Four witch doctors kidnapped a woman and after taking turns raping her, they slaughtered her and carved her body up like an animal. People then came to the doctors asking to help them get richer, more power, or better sexual performance, and the doctors gave them pieces of her flesh to eat. At least 300 people have admitted to knowingly and willingly eaten pieces of this woman according to a recent report:
A community meeting following the arrest of four Estcourt men for allegedly killing a person and eating human flesh saw hundreds of residents allegedly confess to having eaten human body parts procured from one of the accused.
The four men, Nino Mbatha (32), Sthembiso Sithole (31), Lindokuhle Masondo (32) and Lungisani Magubane (30), appeared in the Estcourt Magistrate’s Court on Monday on charges of murder and conspiracy.
This after one of the four men allegedly walked into the Estcourt police station on Friday, holding human body parts and confessed to being “tired of eating human flesh”. When he was questioned, he produced part of a human leg and a hand. Further investigation led police to a house in the Rensburgdrift area in Estcourt where they were met with a foul smell, and more human remains were found.
KwaZulu-Natal police spokesperson Colonel Thembeka Mbhele said on Friday that one of the accused, also an nyanga (traditional healer), was arrested in Amangwe area where more body parts were found.
It has been alleged that the men raped, killed and cut up the body of a woman, which they then consumed.

Hundreds of outraged Estcourt locals gathered outside the magistrate’s court on Monday morning, armed with cameras and cellphones in the hopes of catching a glimpse of the four men.
With police guarding the entrance to the court, residents were warned to stay back as the men were loaded into a police van after their court appearance and taken into police custody until their formal bail application on August 28.
Later, ward councillor Mthembeni Majola, who held a meeting at the Esigodlweni community hall on Monday morning, said that around 300 residents had confessed to visiting Mbatha, an nyanga, and knowingly eating human flesh that he gave to them.
He said that there were around 700 people at the meeting where about 300 residents confessed to allegedly knowing Mbatha had human flesh and allegedly confessed to eating it.
He said a community member, who had been very close to Mbatha, had had a falling out with the nyanga.
Majola alleged that the matter was not just limited to Estcourt and that the nyanga had links across the Uthukela area.
Majola alleged that Mbatha had been a practising nyanga in Ladysmith before he fled to Rensburgdrift earlier this year as the Ladysmith community had allegedly attacked and killed another nyanga in the area, however, this could not be confirmed.
“We don’t know what to do or who to trust,” said Majola.
‘People we know and live with have now confessed to eating this woman’
“This has happened within our community. Families, people we know and live with have now confessed to eating this woman,” he said.
He added that community members had also allegedly confessed to digging up graves under Mbatha’s orders, and giving Mbatha the bones.
Majola said the community had said at the meeting that the nyanga had told them that digging up the graves would make them strong and protect them from harm and that bringing him the bones would bring them wealth in the future.
Colonel Mbhele said that the provincial Occult-Related Crime Unit was investigating the matter.
She said police could not comment further on the matter, due to the sensitivity of the case. (source)
In the words of one of the cannibals, he confessed to the crime because he was ‘tired of eating humans’:
“I am tired of eating human flesh.”
That is allegedly what a man told Estcourt police on Friday, before he handed them human body parts.
Three suspects are expected to appear in the Estcourt Magistrate’s Court on Monday for being in possession of human remains.
The three were arrested on Friday night, said spokesperson Colonel Thembeka Mbhele.
She said one of the suspects had walked into the Estcourt police station and made the admission to police officers on duty.
“When he was questioned, he produced part of a human leg and a hand. Further investigation led police to a house in the Rensburgdrift area in Estcourt where police were met with a foul smell, and more human remains were found.
“A second suspect was also arrested in Estcourt. A third suspect, also an nyanga, was arrested in Amangwe area. More body parts were found. (source)
Now this story is absolute savagery, as it is characterized some of the worst manifestations of human behavior- rape, ritual murder, and mass human sacrifice. But is it really that unique?
Sin is sin no matter who the individual is, what time he lives in, or what place he came from. The wage of sin is death, and when allowed to follow to its natural end will arouse the most bestial tendencies of the human heart. For while man is created in the image and likeness of God, the consequences of Original Sin are just as virulent today as they were in the ancient world.
God came to the world to save His creation from the pathway into damnation created by Original Sin. Christ died that we might live, so that by descending to our humanity we might be raised up to His divinity. While all of life is a struggle against sin, even for those who are Christians, to become a Christian is to petition God not just for His pardon and mercy, but to take up arms against the sins which have sullied the entire world. It is to choose the way of valor and sacrifice before that of popularity and pleasure, to walk the long and often lonely road to salvation that Christ warned so few would find. Even then it will not be easy, but as long as he persists to the end, accepting correction when he errs and continually seeking pardon, using the arms of grace God has given to the world, he can overcome the temptations and evils which threaten his soul. Those who abandon Christ, however, while they may appear to be fine, have put themselves on a path that when followed long enough will smoothly transition back onto the road to perdition and once having started upon it, will find himself in a worse position than he was before.
This was a story about several hundred people who engaged in a pagan human sacrifice and cannibalism ritual. Yet as we know from history, hundreds of thousands- likely millions- of of American Indians were doing the exact same practices. This was to the horror of the Spanish conquistadores when they arrived in what is today Mexico and saw the gruesome pyramids where people’s hearts were ripped out of their chests while still beating to appease the “sun god,” and the bodies were thrown off of the temples to be feasted upon later. The Spanish came and after destroying the wicked paganism, brought the One and True Faith to the native peoples, through which they were brought into the fold of Christ. This repeated itself throughout much of the Americas, in particular where the Spanish, Portuguese, and French established colonies.
The same was the case with the European peoples. Much of Europe before Christianity partook in the same barbaric practices, with cannibalism and human sacrifice being know throughout Germania, Gaul, the British Isles, Northern Europe, and Eastern Europe. It was thanks to the missionaries who brought the Faith to these people that civilized them and build their societies. The same can also be said about what is happening with many of the sub-Saharan African peoples today, where thanks to the aggressive work of missionaries tribes and peoples who were once cannibals, murderers, and known for their sins have become some of the most ardent Christians in the world today.
One can also see the effects of this in the reverse. This is particularly notable in Germany, which while having a long and rich history with Christianity began the process of rejecting the Faith nearly six centuries ago (the process started about a century before the Protestant Revolution) and was realized in the Protestant Revolution, which stripped the Church from its position as the “second estate” between the government and the people and made it a vassal of the government, establishing nationalism as a religious prerogative and making the act of being a “Christian” a supporter of government policy as well. The result was predictable, for over time Christianity gradually lost following because, as one might expect, if the support of the Church is no different from supporting the government, then what is the purpose of the Church other than a social organization with historic roots? As Peter Wiener notes in his book Hitler: Luther’s Spiritual Ancestor, the natural result of Protestantism was the creation of the Bismarckian state that blossomed into full form with the National Socialist Third Republic of Germany. Not surprisingly, a new form of Germanic neopaganism was popularized by the National Socialists as a new religion to take the place of Christianity just like how two centuries earlier, the French Revolutionaries who overthrew the government also persecuted the Church and created their own national religion. In both cases, barbarity followed along with the massive slaughter of the innocent all done in the pursuit of power.
Some things never change
Likewise, one can see what is happening today with the rise of National Socialism is the repeat of history because of the wounds of sin, and by this I speak not of the true horrors caused by the war, but because the root cause which started the war- the apostasy from the Catholic Faith in exchange for a worship of the self rooted in ethnonationalist ideas. Indeed, any nation or people who chooses to worship their own race, land, or ideal other than Christ has simply set foot onto the same path of all of the pagans of old, for nothing is new under the sun. Just like how the consequence of sin are the same regardless of time or place, so are its effects with the only difference being not the results but the ability to more efficiently reproduce the same effects over a larger area in a shorter amount of time with greater efficiency by means of better tools.
We can clearly see that the world, having been immersed in sin for so long and having been warned by Our Lady of Fatima about the consequences of man continuing to turn his back on God, it is inevitable that war would come again. True peace does not come through political domination, economic power, or ideas about national or racial superiority. It comes from submission to Christ through His Church, for it is through them and only them that man will be empowered with the weapons to put on the armor of God and so long as he chooses to persist in following the will of God, to stand up to the effects of sin and conquer them. Anybody who promises otherwise is offering only a deception because there is no other way, and as the world turns more against the Faith, so will the horrors of the ancient world once again manifest in ways more efficient and quickly than before.
It is Christ against the world, just as it always was. But take heart and persist, because as Christ has promised, He has conquered the world, and in the fullness of time, He will return- except this time, it will be as the Just Judge.
