The Coming Sex Robot Revolution Proves Again Catholic Prophecy That Says The Final Battle Will Be Over Marriage And The Family

Bl. Lucia dos Santos as a child

Bl. Lucia dos Santos, one of the visionaries of Our Lady of Fatima, said that in the end times, the final battle will be over marriage and the family. We are seeing this play out today with the broken state of man-woman relationships, divorce on a never before seen scale, broken families, the destruction of the institution of marriage, the sanctification of homosexuality, and the legitimization of all forms of sexual perversity. The stage is being set right now for a great battle that will soon break upon us.

Indeed, the signs of this build up have been happening for at least several centuries now, beginning with the sexual revolution that, contrary to how it is presented, has actually undergone so far two stages. The first stage of the sexual revolution began during the late 18th and early 19th centuries and continued through the early 20th century. This part of the revolution was not so much about actual sexual activity, but its goal was (and which it eventually realized) was the acknowledgment that sexual behavior was not contingent upon morality, and specifically Christian morality. The goal was the acceptance of the idea that sexual morality could be defined in terms of human will. The reasons used to justify this were many, such as how different (non-Christian, of course) religions have different approaches to sexual behavior, or how morality is a matter of personal decision making, or how people simply should not interfere in people’s lives if, as many have said “they aren’t bothering anybody else.” However, This separation of morals from actions was critical because in order to break down the purpose of sexuality, it had to be fully established in the public mind as a “fact” that sexuality was not rooted in the transcient, but rather in the material and changeable. This reduces the act to something which, having no purpose greater than that which man embues it with, allows for it to be corrupted.

The second stage of the sexual revolution came much quicker, and is the one which people associate in the popular mind with the “sexual Revolution.” This was the separation of the sexual act from conception. The sexual act, as the Catholic Church teaches, possesses a dual nature- it is first genitive by opening the possibility for the transmission of new life, and is is secondarily unitive, which bonds a man and woman together. The was this separation happened again began with the introduction of contraceptive devices at the end of the 19th century, but culminated in the creation of the “birth control pill.” For the first time, women could choose to take a medicine over which they would have, theoretically, complete control over their fertility, making them “masters of their own destination.” Conception now happened when they could choose, and by adding the element of choice in, the purpose of sexuality moved from being primarily a means for generating new life that was also enjoyable into something that was done for the sake of enjoyment itself.

This change was particularly dangerous, and it brought with it a natural wave of evils that manifested during the 1970s. Abortion was the first of these, since if conception was a choice, then naturally so were the products of conception just as much a choice that could be kept or discarded at will. Since sexuality became primarily about pleasure, then naturally the pursuit of pleasure was its end, and so the idea of “whatever makes you happy” came to define sex. As the Faith teaches than men’s hearts are inclined to sin and it is by Christian morality and striving for perfection that they are made right, the sexual revolution said that one should give in to one’s passions and follow them as an end into themselves, which naturally leads to sin and perversity. It is not a surprise why pornography appeared in the public realm almost immediately after sexual license was established. Porn had always existed, but as something acknowledged that existed but was kept quiet and in control because porn is, essentially, a hedonistic activity as it pursues pleasure for the sake of pleasure. Since the philosophy that supports the creation of pornographic material was now given social preference and to the detriment of Christian morality, it was only natural that it would emerge in full force in public.

This lead to another major change that took place from this was the potential for the acceptance of homosexuality. Again, following the same logic, if sexual pleasure can be pursued as an end unto itself, then the only wrong would be obstructing that which brings a man pleasure, especially if it is, as many people say “mutually consenting.” This can include not only normal heterosexual relations, but also deviant relations. If it can include deviant relations between men and women, it logically opened another door, which we are seeing get opened even further today- why not men and men, or women and women? Animals? Children? Ultimately, there is no low too low to which one can go because, they would argue, it is not a “low” if it makes you “high.”

Never before in human history has their been such an explosion of infanticide, broken families, broken people, and sexual perversity in all forms. This is not to say that the nature of evil has changed, but that the same evils committed in the past were often confined to small groups in specific areas at isolated times in history. On account of modern techonology, interconnectivity, media, and transportation, these same perversities of old were able to be propagated more effectively to more people more quickly more times.
If you do not believe this, which it is almost impossible to deny, look at how the pornography industry has changed over the last 50 years. 50 years ago and prior, pornography in both terms of photos and videos was difficult to come by, and for the most part included normal heterosexual relations as the most “hardcore” porn, with most of the porn being considered not even something we would say is “softcore” today. An example of this would be burlesque dancing, such as the infamous “Bettie Page” of the 1950s.

“The Infamous” Bettie Page. Her videos of burlesque dancing and light bondage with other women were considered highly “risque” during the 1950s, yet today would be considered very tame.

Again, this is not to say there was not “hardcore” porn of the terribly violent, disgusting type during this time- it existed, but in many areas it was not only illegal and punishable with severe penalties, but it was simply not easily available. You had to be very involved in it and “know somebody” to get it, and even that took a lot of work and risks.
But comparing Bettie Page with “softcore” and normal heterosexual relations with “hardcore” today is a joke. The pornography industry, because it has become so widespread and influential, has experienced two major changes. First, is that pornography has become VERY genre specific. This was natural and expected, since as porn is meant to suit the individual “tastes” of a person, then the more one consumes the more one not only wants more of a specific “thing” to satisfy himself, but also the more one needs to stay “satisfied.” If you go to any major porn website today, you will find nearly hundreds of specific categories catering that like a menu at the IHOP, you can choose from a of different sexual perversions, and you can mix-and-match as well.

Since porn is the pursuit of pleasure for the sake of pleasure, it functions identical to a drug. Anybody who has used or been around drug users knows that if you use drugs for too long, you need more and heavier drugs to get the same high that you once had. The same effect replicates in porn, except you need more and stronger perversions to satisfy the self. This not only accounts for the specialization in porn today, but also for the explosive growth in violent and evil forms of porn that degrade both men and women in truly horrble ways that have become so common that they are literally expected. For instance, in almost all “heterosexual” porn today, anal sex is a pre-requirement, when in the past it was considered extreme beyond extreme. It just gets worse from there, since practices that originally began in homosexual circles have gone mainstream heterosexual. These include “ATM” (whereby a man sodomizes a woman and she immediately fellates his unwashed member after the act), Romanesque-style group sex (whereby a woman is penetrated and masturbated upon by anywhere from 2 to 10 (or more) men at the same time), and “abuse porn,” where a woman is slapped, spit on, and usually forced to vomit on the “actor’s” member and then made to roll in the vomit while often being sodomized.

This are things, I add, that are veritably NORMAL in porn today and do not describe the more extreme things that, while not always completely accepted, are quietly accepted in the same way that the “hardcore” of the 1950s was in private.

Lisa Hansen, a.k.a. “Lisa Sparxxx,” who is representative of the changes in the porn industry. This woman holds the world record for most sexual partners in a day (919), and was on the “cutting edge” of the pornography industry’s evolution over the last 15 years, participating in all of the above described perverse activities and many more.

But as is expected, and as the pornography industry has been reporting, this growth in “extreme porn” and extreme specialization has started to cannibalize itself. Since porn is based on fantasy and not reality, that is where it makes its money, and it has been so effective in conveying fantasy to its consumers and to such an extent that it is literally becoming impossible to keep up with the demands on a human level because people are people and there are limits. Simply put, people are more than just toys for having sex with. They have personalities, physical limitations, and the ability to say no because no matter how tarnished a man or woman is, we all still possess a free will and the ability to make our own choices. Fantasy can only go so far because it always retains a root to reality. This is where the porn industry has faced its greatest and unsolvable challenge, for the more extreme the porn is the quicker the “performers” wear out of performing, and while there is a never-before-seen supply of young women who want a “career” in porn, at the same time there has never been so high of a turnover rate for the “industry.”

Rachel Oberlin, a.k.a. “Bree Olson.” Once one of Charlie Sheen’s girlfriends, she promoted and participated in some of the most vile types of pornography produced today. Her story has a dual side to it, as she represents both the evil and damaging things that modern sexual liberation promotes and does to women as well as the desire, as with her, of many women who choose to enter the industry and then are upset with the consequences that come after that they bring on themselves.
If one takes a solely “business” standpoint, how do you reduce this turnover in the industry? You cannot keep adding new women, because that strategy is failing, yet the demand for specialized and extreme porn is not decreasing, but increasing.

This is where there lies the answer, and also the third stage of the sexual revolution that is about to break upon up.
The first stage said that morality and sexuality could be separated. The second stage said that conception and pleasure could be separated from sex. The third stage will go a step further and say that sex is the self-realiztion of the deepest desires of the will as a man wills. It will be the death of the family and normal conjugal relations forever. It will forever redefine the meaning of sex and sexuality. It will be so great that it was already discussed by science fiction novels, and that the only way to fight it will be by a difficult, continual choice made on the basis of Christian morality, pitting man against the world.

This third stage is the rise of the sex robot.

As much as this scene from the 1997 film Austin Powers is a joke of the spy films of the 1960’s, the idea here is representative of the effect that sex robots will have on society- they will be as attractive to their users as they are lethal to the family and souls of individuals.

“Sex dolls” are nothing new throughout history. People, especially men (but also women) have masturbated with sexual proxies onto which to project their fantasies since time immemorial. Sex dolls are sold today everywhere, including on Amazon. They range in price and type, from the stereotypical “blow up doll” that high school students and college graduates throw around in an audience for fun to very expensive, truly beautifully crafted sculptures with carefully-designed anatomy intended to maximize pleasure and are truly small works of art and crafstmanship. The issue with sex robots as opposed to sex dolls is the blending of artificial intelligence with a sex doll. While a robot is never a “human” in that it cannot have a soul (and thus can never be a human), it is enough for a machine to imitate human behavior with such precision that one would mistake it for a real person. That is where the “humanization” of a machine takes place, for if a man cannot distinguish a machine from a man, he will start to treat the machine as though it were another person and may even come to think of it as a person when it truly is not.

The sterotypical “blow up doll” students throw around in crowds at graduation on the left, versus a quality “sex doll” on the right that looks so realistic it could be mistaken for being human. The high-quality dolls are decreasing in price rapidly, and the next step with this is naturally their integration with  A.I.

The effects of this humanization have major implications, and manufactures are quickly looking to integrate and improve upon this technology in order to make more money. Recently, the New York Times profiled Matthew McMullen and his company, Real Doll, which is the largest and most popular sex doll company in the world. McMullen describes his dolls as “companions,” and in the interview he did with the NYT, he describes a time when sex dolls will not just become tools solely for masturbation, but something that is mistaken for a human being and with which people can form emotional attachments and relationships in the same way they would with a human.

This report was produced last year, but it is an excellent documentary into the future of what is coming. What you are watching is literally the process of divorcing human beings from attachment to each other and, as a result the complete destruction of the family.

There are some people who are looking forward to the changes that sex robots will bring, because given the current developments and trajectory for the future, which will take some time to realize in a more complete fashion (and this is with everything- after all, a computer from 1995 is very different from a 2015 model), but when it is reached it will redefine the nature of sexual relations in ways that have never been reached before.

Picture this for the future- you walk into a brothel in the future, and as predicted, there will be no women there. Prostitution in the traditional sex will have been completely eliminated, and robots will be the proxy now. Continual developments in polymer and AI technology have now made female robots almost completely indistinguishable from humans. You can choose any one or number of men or women in all different colors, shapes, and sizes, all with personalities that can be changed, to satisfy any of your deepest, most unspoken “desires.”

But moving beyond desire, as mentioned above, sex robots will become life companions that people will interact with, form relationships with, and even get married to. Marriage itself will be redefined by the governments to include robots, such as in the awful move A.I.. Sex robots will eventually cease to be referred to as “sex robots” and referred to as “life companions,” and with enough time, they will be referred to as people and given human rights and treated as men are, which will have another effect even more long reaching, since it will allow for the definition of “humanity” to be re-defined by the government.

This story, originally produced by TLC in 2007, shows the danger of the sex doll. While this “relationship” is unnatural, expect it to become commonplace in the future.

As you can see, there are many, many, dangerous problems this will cause, but I would like to focus on one simple, “small” problem that will be faced as soon as sex robots become popularized and is already happening right now, as much of what I described are the consequences that will stem from these robots. The simple issue, the seed out of which this evil weed will grow, is that the sex robot does what the pill did but pre-intercourse. A person does not need to already be with another person, who they are attracted to and have developed a natural relationship with, and take a drug in order to avoid conception, but rather a person creates his own living an inherently sterile fantasy upon which he can project his desires so that the question of conception is never even an issue because it never had the chance to become one.

This action completely removes both the genitive and unitive aspects of sexuality from sex. The person having sex with the robot has created this robot in order to accommodate to and more perfectly project his desires upon. As mentioned above, conception never was an issue because robots cannot breed. If the robot then becomes the “perfect fantasy,” which of course can be substituted later with a different robot if it is desired, then there is never a reason to take the time to build a relationship with another real person who has emotions, good and bad days, and natural complexities that while difficult at times are part of our created nature as God made us, and instead we create our own reality by paying money to a factory.

This is an incredibly dangerous road. If fertility rates are low right now, the sex robot will cause, worldwide, and absolute fertility collapse in all peoples, since sex affects all men regardles of race or place. Women will find themselves competing with a fantasy found in a machine to realize the unattainable, which is the perfect form. Men will to the same, pursuing the perfect vision of their pleasure, and for every woman that there may be, a better robot can be made to replace her.

Remember how in the West corporations outsource work to third world nations and destroy their local economy while benefiting a few? This is the outsourcing of sexuality to robots, thereby collapsing male-female relationships and creating a dystopic world in which pleasure is the rule and families are the rarity since people would rather pursue their fantasy through sex rather than use sex for its created purpose.Families will exist by choice, not by natural events. It will further isolate and again, make marriage something done by choice, not natural action. It will destroy the conception men and women have of each other by offering them a pleasure they cannot naturally have easily and everywhere, thus making human sex boring. Machine sex will pervert the very institution of sex itself and immerse mankind in an ocean of sterile hedonism. The sex robot will be worse than the scourge of homosexuality, because it will even obviate the current state of homosexual relations, since now instead of exposing oneself to disease a sodomite can give himself a personal harem of robots that he can sodomize and be sodomized by without the risk of disease or the trouble of a relationship with another men (and for those who know gay men, which often end bitter or violently).

God is the author of sex. God says in the Bible “be fruitful and multiply.” God made sex- He made it good, and He is the author of sexual pleasure. God is pro-sex. He is also pro-children and pro-family, which is why He made sex- so men would have families and children. He is its author as much as He is the author of marriage and the natural order. Every perversity in sex slowly takes it away from the purpose for which He has created it an makes it into something evil.

All of this talk today about how “feminism is destroying society” is really a bunch of nonsense. Feminism was most damaging during its heyday in the late 19th and early 20th century, when it achieved its goal of separating morality from sexuality. Feminism today is simply the maintenance of the changes made centuries ago in order that worse changes may be instituted. This maintenance is what allowed for the sexual revolution of the 1960s to take place, and building upon the past, the same feminism working with the 1960s sexual revolution is propelling the final stage, which is the sex robot revolution we are seeing today.

In that sense, the sex robot is not an anomaly, or even unique, but quite expected- it is the advanced form of a spiritual rot that is eating the world and has naturally emerged from its circumstances just as naturally as men and women left alone will be attracted to each other. If as Bl. Lucia dos Santos said, the final battle will be over marriage and the family, then the current wave of homosexuality and transgenderism being promoted across the world will work hand-in-hand with the sex robots to completely re-define sexuality and strip it of any meaning related to family and children, making it a vehicle to sin and a blasphemy instead of a blessing, and as such it will be part of the final battle.

Prepare your souls accordingly.

Let’s pray that women and men step their game up to be more useful and loving than these family terminators.

I’m afraid it’s more than that. It’s VR (virtual reality) too. It’s total destruction of the family as many prophecies foretold. It’s the final battle. Purity in the very young is will soon be non existent if we continue down the path we’re on. And this of course is a domino effect which will affect religious orders and the like for the future.

Here are a few prophetic words.

          Pope Leo XIII (1810-1903)

An article in the Roman journal Ephemerides Liturgicae (V. LXIX, pages 54–60) in 1955 gave an account in Latin and Italian of how the St. Michael prayer developed. Footnote nine of this account quotes an article in another Italian journal called La Settimana del Clero in 1947 by Father Domenico Pechenino who worked at the Vatican during the time of Leo XIII, in which he stated:

“I do not remember the exact year. One morning the great Pope Leo XIII had celebrated a Mass and, as usual, was attending a Mass of thanksgiving. Suddenly, we saw him raise his head and stare at something above the celebrant’s head. He was staring motionlessly, without batting an eye. His expression was one of horror and awe; the color and look on his face changing rapidly. Something unusual and grave was happening in him.”

Finally, as though coming to his senses, he lightly but firmly tapped his hand and rose to his feet. He headed for his private office. His retinue followed anxiously and solicitously, whispering: ‘Holy Father, are you not feeling well? Do you need anything?’ He answered: ‘Nothing, nothing.’ About half an hour later, he called for the Secretary of the Congregation of Rites and, handing him a sheet of paper, requested that it be printed and sent to all the ordinaries around the world. What was that paper? It was the prayer that we recite with the people at the end of every Mass. It is the plea to Mary and the passionate request to the Prince of the heavenly host, St. Michael. “Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle, beseeching God to send Satan back to hell.”

According to the same article in Ephemerides Liturgicae, Cardinal Giovanni Nasalli Rocca di Corneliano wrote in his Litteris Pastoralibus pro Quadragesima (Pastoral Letters for Lent) that the sentence ‘The evil spirits who wander through the world for the ruin of souls’ has a historical explanation that was many times repeated by his private secretary, Monsignor Rinaldo Angeli. Leo XIII truly saw, in a vision, demonic spirits who were congregating on the Eternal City (Rome). The prayer that he asked all the Church to recite was the fruit of that experience. He would recite that prayer with strong, powerful voice: we heard it many a time in the Vatican Basilica. Leo XIII also personally wrote an exorcism that is included in the Roman Ritual. He recommended that bishops and priests read these exorcisms often in their dioceses and parishes. He himself would recite them often throughout the day.” The Unity of the Church, Encyclical Letter Satis Cognitum, Pope Leo XIII, June 20,1896.

“There can be nothing more dangerous than those heretics who admit nearly the whole cycle of doctrine, and yet by one word, as with a drop of poison, infect the real and simple faith taught by our Lord and handed down by Apostolic tradition.” -Auctor Tract, de Fide Orthodoxa contra Arianos.

“Everyone should avoid familiarity or friendship with anyone suspected of belonging to masonry or to affiliated groups. Know them by their fruits and avoid them. Every familiarity should be avoided, not only with those impious libertines who openly promote the character of the sect, but also with those who hide under the mask of universal tolerance, respect for all religions, and the craving to reconcile the maxims of the Gospel with those of the revolution. These men seek to reconcile Christ and Belial (Satan), the Church of God and the state without God.”-Pope Leo XIII, Encyclical Custodi di Quella Fede, par. 15, Dec. 8, 1892

          Pope St. Pius X (1835-1914)

“Who can fail to see that society is at the present time, more than in any past age, suffering from a terrible and deep-rooted malady which, developing every day and eating into its inmost being, is dragging it to destruction? You understand, Venerable Brethren, what this disease is—apostasy from God… When all this is considered there is good reason to fear lest this great perversity may be as it were a foretaste, and perhaps the beginning of those evils which are reserved for the last days; and that there may be already in the world the ‘Son of Perdition’ [Antichrist] of whom the Apostle speaks.”

“The Church has no right whatsoever to touch the institution and form of the Sacraments.”

“They want them [the Modernists] to be treated with oil, soap, and caresses. But they should be beaten with fists. In a duel, you don’t count or measure the blows, you strike as you can. War is not made withcharity: it is a struggle, a duel. If Our Lord were not terrible, He would not have given an example in this too. See how he treated the Philistines, the sowers of error, the wolves in sheep’s clothing, the traders: He scourged them with whips!”

“The true friends of the people are neither the revolutionaries nor the innovators. They are the traditionalists.” Letter on the Sillon, August 25, 1910

“Let us not set foot in the opposing camp, because we would thus be giving the enemy a proof of our weakness, which the enemy would try to interpret as a sign of weakness and complicity.”

“The greatest obstacle in the apostolate of the Church is the timidity, or rather the cowardice, of the faithful.”

“Attempting to reconcile our Faith with the modern mentality leads not only to weakening of that Faith, but to its total destruction.”

“In our time more than ever before, the greatest asset of the liars is the cowardice and weakness of good men, and all the vigor of Satan’s reign is due to the easy-going weakness of Catholics…. And this reproach can be leveled at the weak and timid Catholics of all countries.” Beatification of Joan of Arc, December 13, 1898

“Henceforth the enemy of the Church is no longer outside the Church; he is now within.” Encyclical Esupremi apostolatus, October 4, 1903

“One of the primary obligations assigned by Christ to the office committed to Us of feeding the Lord’s flock is that of guarding with the greatest vigilance the Deposit of Faith delivered to the Saints, rejecting the profane novelties of words, and the gainsaying of knowledge falsely so-called…. We may no longer keep silent [against the Modernists], lest we should seem to fail in our essential duty.” Encyclical Letter Pascendi Dominici Gregis, September 8, 1907, Sec. 1

“We admonish professors to bear well in mind that they cannot set aside St. Thomas, especially in metaphysical questions, without grave disadvantage.” Pascendi Dominici Gregis, September 8, 1907

“The partisans of errors are to be sought not only among the Church’s open enemies; but, what is to be most dreaded and deplored, in her very bosom, and are the more mischievous the less they keep in the open. We allude, Venerable Brethren, to many who belong to the Catholic laity, and what is much more sad, to the ranks of the priesthood itself, thoroughly imbued with the poisonous doctrines taught by the enemies of the Church.” Encyclical Letter Pascendi Dominici Gregis, September 8, 1907

“Modernists vent all their bitterness and hatred on Catholics who zealously fight the battles of the church. There is no species of insult which they do not heap upon them, but their usual course is to charge them with ignorance or obstinacy. When an adversary rises up against them with an erudition and force that renders them redoubtable, they seek to make a conspiracy of silence around him to nullify the effects of his attack.” Encyclical Letter Pascendi Dominici Gregis, September 8, 1907

“For Catholics, nothing will remove the authority of the Second Council of Nicaea, where it condemns those who dare, after the impious fashion of heretics to deride ecclesiastical traditions, to invent novelties of some kind or to endeavor by malice or craft to overthrow any one of the legitimate traditions of the Catholic Church.” Encyclical Letter Pascendi Dominici Gregis, September 8, 1907

“In their [the Modernists’] books, one finds some things that might well be approved by a Catholic, but on turning over the page, one is confronted by other things that might well their have dictated by a Rationalist.” Encyclical Letter Pascendi Dominici Gregis, September 8, 1907

“They lay the ax not to the branches and shoots, but to the very root, that is, to the faith and its deepest fibers. And once having struck at this root of immortality, they proceed to diffuse poison through the whole tree so that there is no part of the Catholic truth which they leave untouched, none that they do not strive to corrupt. Further, none is more skillful, none more astute than they, in the employment of a thousand noxious devices, for they play the double part of rationalist and Catholic, and this so craftily that they easily lead the unwary into error; and as audacity is their chief characteristic, there is no conclusion of any kind from which they shrink or which they do not thrust forward with pertinacity and assurance.” Encyclical Letter Pascendi Dominici Gregis, September 8, 1907

Certain Errors of the Orientals, Denzinger # 2147a.[From the letter, “Ex quo,” to the Archbishops Apostolic Delegates in Byzantium, in Greece, in Egypt, in Mesopotamia, in Persia, in Syria, and in the Oriental Indies, December 26, 1910]

“It is well known that to the Church there belongs no right whatsoever to innovate anything touching on the substance of the sacrament.”

“The present wickedness of the world is only the beginning of the sorrows which must take place before the end of the world.”

Pope St. Pius X said: “All the strength of Satan’s reign is due to the easygoing weakness of Catholics.”

          Pope Pius XII (1876-1958)

“We believe that the present hour is a dread phase of the events foretold by Christ. It seems that darkness is about to fall on the world. Humanity is in the grip of a supreme crisis.”

Eugene Cardinal Pacelli (the future Pope Pius XII) in 1931:
“I am worried by the Blessed Virgin’s messages to Lucy of Fatima. This persistence of Mary about the dangers which menace the Church is a Divine warning against the suicide of altering the Faith, in Her liturgy, Her theology and Her soul…I hear all around me innovators who wish to dismantle the Sacred Chapel, destroy the universal flame of the true Faith of the Church, reject Her ornaments and make Her feel remorse for Her historical past.”

“A day will come when the civilized world will deny its God, when the Church will doubt as Peter doubted. She will be tempted to believe that man has become God. In our churches, Christians will search in vain for the red lamp where God awaits them. Like Mary Magdalene, weeping before the empty tomb, they will ask, ‘Where have they taken Him?”

The red lamp burning in Catholic Churches signifies that God is really present before them in the Most Blessed Eucharist – Pope Pius XII is here prophesying that the Most Blessed Sacrament will no longer be able to be found in the ‘Catholic’ churches, a reality which took place shortly after his death as a result of Vatican Council II.

          Our Lady of Good Success

In the early 17th century, a Conceptionist nun in Ecuador, Mother Mariana de Jesus Torres (1563–1635), was the recipient of various apparitions from the Mother of God, including many prophecies concerning the 20th century the only approved apparition of Our Lady that gives actual time periods of upcoming events- which indeed did come to pass. The fact that these prophecies date back 400 years makes them especially noteworthy. Mother Mariana’s incorrupt body was discovered in 1906 and can still be seen today.

“Thus I make it known to you that from the end of the 19th century and shortly after the middle of the 20th century… It will be difficult to receive the Sacrament of Baptism, and also that of Confirmation… The Catholic spirit will rapidly decay; the precious light of the Faith will gradually be extinguished…”

“Various heresies will be propagated in this land, then a free Republic. As these heresies spread and dominate, the precious light of Faith will be extinguished in souls by the almost total corruption of customs [morals]… The small number of souls who, hidden, will preserve the treasure of the Faith and the virtues will suffer an unspeakably cruel and slow martyrdom…”

“In the 20th century… the corruption of customs will be almost universal and the precious light of Faith all but extinguished.”

Again, referring to the 20th century:
“How the Church will suffer on that occasion – the dark night of the lack of a Prelate and Father (Bishop of Rome/the Pope) to watch over them… The lukewarmness of all the souls consecrated to God in the priestly and religious state will delay the coming of this Prelate and Father.”

One of the most striking of the prophetic visions occurred on the Feast of the Purification, February 2, 1634, the 40th anniversary of the first appearance of Our Lady of Good Success to Mother Mariana. Mother Mariana was praying in the upper choir loft before the Blessed Sacrament, the Sanctuary lamp went out. Mother Mariana was left in complete darkness. The extinguishing of the Sanctuary Light signified the dire straits the Church would be in during this future epoch.

Our Lady of Good Success was quite clear on what would be the demise of the Catholic Church, the general theme, a lax and perverse clergy. Certain members of the Catholic clergy would become as thieves stealing that Tabernacle light…thieves that would steal what is rightfully ours by virtue of our baptism in the Catholic Church—our Faith. They would rob us of Doctrine, Dogma and Tradition — ransacking the Church as it were leaving us in total darkness without even as much as the light of the Sanctuary Lamp (which signifies the presence of the Holy Eucharist, Jesus Christ, Himself.) Our Lady of Good Success went into great detail to explain what the five reasons were for the extinguishing of the light.

The first reason why the lamp was snuffed out was because in the end of the 19th Century and during the 20th Century, heresies would prevail not only in Ecuador but universally. “As these heresies spread and dominate, the precious light of Faith will be extinguished in souls by the almost total corruption of customs.” The second reason was that in these times the Conceptionist Community would shrink and even be infected with bad attitudes and false charity as a result of the pervading situation of the Church at the time. Many vocations would be lost as a direct result. (This was to be considered a reflection of a more universal condition during these times.) However, “The faithful souls would suffer a continuous and slow martyrdom, weeping in secret and imploring that such dire times be shortened.” The third reason the lamp failed was due to the fact that during this century a worldwide campaign against the virtues of chastity, and purity would succeed in ruining the youth. Our Lady of Good Success affirmed, “There will be almost no virgin souls in the world.”

The fourth reason the lamp was put out was to demonstrate how the Masonic and other secret sects would have so much influence on society and even the Church. “During these unfortunate times,” she foretold, “evil will invade childhood innocence. In this way, vocations to the priesthood will be lost, resulting in a true calamity.”

Our Lady of Good Success could foresee that there would still be some good, faithful religious that would be willing to suffer all for the salvation of souls and sustenance of the Holy Catholic Church…“The secular clergy will leave much to be desired because priests will become careless in their sacred duties. Lacking the divine compass, they will stray from the road traced by God for the priestly ministry, and they will become attached to wealth and riches, which they will unduly strive to attain. How the Church will suffer during this dark night! Lacking a prelate and a father (Bishop of Rome/Pope) to guide them …many priests will lose their spirit, placing their souls in great danger.” The poor priestly souls that would be left to uphold the Church would suffer greatly.

“Against them the impious will rage a cruel war, overwhelming them with vituperations, calumnies and vexations in order to stop them from fulfilling their ministry. But they, like firm columns, will remain unswerving and will confront everything with a spirit of humility and sacrifice with which they will be vested, by virtue of the infinite merits of my most Holy Son, Who will love them in the innermost fibers of His Most Holy and Tender Heart.”

Our Lady of Good Success implored that the people of this time should “clamor insistently” to the Heavenly Father for an end to ‘these ominous times’ sending to the Church a prelate and father (Bishop of Rome/Pope) who would restore the spirit to the priests.”

The fifth reason the lamp went out was due to those who have the financial means to help the Church but do nothing. Because of their uncaring attitude toward God and His Church, they would have allowed evil to seemingly triumph.

The Sanctuary Lamp is a symbol of the true presence of Christ, with it going out it would seem that Our Lady is showing us that the corruption of the liturgy would indeed be invalid by the mid-twentieth century.

I agree with this quote 100%:

“In our time more than ever before, the greatest asset of the liars is the cowardice and weakness of good men, and all the vigor of Satan’s reign is due to the easy-going weakness of Catholics…. And this reproach can be leveled at the weak and timid Catholics of all countries.” Beatification of Joan of Arc, December 13, 1898

I had a meaningful conversation with one of our fellow travellers here, Juan, just yesterday:

What I disagree with is that sincere and faithful Catholics will be punished for the abuses of the disobedient clergy and that God would deem the Sacraments invalid for any Church united to Peter.

The Orthodox had this fear and then fell to the Ottoman’s. Protestants and this fear and then led us to where we are today.

Catholic Christendom never lost to an outside threat (in worldly) terms, we lost to “enemies within.” Islam didn’t conquer us, heretics and apostates have for ‘now.’

We have a supernatural faith and stand upon Christ’s supernatural promise, never lose sight of that:

            Matthew 16:18-19

18 And I say to thee: That thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

19 And I will give to thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven. And whatsoever thou shalt bind upon earth, it shall be bound also in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose upon earth, it shall be loosed also in heaven.

            Ver. 18. Kago.

And I say to thee, and tell thee why I before declared, (John i. 42.) that thou shouldst be called Peter, for thou art constituted the rock upon which, as a foundation, I will build my Church, and that so firmly, as not to suffer the gates (i.e. the powers) of hell to prevail against its foundation; because if they overturn its foundation, (i.e. thee and thy successors) they will overturn also the Church that rests upon it. Christ therefore here promises to Peter, that he and his successors should be to the end, as long as the Church should last, its supreme pastors and princes. (Tirinus) — In the Syriac tongue, which is that which Jesus Christ spoke, there is no difference of genders, as there is in Latin, between petra, a rock, and Petrus, Peter; hence, in the original language, the allusion was both more natural and more simple. (Bible de Vence) — Thou art Peter;[2] and upon this (i.e. upon thee, according to the literal and general exposition of the ancient Fathers) I will build my church. It is true St. Augustine, in one or two places, thus expounds these words, and upon this rock, (i.e. upon myself:) or upon this rock, which Peter hath confessed: yet he owns that he had also given the other interpretation, by which Peter himself was the rock. Some Fathers have also expounded it, upon the faith, which Peter confessed; but then they take not faith, as separated from the person of Peter, but on Peter, as holding the true faith. No one questions but that Christ himself is the great foundation-stone, the chief corner stone, as St. Paul tells the Ephesians; (Chap. ii, ver. 20.) but it is also certain, that all the apostles may be called foundation-stones of the Church, as represented Apocalypse xxi. 14. In the mean time, St. Peter (called therefore Cephas, a rock) was the first and chief foundation-stone among the apostles, on whom Christ promised to build his Church. (Witham) — Thou art Peter, &c. As St. Peter, by divine revelation, here made a solemn profession of his faith of the divinity of Christ, so in recompense of this faith and profession, our Lord here declares to him the dignity to which he is pleased to raise him: viz. that he, to whom he had already given the name of Peter, signifying a rock, (John i. 42.) should be a rock indeed, of invincible strength, for the support of the building of the church; in which building he should be next to Christ himself, the chief foundation stone, in quality of chief pastor, ruler, and governor; and should have accordingly all fulness of ecclesiastical power, signified by the keys of the kingdom of heaven. — Upon this rock, &c. The words of Christ to Peter, spoken in the vulgar language of the Jews, which our Lord made use of, were the same as if he had said in English, Thou art a rock, and upon this rock I will build my church. So that, by the plain course of the words, Peter is here declared to be the rock, upon which the church was to be built; Christ himself being both the principal foundation and founder of the same. Where also note, that Christ by building his house, that is, his Church, upon a rock, has thereby secured it against all storms and floods, like the wise builder. (Matthew vii. 24, 25.) — The gates of hell, &c. That is, the powers of darkness, and whatever Satan can do, either by himself or his agents. For as the Church is here likened to a house, or fortress, built on a rock; so the adverse powers are likened to a contrary house or fortress, the gates of which, i.e. the whole strength, and all the efforts it can make, will never be able to prevail over the city or Church of Christ. By this promise we are fully assured, that neither idolatry, heresy, nor any pernicious error whatsoever shall at any time prevail over the Church of Christ. (Challoner) — The gates, in the Oriental style, signify the powers; thus, to this day, we designate the Ottoman or Turkish empire by the Ottoman port. The princes were wont to hold their courts at the gates of the city. (Bible de Vence)

Ver. 19. And I will give to thee the keys, &c. This is another metaphor, expressing the supreme power and prerogative of the prince of the apostles. The keys of a city, or of its gates, are presented or given to the person that hath the chief power. We also own a power of the keys, given to the other apostles, but with a subordination to St. Peter and to his successor, as head of the Catholic Church. — And whatsoever thou shalt bind, &c. All the apostles, and their successors, partake also of this power of binding and loosing, but with a due subordination to one head invested with the supreme power. (Witham) — Loose on earth. The loosing the bands of temporal punishments due to sins, is called an indulgence: the power of which is here granted. (Challoner) — Although Peter and his successors are mortal, they are nevertheless endowed with heavenly power, says St. Chrysostom, nor is the sentence of life and death passed by Peter to be attempted to be reversed, but what he declares is to be considered a divine answer from heaven, and what he decrees, a decree of God himself. He that heareth you, heareth me, &c. The power of binding is exercised, 1st. by refusing to absolve; 2nd. by enjoining penance for sins forgiven; 3nd. by excommunication, suspension or interdict; 4th. by making rules and laws for the government of the Church; 5th. by determining what is of faith by the judgments and definitions of the Church (Tirinus) — The terms binding and loosing, are equivalent to opening and shutting, because formerly the Jews opened the fastenings of their doors by untying it, and they shut or secured their doors by tying or binding it. (Bible de Vence) — Dr. Whitby, a learned Protestant divine, thus expounds this and the preceding verse: “As a suitable return to thy confession, I say also to thee, that thou art by name Peter, i.e. a rock; and upon thee, who art this rock, I will build my Church, and I will give to thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven, the power of making laws to govern my Church.” (Tom. i, p. 143.) Dr. Hammond, another Protestant divine, explains it in the same manner. And p. 92, he says: ” What is here meant by the keys, is best understand by Isaias xxii. 22, where they signify ruling the whole family or house of the king: and this being by Christ accommodated to the Church, denotes the power of governing it.”

            From our Catholic Catechism:

            The Church’s ultimate trial

675 Before Christ’s second coming the Church must pass through a final trial that will shake the faith of many believers. The persecution that accompanies her pilgrimage on earth will unveil the “mystery of iniquity” in the form of a religious deception offering men an apparent solution to their problems at the price of apostasy from the truth. The supreme religious deception is that of the Antichrist, a pseudo-messianism by which man glorifies himself in place of God and of his Messiah come in the flesh.

676 The Antichrist’s deception already begins to take shape in the world every time the claim is made to realize within history that messianic hope which can only be realized beyond history through the eschatological judgment. The Church has rejected even modified forms of this falsification of the kingdom to come under the name of millenarianism, especially the “intrinsically perverse” political form of a secular messianism.

677 The Church will enter the glory of the kingdom only through this final Passover, when she will follow her Lord in his death and Resurrection. The kingdom will be fulfilled, then, not by a historic triumph of the Church through a progressive ascendancy, but only by God’s victory over the final unleashing of evil, which will cause his Bride to come down from heaven. God’s triumph over the revolt of evil will take the form of the Last Judgment after the final cosmic upheaval of this passing world.

Be careful that you do not fall into the trap of putting your faith into the testimonies of men like Fr Malachi or other private revelations from times past.

Trust Christ’s World lest you fall into the same error that has led us into this crisis in the first place i.e. the rejection Peter as the rock of our Church.

Trust in the grace and protection granted the Catholic Church by the Holy Spirit.

            Trust in God’s providence.

            God’s best to you.

P.S. I pray the short version of the Saint Michael pray daily before reciting the Rosary! I also pray for our pope and clergy daily too! When enough Catholics are faithfully living in obedience to Christ and praying for His Church and our leaders, Christ will respond in kind.

I do pay attention to mass. What they say (and don’t) and what they do and don’t. There is one thing i do believe regarding Father Malachi and that is regarding the mass. I will find the exact quote and give it to you tomorrow. Sleep well. 🙂

Thank you. Tis truly beautiful. :).

            Tell me what you hear.

          • Lay_monk

I hear the same sort of fear mongering that led Germany and England to split from Rome. I hear people putting their faith in men rather than God 🙂

I don’t deny that abuses in the Liturgy are happening. The priest SHOULD be facing the altar. We SHOULD be kneeling for the Eucharist. Our homilies SHOULD be hammering home the truth about hell and natural law, etc.

I deny that Satan has the power to render the Sacraments of Christ’s Church invalid.

Can you show me where in our established dogmas our faith has been perverted? Sodomy is deemed a sin that cries to heaven for vengeance. Artificial birth control is deemed a grave sin against natural law…

Prove to me using the established dogmatic truths of our faith (pastoral sensitives aside e.g. the Church is an authority on Catholicism, not on the material sciences or Islam) that Rome is formally in a state of heresy or apostasy?

The ancient Liturgy is sacred and our Mass should fully convey the sacredness of this occasion. But she is an ‘expression’ of our faith. A poorly administered Liturgy doesn’t render it invalid. A false dogmatic deceleration pertaining to the Catholic faith would render the rock of Peter invalid. This has not, and will not happen.

Yes, infiltrators are in the Church, and they are, and always will be a minority, however strong that minority is.

            God Bless

          • susan

Do you know what makes a mass valid? Can you explain that to me? Is it because a Priest’s hands have been consecrated? Is it the words used? Where did i say satan can make a mass invalid? If nothing is required to make a mass valid then anyone should be able to give one. If only a Priest is necessary then it shouldn’t matter what he says. So obviously it does matter what is said and how it is performed. For instance…if the Priest misses a word is he supposed to stop and start again? There are rules. Agreed? I hope we have some Priests on this site who can fill us in on the details of our discussion. Our Lady warned us ahead of time of what was coming and now it’s here with even more to follow.

            Hi Susan,

What I can tell you is that it takes 7 years study and training to be ordained into the priesthood (depending on ones academic background). No youtube video or book available on, will make you or me an expert on the matter! 🙂

This is what our Catechism says:

The celebrants of the sacramental liturgy

1140 It is the whole community, the Body of Christ united with its Head, that celebrates. “Liturgical services are not private functions but are celebrations of the Church which is ‘the sacrament of unity,’ namely, the holy people united and organized under the authority of the bishops. Therefore, liturgical services pertain to the whole Body of the Church. They manifest it, and have effects upon it. But they touch individual members of the Church in different ways, depending on their orders, their role in the liturgical services, and their actual participation in them.”7 For this reason, “rites which are meant to be celebrated in common, with the faithful present and actively participating, should as far as possible be celebrated in that way rather than by an individual and quasi-privately.”8

1141 The celebrating assembly is the community of the baptized who, “by regeneration and the anointing of the Holy Spirit, are consecrated to be a spiritual house and a holy priesthood, that through all the works of Christian men they may offer spiritual sacrifices.”9 This “common priesthood” is that of Christ the sole priest, in which all his members participate:

10 Mother Church earnestly desires that all the faithful should be led to that full, conscious, and active participation in liturgical celebrations which is demanded by the very nature of the liturgy, and to which the Christian people, “a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a redeemed people,” have a right and an obligation by reason of their Baptism.11

1142 But “the members do not all have the same function.”12 Certain members are called by God, in and through the Church, to a special service of the community. These servants are chosen and consecrated by the sacrament of Holy Orders, by which the Holy Spirit enables them to act in the person of Christ the head, for the service of all the members of the Church.13 The ordained minister is, as it were, an “icon” of Christ the priest. Since it is in the Eucharist that the sacrament of the Church is made fully visible, it is in his presiding at the Eucharist that the bishop’s ministry is most evident, as well as, in communion with him, the ministry of priests and deacons.

1143 For the purpose of assisting the work of the common priesthood of the faithful, other particular ministries also exist, not consecrated by the sacrament of Holy Orders; their functions are determined by the bishops, in accord with liturgical traditions and pastoral needs. “Servers, readers, commentators, and members of the choir also exercise a genuine liturgical function.”14

1144 In the celebration of the sacraments it is thus the whole assembly that is leitourgos, each according to his function, but in the “unity of the Spirit” who acts in all. “In liturgical celebrations each person, minister or layman, who has an office to perform, should carry out all and only those parts which pertain to his office by the nature of the rite and the norms of the liturgy.”15

            Matthew 16:8

8 And Jesus knowing it, said: Why do you think within yourselves, O ye of little faith, for that you have no bread?

Why be a Christian at all if we can’t even trust the rock Christ built His Church upon to give us “bread” i.e. the Eucharist? 🙂

I’m not one of those worry free, above it all, close my eyes to the world’s problems Christians. I see the crisis in our society, and I am concerned about the direction our Church has been going since the 60’s sexual revolution. I have problems in my own personal life I’m trying to navigate through, etc.

The one certainty Christ has given to Christians on this earth is Peter, and I’m grateful beyond words to Our Lord for giving us a rock that has stood the test of time for 2000 years and counting! Rome is our rock no matter how stormy the wind and the seas around us get.

Trust in God’s providence. He is smarter than any devil or serpent, whether angel or human. He wouldn’t have promised us Peter if He wasn’t going to keep it.

            God Bless

          • susan

Lol. And i have seen Him in the Eucharist on more than one occasion during the so named “new” mass. And once when i knew He was not there which is why i began to wonder what was taking place and what wasn’t. This article is pretty good at explaining the differences. However in the end they concluded that the new order mass was not valid. I disagree with them

          • Lay_monk

            Hi Susan,

Peter is the appointed head of the Church by Christ Himself. So what “they” say is irrelevant to me.

I’m standing by Peter till the end! 🙂

I support the SSPX and their work, because the Pope and Magisterium recognises supports SSPX. I would love to say our Liturgy universally return to a more traditional format, I really would! 🙂

But again, my allegiance and loyalty is to Christ through Peter from now until the “end.” I recognise the other rocks that make up Christ’s universal Church. But I don’t live in Russia or Greece. I live in a nation that has an abundance of Catholic Churches available to me, so I choose Peter, because Christ chose Peter. It’s really that simple to me.

That doesn’t mean my local Church won’t schism or apostate from Peter of course. If it ever does, I’ll leave. even if that means being without a Church.

That doesn’t mean my nations government won’t drop the hammer on the Catholic Church (and other Christian Churches) one day, it very well might! Australian news is about as communist as gets! I avoid my local news as much as possible because it’s so utterly diabolical and I just can’t stomach it! hahaha

I instead focus on the transcendental truths of our faith, the victory that has been assured us, and sharing the splendor and glories of our faith and Lord with anyone who will listen.

I encourage you to find a local Latin mass and stick to it if you have one available. Our Church does offer this mass to our faithful, and again, I’d prefer it if we were in the days when this was our standard mass. But, alas, we must work with what we have until the tide turns. Be thankful we still have Christ’s Church and His sacraments available to us in this Antichrist west we now live in! 🙂

We shouldn’t take this extraordinary gift and mercy from God ungratefully.

I’m personally not worried about becoming a legal expert on Canon Law. I accept Christ’s simple promises at face value. He means what He says. That’s my argument, full stop 🙂

The intellectuals can over intellectualise the matter all they like. Christ wasn’t a pharisee:

Matthew 11:25Douay-Rheims 1899 American Edition (DRA)

25 At that time Jesus answered and said: I confess to thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them to the little ones.

            God’s best to you.

            Hi Susan,
Remember when I noted a while ago “disobedience” is the real problem in the Catholic Church today, as it is throughout ALL OF Christianity. What I should’ve added was this book recommendation:

“Vatican II” is an easy excuse used to avoid addressing the real root of our present crisis, and that is the “sexual revolution”:

This book really is a MUST!

Vatican II must be studied and read in the light of Catholic tradition. The sexual revolution led us to where we are today (and the Christian embrace of it), not Vatican II.

“Yes”, Russia is an example of a nation in the “early” stages of turning the tide, and I am encouraged by the rising popularity of the Orthodox Church in in Russia, and applaud the Russian government for actively opposing the homosexual agenda!

However, I won’t be convinced the “hearts” of Russians have been converted to the One True Catholic faith until they expand this crusade against homosexuality to include the sexual revolution as a whole, that includes eradicating fornication and artificial birth control from their society.

Until then, I’ll see the rise of Orthodox Christianity as a more of a “trend” inspired by Putin’s popularity than an authentic conversion of the heart.

            God Bless 🙂

Thank you. I forgot to ask. And you probably mentioned it. How long have you been Catholic?

          • Lay_monk

I could answer that question in one of two ways! 🙂

Technically speaking since infancy! (I was baptised as a baby and confirmed in the faith as a child)

In actuality, since December 20 last year when I went to my first ever Confession! Hooray!

It was a looooong journey to reaching this point Susan! 🙂

I was immersed in secular pop culture unfiltered from the earliest possible age and came to see “all religions” as the same as a young child. I had a love and fascination for martial arts and eastern mysticism in particular in my early years, and this gave me a soft view toward other religions henceforth.

I projected the “Catholic ethic” on to Buddhism, Hinduism, etc. It took me 32 years to actually read the New Testament firsthand and realise the Christian ethic is unique unto Christianity (having read countless other spiritual books by then)! It then took another 18-24 months to find my way back to Peter. I resented the Catholic Church initially because of the poor formation I received as a youth.

Now I wonder if the formation was as bad as I remember it or if I was simply “blinded by my unbelief.” I’m sure it was a bit of both. I was taught some truly wicked and evil things as a youth at Catholic schools, especially with respect to sexuality. Satan has done a masterful job of corrupting the curriculum’s taught at Catholic schools through the guise of “secularism.”

But again, who do we ultimately blame for this corruption? CATHOLICS for allowing it to happen! 🙂

To whom much is given, much is expected! Christ expects more from us Catholics!

How did you find your way to Catholicism, in a nutshell, if you don’t mind me asking?

          • susan

In a nutshell? The Holy Spirit led me. :D. Now how’s that for a kicker? But first He had to bring me to a condition where i would hear and obey. He also had to show me the true condition of my soul. Thankfully in stages. Fortunately i had read several of our two Julies replies and Rodney and others which began to peak my curiosity. I began to have hope that there was a way out of my dilemma. Humility. Humility. Humility.
Confess your sins. Receive the sacraments. This IS the way that Jesus commanded. I’m ashamed to admit i am a lot like Eve. I tried to shortcut it. Thankfully it didn’t kill me. Anyway. Those are a few pieces of my journey. 🙂

          • Lay_monk

Yes, yes, doesn’t God lead us all as far as we’re willing to follow! The “human story” is merely the surface of an inner journey of the soul.

But whether you meant to give it to me or not, I did capture the human story within that story of the soul you shared above.

and the wonderful Catholic’s here led you to the rock of Peter through the grace of the Holy Spirit.

            Got it! 🙂

What a splendid story indeed and a true testimony of the importance of Walid and his crews work, which includes the salvation of both bodies (Rescue Christian’s) and souls (Shoebat.com0!

            God’s best to you.

P.S. Talking about seeing the true condition of ones soul, I put on 20 kilos including the year and some change before and the months since my conversion! Thankfully I was a little underweight at the time.

It was tremendously difficult to face the rot that had crept into my soul after a lifetime of negligence. It meant facing ALL the sins, failures; baggage, that I’d accumulated in the light of His PERFECTION! I’m only now starting to really feel grounded in our faith and gain control of the “comfort food” problem. Meaning the weight is trending downward! hahaha

The great challenge about reaching people today, is “pride.” We can’t even admit that sin exists anymore! No “sin” today is nothing more than a “lesson” because we’re all perfectly imperfect without any need for God, according to the mindset of the average person today anyway.

The average Christian isn’t much better. We preach and believe in a “2 minute noodles” salvation. Just believe and you’re saved no obedience other than baptism necessary. God’s mercy will wash away ALL your sins unconditionally! 🙂

Christ, have mercy! Lord, have mercy! Christ, have mercy! Lord, have mercy! Christ, hear us! Lord, hear our prayers!

          • Nan

You received communion and were confirmed without confession? Yikes!

          • Lay_monk

Yep, our school teacher told us Confession was “optional.”

That’s how “sound” the formation is for our young in this day and age 🙂

I had MUCH to recount when I f-i-n-a-l-l-y did give that first ever Confession, to the best of my recollection!

That was the real “YIKES” right there! hahaha

          • Nan

Yeah, but part of sinning is having an awareness that the act is a sin and proceeding anyway. With that catechesis, you didn’t sin nearly as much as you thought because it isn’t a sin absent knowledge.

My catchesis consists of CCD through second grade, 2/3s of RCIA and a two year catechism class for adults. I knew the important stuff before I was in CCD though.

          • Lay_monk

The “worst” is in the past now, that’s the wonder of Confession thank goodness!

I now understand that culpability is measured by ones maturity, awareness of its gravity and willingness to act upon it (freewill). If I’m remembering our Catechism correctly.

I was always sensitive in matters of conscience but this sensitivity was clouded by the indoctrinated antichrist teachings of our modern world.

It’s hard to be good when one knows what “good” is at times. It’s almost impossible when ones conscience is racked with confusion about what actually is and isn’t a sin, because sin is such a slippery slope. One error can lead to a lifetime of descending failure if one is caught unaware.

Since studying our faith first hand and understanding how to understand Truth objectively, I’ve been able to find a much greater sense of peace and fortitude within. It was a struggle “moving past” some of those old habitual sins for a number of months earlier on, but with perseverance and the graces of our Lord, I have enjoyed considerable progress on the “big things.”

I’ve still got a long way to go in terms of truly walking the path of perfection Christ has called us toward though. I do understand this is also part of the journey…

Maybe the people that go for this kind of thing shouldn’t breed anyhow, too many men in my youth were already always looking for the better deal, fantasy, version, and hated anything to do with commitment, But sure could future fake for a while, enough to waste my time. Hopefully these robots simply help others that do want something real to find each-other easier and not have to deal with head games, That would be my hope anyhow, It would be nice if the more evil sinister plan backfires and only makes these types become extinct.

    • magaforever

Too many women in my youth have Disney princess syndrome.

      • Brenda

Some of us didn’t even want to be put on a pedestal, the drop is to hard when you get pushed off it, LOL! That would be my #1 red flag if I was going to date anyone now – putting you too high on a pedestal I’d say.

  • Flame blue

How sad. The men do want women but they find it difficult to gain a real woman. The men seemed reasonably sociable but obviously not confident with women.

I can see that they can appreciate having the doll to meet basic needs like convincing themselves they have companionship. Very sad!

Matthew 24:37-42 – “But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
“For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the Ark.”
“And did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.”
“Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left.”
“Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left.”
“Watch therefore for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming.”

I wonder if it gets to the point where half the World will be robots!

There is no question the path mankind is on today and has been on for centuries. It started with the protestant revolution in particular and ended with the sexual revolution (still in progress).

The question is how far down will we fall before we reach the bottom of this cliff?

Have we gone past the “point of no return” now? Is it time to pray for the man of sin to be formally unrelieved to the deceived, (let’s say Erdogan), and crowned a.s.a.p. so that the true resurrection of Christendom the Bible prophesied can begin to “effectively” combat this flourishing of “pure evil”?

On the “surface”, Christians have been fighting an uphill battle for centuries now. The long term trend has bent toward “defeat.” We lost to the protestant revolutionaries. We lost to the secular (masonic) revolutionaries, and we lost to the 60’s sexual revolution, i.e. the completion of this masonic revolution, given that it’s proving to be the point of “no return”.

All I can say on a personal front is, I know which rock I’ve chosen to stand upon come what may, and I’m not moving! 🙂

    God’s best to all!

And that we endure to the final victory:

        Revelation 18:20-21

20 Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath judged your judgment on her.

21 And a mighty angel took up a stone, as it were a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying: With such violence as this shall Babylon, that great city, be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

        • susan

“And that we endure to the final victory.”

I guess when you’re void of feelings and totally empty inside and you see others as nothing more than objects to fill your “needs”, it doesn’t really matter how your “needs” are met…very fitting for a debased soulless society that see themselves and others as nothing more than mere objects.

    • susan

Existence IS soley for bodily pleasures. There is no higher purpose. We shall be our own gods. We shall “create” our own fantasies and live within them. 🙁

      • 1Bobby8

I feel sorry for these empty vessels, they’re not even aware of how miserable they really are.

        • susan

          Indeed. 🙁

  • Paul

Speaking of “Leviathan”; if “Leviathan” points to the “Red Dragon” in Revelation 12:3 it refers to a bit more than just “Lucifer” for both this “Red Dragon” and the “Beast” that surfaces from the Sea in Revelation 13 have something identical precisely seven “Heads”. Each one of these heads could represent a “principality” such as referred to in Ephesians 1:21

“…He demonstrated this Power in Christ by raising Him from the dead and seating Him at His right hand in the Heavens--far above all principality [ἀρχή (archē)], power and dominion, and every name that is invoked..”
    — Ephesians 1:21

I can see how people who believe in a pre-adamic earth which was inhabited by angels; prefect of whom was “Lucifer” will be able to see “Leviathan” in an intriguing light!

BTW; in the Septuagint αρχων (arkhay) is used to mean “prince” “prince of Persia” Daniel 10:13.

"The prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days, but Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I was left there with the kings of Persia.."
    — Daniel 10:13

Define “success”? If being successful means growing rich rapidly through international trade then turn dangerously predatory like WW2 Germany and Japan, or in a Civil War mood like present day Europe. Then i’d better take refuge in the wilderness for a moment, try to survive without the amenities of modern life, then come back to civilization only when everything’s prim and rosy like the 50’s post-war economic boom.

Yes i’d like to live in the third world agricultural country at this point where life is tough, but at least I have least chances of getting hit by a nuclear blast.

    Christ prophesied:

    Luke 23:28-29

28 But Jesus turning to them, said: Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not over me; but weep for yourselves, and for your children.

29 For behold, the days shall come, wherein they will say: Blessed are the
barren, and the wombs that have not borne, and the paps that have not
    given suck.

Credit goes to the following priest for reminding me of this prophesy and revealing how it has and is being fulfilled in our present age:

  • Marie Halligan

I remember growing up on a small private housing estate in the 60s in England. Most of the people were working-class like my parents and were buying, not renting and all the mums were at home. Those days are sadly long gone! With the toxic price of property AND rents, far too many working class mums are forced out to work now, simply to put a roof over the family’s heads.Going to work as a cleaner,in a warehouse or supermarket is NOT a career,it’s just something they have to do- I believe in equal rights for women and owning our own property etc, but feminism has scored an own-goal in this instance. I am a stay-at-home mum and despite the drudgery, I don’t want to change it- I want to be here when my son comes home from school and eat our dinners together as a family. I have enough to do at home without trying to squeeze it all in around a job outside the home. However, you would be surprised how many people look down on stay-at-home mums, even treating us as if we are LAZY,if you can credit it? I have had mere aquaintances ask me why I don’t get ” a little job for myself?” I think that’s a pure cheek,it’s no one else’s buisness, but you would be surprised how people think they have the right to interfere with stay-at-home mums and tell us how to live, implying we are doing something strange or even wrong, by making our children our first priority. By the way, the only reason I CAN stay at home is because I inherited my house, so you are spot-on about it being a largely financially-driven problem.

To use a Catholic example. Pope Paul VI (after Vatican II) reaffirmed Catholic teaching that the use of artificial birth prevention methods is a grave sin against God and natural law (this teaching is in our Catechism as well). The Catholic clergy and laity largely ignored it.

That’s why I continue to affirm the simple truth: “disobedience” is the problem in the modern Catholic Church at this time, not Vatican II. That’s also why I have this theory on Pope Francis, because the truth in this day and age, only inspires further rebellion.

In any case, anyone who trusts in God’s providence must also trust Pope Francis the best man for the job at this time. David didn’t kill King Saul to become king because David knew Saul was appointed by God, even though he had the opportunity to do so and knew God’s plan for him. When David’s time came to be king, God manipulated events accordingly and Saul died at the hands of the enemy, not David, who remained loyal to King Saul’s reign till the day he died.
