebook page. The Malik Obama scandal is blowing up in Egypt. To put this in perspective, it’s similar to the attention the Kardashians get in the U.S.

How about some Arabic Headlines from Egypt? Here’s a headline from Dostor about the Director of the very prominent Ibn Khaldun Center, who appears to have found our work too:
