ISIS invaded the area of Kobani in Syria on Thursday, slaughtering 145. They even took a little boy and killed him with five bullets. According to one report:
A wave of terrorism swept across Africa, Europe and the Middle East yesterday leaving at least 184 people dead.
Islamic State fighters killed 145 civilians in an attack on the Syrian town of Kobani and a nearby village, in what a monitoring group described as the second worst massacre carried out by the hardline group in that country.
According to another report:
The Islamic State group killed 164 civilians in its offensive on the Kurdish town of Kobani, in what a monitor has called one of the jihadists’ ‘worst massacres’ in Syria.
The killing spree, which took place mostly inside Kobani itself on Friday, was widely seen as vengeance for a series of defeats inflicted on the jihadists by Kurdish militia in recent weeks.
At least 120 civilians were killed in a 24-hour rampage on Kobani, and another 26 were executed in a nearby village, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
The bullet-riddled bodies of 18 people – including children – were found on Friday morning in the streets of Kobani, the Britain-based Observatory said, adding that they had been shot ‘at close range’.
‘The body of one child bore the impact of five bullets,’ it said.
