Unlike what the media is portraying Cherif Kouachi, one of the three involved in the massacre in France saying that he was a rap fanatic then due to poor social conditions turned Jihadist-fanatic, truth is he is well linked to ISIS and was under the supervision of a top leader in ISIS named Boubaker El Hakim who managed an assassination hit team that killed VIPs; two major politicians in Tunisia; Mohamed Brahmi and Chokri Belaid and was under the supervision of Farid Benyettou, another terrorist and a major recruiter in France.
Boubaker El Hakim and Cherif Kouachi who carried out the assassination in France have been partners in crime for years according to French authorities. According to French terrorism expert, Jean-Pierre Filiu who told AFP:
“Boubaker El Hakim and probably Cherif Kouachi who carried out the assassination in France joined after their release from the Iraqi branch of al Qaeda network and then shifted to Daish (ISIS). Indeed, Boubaker started by joining the Tunisian jihadist brigade Okba Ibn Nafaâ on Mount Chaambi, on the Algerian border considered as an Al Qaeda unit of the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) which gave allegiance to ISIS which had a deadly shootout with police on July 2013 prior to joining ISIS. Even though the evidence leads to ISIS, it did not comment when the attack against “Charlie Hebdo” happened and was not officially sponsored by ISIS the parent of AQIM, most likely because the two brothers have not been captured yet. In 2013, after the two murders in Tunisia, this assasin group had been described as “the most dangerous terrorist group, researched internationally” by the Tunisian interior minister, Lotfi Ben Jeddou.”
Kouachi has been on authorities’ radar for at least a decade and was once convicted of “criminal association in connection with a terrorist enterprise,” newspaper accounts said. He joined a mosque called Addawa (Arabic for Da’wa, Call To Islam)
Sharif Kouachi with two others that assassinated “Charlie Hebdo” in Paris on Wednesday, were also members of the so-called chain of “Band des Buttes Chaumont” in the nineteenth district of Paris, a well-known industry for jihadist terrorism services which sent fifty young French Muslims to Iraq between 2003 and 2005. According to French sources, seven defendants, believed to have formed or participated, from 2004, a recruitment industry and sending jihadists to Iraq. The story also links to major assassination of two politicians in Tunisia. As it appears, these were highly trained hired hand designed to kill and assassinate.
When they were first captured, prosecutor Jean-Julien Xavier-Rolai had requested eight years in prison, accompanied by a minimum term of two-thirds against those he considers the two main organizers of the industry: Farid Benyettou, “the spiritual leader” and Boubaker El Hakim, while fighting in Iraq itself also to encourage friends from his neighborhood located in the 19th arrondissement of Paris to come and join for Jihad.
The ringleader Boubaker El Hakim, alias Abu Mouqatel is a well-known designated international assassin whom with his group claimed on video (see below) to have assassinated two opposition leaders in Tunisia last year; Mohamed Brahmi (Arabic: محمد براهمي) and Chokri Belaid which caused a stir in the post-Arab Spring elections.
He is seen here on a video issued by ISIS dated December 18th, just over two weeks ago before the assassination in Tunisia Boubaker El Hakim is flaunting himself as a major leader in ISIS and even admitting he was the assassin behind the two politicians even giving their names and is still promising to assassinate more in Tunisia and elsewhere, that the “banner of Charles DeGaul and Napoleon will be removed … we will return and assassinate more of you” (see 4:00) he added while calling Muslims to give allegiance to Caliph Al-Baghdadi of ISIS and then compliemted the assassins naming them by name Kamal al-Qadqadi and others:
“The security director said that Brahimi’s assassination was carried out with the same weapon that killed Belaid. The weapon was found during a raid on a house in the Wardieh neighborhood near the capital. Ben Omar confirmed that Boubaker al-Hakim and Qadqadi were involved in the assassination, alongside others who used to live near Brahimi’s residence in the Ghazala neighborhood.” (Source Al-Monitor)
ISIS has hired special assassins to kill globally and similar to the assassination of Charlie Hebdo, on 25 July 2013 in which the group assassinated Brahmi who was fatally shot in Tunisia outside his Ariana home in front of his wife and children by two men from the same group who were riding on a motorcycle. He was shot 14 times and died later that day in a hospital in Ariana district of Tunis using similar weapons.
Brahmi’s death followed the assassination of opposition leader Chokri Belaid, killed on 6 February 2013 by hired assassins from Ansar Al-Sharia, which gave allegiance to ISIS, (the same group behind the Benghazi attacks). Boubaker then publicly claimed responsibility. The two were members of the same left-wing coalition. “Left Wing” is not used to describe liberals in the Middle East but is used for anti-Islamists. Interior Minister Lotfi Ben Jeddou told a news conference: “The same automatic weapon that killed Belaid also killed Brahmi.” The suspect in both murders was identified as Boubaker El Hakim, the ringleader, a Salafist being sought on suspicion of smuggling weapons from Libya. He is still a member of ISIS (Islamic State in Syria and Iraq) and he is still flighting in Syria.
“Yes, it is we who have killed Belaid and Brahimi,” Boubaker said in a video shot in Syria. “And I swear that we will come back and kill many of you, he added.”
Boubaker, he began attending the Addawa mosque in his neighborhood in 2000, at the age of 17 years. Before that, he was close to his friends Bouchnak Thamer Mohamed El Cherif and the two Kouachi brothers who committed the massacre of 12 civilians. It was Farid Benyettou, 23 who was called “the emir” (prince) who gave them religious classes on Jihad.
Their families reached the same conclusion, says the newspaper. Their boys quit smoking and remained in their room surfing radical Islamic websites, they watched videos about jihad. In less than a year, the decision was made. All four of them practice while jogging in the Buttes Chaumont Park, and by being taught the ABC on handling Kalashnikovs (AK47s).
El Hakim Boubaker went several times to Syria to study Islam and perfected his Arabic. In reality, he apparently served as a “facilitator” to newcomers, directing them to various groups of fighters. In 2002, he lets his beard grow and changed to traditional dress. In 2003, Boubaker El Hakim and other neighborhood youth were especially remarkable during the protests against the Iraq war. There he was spotted by French intelligence services. That year he visits Iraq.
“I am from Paris 19th, he proclaims. All those who want to kill Islam, we will kill them” he promised, calling his buddies in to Paris to join him calling Americans “fags” and “clowns “.
The French-Tunisian then went to Syria, from where he left for Iraq at the time of the fall of Saddam Hussein. At the time he worked as a translator for journalists and French NGOs on site.
He came back to France, he married and in May 2004 became the father of a little girl which prevented him from leaving for Iraq and then left to Syria instead where he was arrested and imprisoned one year before being extradited back to France in January 2005. Apart of the investigation for “criminal association in relation with a terrorist enterprise, he was placed in custody before being tried and sentenced in 2008, along with six other defendants, including Sharif Kouachi, Bouchnak Thamer Mohamed El Ayouni (all three aged 25) and Farid Benyettou. Boubaker El Hakim, 24, was sentenced to seven years in prison, a sentence more severe than that imposed on the “emir” – Benyettou, 27, was sentenced to seven years in prison, four incompressible. This whole fiasco sets a preceddence that ISIS will be targeting many others globally in order to combat what they consider to be Islamophobia. It was interesting that Turkey’s Recep Tayyip Erdogan, on the same day prior to the assassinations in France was condemning Europe for Islamophobia. This was also similar to what transpired prior to Banghazi, that Mohammed Mursi of Egypt while leading the nation under the Muslim Brotherhood had called on the same issues even asking for the release of the blind Sheikh Omar Abdulrahman to be released. Shoebat.com had linked the incident in France to a much broader political call from Islamic sources which we urge our readers to access and study [here] and also had predicted prior to these latest discoveries that it was ISIS with Al-Qaeda’s group that gave allegiance to Baghdadi was involved since the cartoon outfit mocked Al-Baghdadi just prior to the assassinations. Shoebat.com also were the first to translate portions of the ISIS Manifesto and had been warning the FBI and U.S. citizens relentessley for the last few months to take heed, ISIS is about to unleash assassinations and killings against westerners [access here] proving beyond doubt that training material is made available through Youtube videos which Youtube refuses to delete.
I have done my mission as a watchman, the rest is up to you: lock and load.
