A video surfaced where Turkmen shot at and claimed they killed the pilots of the downed Russian jet which was shot down by Turkey escalating the situation where Russia’s Moskva fleet is threatening to shoot down at any target that poses further threats including any Turkish jet fighter. All this, including the history behind the Turkmen as prophecy unravels in front of our eyes.
What raises the stakes on the downing of the Russian jet by Turkey is that a group of Turkmen rebels in northern Syria, who have recently been supported by Turkish airpower, claim to have killed the two Russian pilots and the raw footage now just have emerged from ISIS showing Turkmen Jihadis taking the credit:
Russia will not take this easily and while this is bad news for Russia, its positive for the war on ISIS and further exposes Turkey’s support for ISIS. Turkey by doing this attempts to magnetize Islamists worldwide to focus on Turkey as the supreme defender of Islamic revolution. ISIS after all, has never succeeded to down a Russian jet, but its mother (Turkey) could. But the image of Turkey becomes clearer by the day; Turkey is the mother of ISIS. We have always argued that the relationship between Turkey and Russia will deteriorate.

For how many years we have been saying it, that Russia and Turkey will eventually have a major fallout while others said (even used the Bible) arguing that they [Turkey and Russia] will become great allies?
First of all, the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has called off a planned trip to Turkey and this will cause Putin to redouble the country’s campaign against Turkish-backed rebel groups in Syria and its support for the Assad regime. In addition, Turkey and the Gulf states had been pushing at Vienna to expand the number of rebel groups (Muslim terrorists) who were viewed as “legitimate opposition,” which Russia, Iran, and their Syrian proxies will reject.
So what happened is crucial. Few focus on the history and what prompted Russia to target the Turkmen in Syria. In recent days, Russian jet fighters have turned their sites on ethnic Turkmen fighters in northwestern Syria. Turkey has long been a champion of the Jihadi Turkmen in both Iraq and Syria, seeking to rejuvenate their ethnic and Muslim kin, who arrived in the region during centuries of Ottoman rule.
Now that Erdogan is reviving his Ottoman dream, Turkey has backed the Turkmen’s efforts to topple Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in order to have the Turkmen Islamists extend the Ottoman influence in Syria. This made the Turkmen the target for Russian jets that have been trying to help the Assad regime regain territory lost to opposition forces.
There are at least 200,000 Turkmen in Syria who speak a language closely related to Turkish. These are the fifth column with loyalties to Turkey and have been given a historic promise to share in the booty lost after the collapse of the Ottoman Empire. Shoebat.com interviewed Taleb Ibrahim to gain a perspective on this issue and more. Taleb works for the Syrian government and is a Syrian Middle East analyst who was also a lecturer at the High Institute of National Security in Syria. His expert explanation from his intelligence background assisting the Syrian government is intriguing and enlightening and he gives a unique insight in eye-opening interview since he’s on the ground in Syria:
And things are escalating as Taleb pointed out Turkey is the culprit. As a response to Turkey, Russian guided missile cruiser Moskva, equipped with the ‘Fort’ air defense system, similar to the S-300, will be deployed off Latakia province’s coast. Such a system can bring down any Turkish jet with 150 mile zone. This means that whenever Turkey sets its jets on Russian jets, its a war.
“We warn that every target posing a potential threat will be destroyed,” lieutenant general Sergey Rudskoy said during the briefing.
The Moskva (‘Moscow’) missile cruise is a flagship vessel of the Russian Black Sea fleet and is one of the fleet’s two biggest ships. The cruiser was stationed in Sevastopol but left in summer 2015 after being deployed to the Mediterranean Sea where it joined Russia’s standing naval force in the Mediterranean.
Since September 30, the Moskva cruiser acts as a covering force for the Russian air forces in Syria while deployed in the eastern Mediterranean.
“All military contacts with Turkey will be suspended,” Rudskoy added shutting down all correspondence with Turkey in a pre-war posture.
The situation between Turkey and Russia escalated after Moscow’s stepped up its bombing campaign just south of Turkey’s Hatay province last week, prompting the Foreign Ministry in Ankara to summon Moscow’s ambassador and warn Russia against striking Turkmen civilians and fighters.
Mr. Davutoglu on Friday even publicly called on Russia not to strike Turkmen who are fighting alongside the terrorists. As the Russian jets ignored Turkey and intensified their campaign in Turkmen-controlled terrorist areas in northern Syria, U.S. jets struck ISIS targets 100 miles to the northeast last weekend, helping Turkmen terrorists secure two villages by the border with Syria. Turkey’s agenda was clear when over 80 percent of the tonnage of their bombs would drop on the Kurds fighting ISIS in Northern Syria and North Western Iraq.
So, in fact Turkey has been consistent in pursuing its own agenda which is to pretend to be fighting ISIS while settling scores with one of the two parties that are actually capable of fighting ISIS on the ground, the other being, of course, the Syrian Army.
Erdogan who has been prepared to take serious gambles in recent years is now trying to up the ante and force the rest of NATO into a gesture of solidarity with Turkey. Of course, if you have the F-16 right in the air even before the Russian jets allegedly violated the airspace it was evidently a set-up. It was a deliberate trap which Erdogan down the chain of command had ordered to set up because he wants to test Russia’s response and he also wants to use or rather misuse Turkish membership of NATO to force the rest of the alliance into a virtually anti-Russian posture while at the same time sabotaging the fight against ISIS with which he secretly sympathizes. This means that Moscow will suspend military cooperation with Ankara which the Russian General Staff representatives said on Tuesday.
So the three steps as announced by top brass are:
- Each and every strike groups’ operation is to be carried out under the guise of fighter jets
- Air defense to be boosted with the deployment of Moskva guided missile cruiser off Latakia coast with an aim to destroy any target that may pose danger
- Military contacts with Turkey to be suspended
And of course, in Washington, President Barack Obama said Turkey has “a right to defend its airspace”. The escalation was done since France has been more open to the idea of working with the Russians. France, tellingly, did not invoke NATO’s mutual defense clause after the Paris attacks—as the U.S. did after 9/11—possibly as a form of outreach to NATO-wary Moscow.
Turkey wanted to thwart what happened during these recent days when there was actually some rare cause for hope that the international coalition could get on the same page. In the wake of the bombing of a Russian passenger plane over Sinai—for which ISIS claimed responsibility—Russia finally began serious airstrikes on ISIS targets in Syria after weeks of focusing its fire on anti-Assad rebels. More significantly, it alerted the United States to those strikes. Now after this incident, Russia is unlikely to build on cooperation with NATO forces in Syria which is exactly what Turkey wanted in order to isolate Russia.
FROM THE PROPHETIC AND THE SPIRITUAL PERSPECTIVE
One of the most major errors the West did is that it added Muslim Turkey as member of NATO in 1952, and alliance rules say that an attack on any of the 28-member states should be treated as an attack on all.
So now the entire relationship between Turkey and Russia is at stake while so-called Christian nations will stand on the side of Turkey, an Antichrist nation, instead of Orthodox Russia.
And now you wonder how so many will err and support Antichrist, even including so-called Bible believing Christians? While I will deal with that issue in more detail later, the question is: who is truly encroaching on who? Is Russia encroaching on Turkey’s sphere?
We have maintained that Russia’s relationship as well as China’s relationship with Turkey will eventually erode: “unpleasant news from the east (China) and the north (Russia) will alarm him (Antichrist)” (Daniel 11:44). And today the evidence cannot be any clearer.
HERE IS WHAT THEY WILL NEVER TEACH YOU IN SUNDAY SCHOOL
The situation in Syria is only the tip of the ice-berg. The world is up-in-arms when Russian jets enter into Turkish airspace while no one sounds a peep when the Muslim Tatar in Ukraine’s Crimea complain about Orthodox Russia’s expansion into the Ukraine, a landmass that was always part of Orthodox Russia since 1783.
Switching Gog to Russia from Turkey is a demonic master plan. To an Antichrist loving world, it is okay for the Muslim Gog of Turkey to expand into Syria by exporting terrorists all the way from China’s Uyghur while at the same time send floods of Muslim immigrants to Europe and even to the U.S.
Is this the work of Russia or Turkey? Does God want us to stand with Muslim Turkey and go against Orthodox Russia because some unqualified prophecy quack sold a best-seller on why Russia is Gog? The question to ask is this: how could a Bible believer be against Russia while Obama is against Russia? This makes such to be on the side of the devil.
What these leave out is their lack of understanding on how things function with Russia and Syria and Turkey and China … The world ignores that such a “friendship” between Russia and Turkey are hindered by the Islamist uprisings influenced by Turkey against a Russian ally: Syria. An Islamist takeover of Syria will threaten Russia’s interests in the Tartus naval base, (its only Mediterranean proxy naval opening). That including Turkey’s establishments of an Islamic alliance which will contradict Russia’s and China’s interests and is why Turkey will be threatened from the East (China) and the North (Russia) in the future battle of all battles.
Such western ‘prophecy’ writers do not understand the schism and conflict. Besides the Turkmen whom we now witness are part of an Antichrist Islamic force, we also have from China, the Muslim Urumqi uprising in Xinjiang’s China with Muslim Uyghur-Turks who sparks major rift in Turkey’s China relations, leading to a boycott of Chinese goods and China not wanting to lose the Xinjiang region to Turkey. The Xinjiang issue continues to rankle, Turkey adopting its Islamist heritage, that with a rift with Russia will cause it to eventually crumble. Now you know what this “unpleasant news from the east” (China) is all about.

These so-called teachers leave all this out of the equation. Russia is not “Gog” and the Crimea (which the west harps about) is crucial for defeating Antichrist Turkey. The Almighty by Russia taking the Ukraine is perhaps removing the only buffer between Turkey and Russia and is setting up the launching pad for Russian airstrikes and submarines cross the Black Sea into Turkey to defeat it.
It was Turkey who betrayed Russia by going to bed with Ukraine. Turkey’s betrayal of Russia includes an elaborate buildup of a military alliance with Ukraine. Ukraine opposes a planned Russian-Turkish natural gas pipeline, the Turkish Stream, which replaces a long-planned South Stream project that would have carried Russian gas to Europe across the Black Sea.
As the situation escalates, Russia will have Turkey in check. Russia is Turkey’s largest energy supplier and it looks increasingly difficult for Turkey to maintain its policy to balance relations with hostile neighbors Ukraine and Russia at the same time. Russia in the Ukraine will eventually neutralize Turkey’s sphere in what was once Russian territory.
The chips are beginning to move on the prophetic pad. In the mountainous Caucasus, Russia has already been strengthening its presence in Georgia’s breakaway territories. Orthodox Russia remains Christian Armenia’s only real patron, a developing bargain with Muslim Azerbaijan over Nagorno-Karabakh has the potential to expand Russia’s presence even more and thus reinforce a Russian buffer to the south.
The road to Armageddon is a revival of almost all the ancient conflicts between the children of God and the children of the devil calumniating in the Middle East. This would also include historic Ottoman-Russo wars.
While many complain about Russia, who is speaking out when NATO forgets the oil Turkey steals which already has $800 million worth, that ISIS obtained from regions it occupied this year in the Rumeilan oil fields in northern Syria — and most recently Mosul. They have laid pipes from villages near the Turkish border at Hatay. Similar pipes exist also at the Turkish border regions of Kilis, Urfa and Gaziantep transfering the oil to Turkey and parlay it into cash taking the oil from the refineries at zero cost. Turkey has a foundation in NATO and unlike Iran it can tremendously influence the West while it uses Bashar Al-Assad as its scapegoat devil.

You will never learn in Sunday school how Turkey, the Red Dragon of Revelation 12, with its two horns (the crescent moon) will “gush forth the flood” of immigration of Muslims unto Christendom as we see happening today, or how the Woman in Revelation 12 will stomp the crescent under her feet. Russia’s cross is designed as such that it too stomps the crescent moon. Is that by coincidence? How is that Gog?
All this is arising as we see in front of our very eyes. As Syria weakens, Turkey is eyeballing not only Syria, but Egypt, Libya and Israel (Daniel 11:43). Is Russia sending Muslim terrorists to Europe and the U.S. or is it Turkey?
It is a moral issue one has to answer instead of playing bible gymnastics.
THE ETERNAL DANGERS OF MISUNDERSTANDING PROPHECY
At times I am told that error on prophecy does not matter eternally.
Really? Lets toss this idea around.
Truth is that prophecy at times is set in a vague way with allegory. It is written in the same way Jesus set up His parables. Jesus was asked as to why He speaks in parables. His answer was fascinating:
To you it has been given to know the secrets of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given. For to the one who has, more will be given, and he will have an abundance, but from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away. This is why I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand. Indeed, in their case the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled that says:
“You will indeed hear but never understand, and you will indeed see but never perceive. For this people’s heart has grown dull, and with their ears they can barely hear, and their eyes they have closed, lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their heart and turn, and I would heal them.” (Matt. 13:11-16)
The fool interprets Daniel and Revelation without all the literal references. The Bible is a blessing and is a curse. It is a blessing when one hears and reads what it says and it is a curse when we read into it what it does not say.
Nowhere does the Bible curse Rome, Europe or Russia and in all prophecy it curses “Lydia” (Turkey) “Libya” “Arabia” “Egypt” “Syria” “Greece” (Yavan/Ionia in Turkey) and the list goes on and on. These are all Muslim today, not Orthodox or Catholic. The false Christians will curse Russia and Rome while the true Christian will realize that God chastised Russia and healed it and will also chastise Rome as He will in the future. Many use the Bible, not to express God’s mind, but to express old hatreds for Rome and Russia.

There will be a showdown between Russia and Turkey. Few focus closely on Daniel 11:44, “But then unpleasant news from the east and the north will alarm him”
“news from the north” (Russia) “will trouble the King of the North” (Turkey).
Only Turkey fits. This one little verse alone brings to ruin tons of prophecy books. Had Europe been “anti-Christ,” there are no nations north of Europe, there is nothing but a vast ocean. Antichrist is “north” not “far-north” just “north enough” with someone mightier than him who is north of him: Russia.
North of Europe is the Atlantic Sea
This is why the Antichrist is King of the North and he also has an enemy from the north (Russia). All this, while so-called ‘prophecy’ experts are re-drawing the maps to appear that Europe and Rome are Antichrist and harlot. How so, when Europe is in the West of Israel? No where in Scripture do we have a threat from the West and all threats in the Bible are from the north, south and east.
Beware of the blind leading the blind.
Ignoring prophecy is crucial. Calvinists who hated Rome joined the Muslim Ottoman Turk against the Catholic League at Lepanto in 1571. What was their end? They were cursed and defeated drowning with the Muslim. It was at Lepanto in 1571, where English and German Calvinists aided the Muslim Ottomans against what they believed was the Roman Harlot.
Has anything changed? No.
Similarly today, Protestant U.S. (England’s extension) is aiding Turkey’s cause against Russia in Syria while Protestant Germany is accepting whatever the Red Dragon, Muslim Turkey, dishes to its lands with a massive flood (Revelation 12) drawing their curse.
From the Calvinists to now, not much has changed. History will repeat itself in order that God sifts the wheat from the tares, the blind from who sees, the deaf from who hears and the lazy from the hard-working. Ever wonder why the easy-believeism of today hates “works”? You think the owner of the vineyard will tolerate a lazy servant? Ever wonder why they ridicule historic Christian wars with Islam? You think Christ is playing games?
It was at Lepanto when Christian Europe, under the Catholic League finally defeated the Islamic Ottoman Empire in one of the most decisive victories besides the Battle of Vienna in Sept. 11-13, 1683. Protestant U.S. was quite naive, lacked in understanding history to see that connect on why 9-11 happened.
Many are the blind whom in their zeal and hatred for the Russian Orthodox and the Roman Catholic, will praise God while the Muslim praises Allah as they see Europe and Russia suffer in the future. So many cheer for Turkey against Russia. And when Turkey invades Rome they will cry out “Alas, Alas, the Harlot and Gog. There hour is neigh”.
But even this will cause many to heal as Protestant England and Germany in the end praised the Catholic league for defeating the Muslim Ottomans. Christ said “lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their heart and turn, and I would heal them.” Christ will heal many. Lest we forget, God in the end chose a Protestant, General Allenby to defeat the Ottomans. But General Allenby was no anti-Catholic and described himself as a “crusader”.
All make mistakes. While the U.S. feared communist Russia more than Islam, they aided the Afghan Mujahideen against Russia. This was a major mistake similar to what the U.S. did during the Arab Spring. In Afghanistan, U.S. policy gave birth to the Taliban. But that was okay for many, so long Russia’s sphere of influence is depleted. The wise, knew that God will heal Russia.
It was the same blindness, hatred towards Russia’s sphere of influence, that caused the evil outcome in the Arab Spring where even conservative Americans loved the idea of ousting all Russia’s allies, the Arab nationalists, Saddam, and before him, Qhaddafi of Libya and Mubarak in Egypt and now Assad in Syria.
The naive thinks that the U.S. should learn from all the mess when truth is, the mess is all intentional.
The chaos caused by the U.S. has now become the adhesive, or the pitch if you will to unite Muslims. This is what Turkey has been waiting for to rebuild its dream using sympathy for the suffering Muslim to argue for Muslims to immigrate by the millions to the Protestant parts of Europe who welcomed Muslims as they did at Lepanto.
Christ does not honor the stupid. General Allenby was no stupid man.

Understanding history and biblical geography is key. Ever wonder why most of the so-called prophecy students are lousy on history and geography?
Many of the foolish use outlandish maps drawn up by amateur theologians. The wise follow maps that are drawn by serious historians. No wise will visit a car mechanic to pull out a decayed tooth. Nevertheless, many should somehow replace their decayed hearts no matter how they do it.
People here depress themselves thinking that Christianity is over. Truth is, Christianity is alive and well. Christ’s Church is alive and well. All one has to do is to find that narrow gate. Christ is calling but you must know how to hear His voice:
