In Nice, France, a truck has careened into a crowd celebrating Bastille Day, reportedly killing at least 60 people and it ended with a shootout between French police and the truck driver who came out shooting at civilians. This obviously makes the event terrorist especially when an eyewitness says he saw a truck driver slam a vehicle into a crowd in the French resort city of Nice, then to only come out shooting. In addition, gunmen associated with this event are believed to have taken hostages in a hotel and restaurant in Nice. Here is the horrific video:
