A marijuana addict in Oregon murdered a five month year old baby by beating him to death in a chilling and cruel murder case. As we read in one report:
The Umatilla County District Attorney’s Office this morning charged Evan Freel, 16, with one count each of murder by abuse and first-degree criminal mistreatment in the death of his infant son.
A county grand jury on Thursday indicted Freel, of Milton-Freewater. The state accuses him of inflicting deadly physical injury to his 5-month-old son, Dominic, on June 8.
Freel appeared in circuit court in Pendleton via video from the juvenile jail at the Northern Oregon Regional Correctional Facilities, The Dalles. His court-appointed attorney, Herman Bylenga of Pendleton, gave pleas of not guilty for his client.
Circuit Judge Christopher Brauer set Freel’s bail at $5 million and set July 8 at 9:30 a.m. for a bail hearing.
The baby was taken by ambulance at 5:30 p.m. June 8 from an Elizabeth Street address to Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, where he died at 6:23 p.m., according to Walla Walla County Coroner Richard Greenwood.
Milton-Freewater police officials said the Umatilla County Major Crime Team was activated to investigate the death.
Dominic was celebrated as the first baby born in the Walla Walla Valley this year, arriving at 12:14 a.m. Jan. 1.
Barbara Freel, Evan Freel’s grandmother, said the teen was taken into custody about 2 a.m. Thursday “on a probation violation for not participating in an anti-drug and alcohol class” and lodged at The Dalles correctional facility.
This useless trash was suppose to go to an “anti-drug” class because he was another useless marijuana addict. I did a little research on this low life and his Twitter page in which one can see how much of a pot head this loser was:
This is yet another example of a pot head loser screwing around and them murdering their own children. There is so much trash in society, I wonder when some divinely destined purging of the nations will begin.
