Another “honor” rape, courtesy of Islam.
According to the story, the woman’s sister eloped with a Muslim man to the embarrassment of his family. In order to “avenge” their “honor,” the Muslim family sent a gang of men to the woman’s sister’s house, who stripped her naked, dragged her out into the streets, and gang raped her in front of her five children:
According to the lawyer’s reconstruction, it all started when the young Muslim, Sehar Wasif fled with the young Christian, Inayat Masih, who was in love with her. Inayat Masih’s family had to face all the consequences of this action. Sehar’s family sent some men (one of whom is Sehar’s brother) to Inayat Masih’s sister Samrah Badal’s home, asking her news. The woman did not say anything so the men began to beat her, stripped her naked and dragged her in the street and abused her, under the eyes of her five children, who witnessed the violence committed.
The NGO team went to the police station and registered a complaint, on behalf of the victim.
While there are more details to this story that will have yet to be revealed, the fact remains that “avenging” something you do not like that another person did, as especially with a vile act such as rape, is not “justice,” but dishonorable and disgraceful. Yet that is the root of Islam, as it has no honor to impart to its followers and as such it shows no body respect or love, even in small things.
