An article titled “Iran Preparing For Armageddon? Islamic Republic Backs Shiites In Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan And Yemen” and we said that 2016 will be an interesting year and now the Mahdi is on the headlines of the secular media.
What will it be like in 2017, 2018 … as the birth pangs come so the speed and the intensity of such events becoming greater?
Women who know childbirth more than us men would relate much better to what Jesus warned us about. So are we at the end? We must wait till the numbers swell a thousand times over; from 200,000 to 200,000,000.
Hard to imagine? Its easy if you try, just read the Bible. And while many think of the Sunni-Shiite divide as the ace in the hole to keep Islam’s danger at bay since the two will be fighting each other, think again. This western strategy of pinning the least of the two evils with the greater evil will not work. I have said that Iran and Turkey will unite (see Ezekiel 38). And this week we read the headlines “Turkey Hails Iran Nuclear Deal” (Wall Street Journal): “Iran supplies about 30% of energy-hungry Turkey’s annual crude-oil demand and some 20% of its natural-gas consumption each year …. Ankara helped Tehran keep its economy chugging as it became increasingly strapped for cash in recent years by paying for oil and gas purchases in gold, providing Iran with hard currency at a time when it was blocked from international markets.”
Turkey needs Iran and Iran needs Turkey. Turkey too, like Iran, will soon be done with its prostitute, Saudi Arabia, which was riding Muslim nations backs for centuries with Islam.
We also read other headlines “Iran-Turkey Relations and Impossibility of Saudi-Turkish Strategic Coalition“.
Logic foresees Turkey-Saudi Arabia relations ending. To the Turks, they are anti-sectarianism which is the façade behind Saudi Arabia’s and Iran’s jousting for power grabs in the region where there are only four power pegs: Turkey, Iran, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The best strategy for Turkey would be to go against sectarian divide between Sunni and Shiite, join with Iran, undo Sykes Picot and ignore Saudi Arabia (Sheba and Dedan) which will sit on the sidelines during Islam’s global Jihad, making her look like a prostitute traitor. This will bring her end where she will be stoned according to her own Sharia ruling, as a harlot. Except this times, her stoning will be with missiles coming from Persia where like expert warriors, not a single arrow will miss its mark. In the meanwhile, Turkey and Iran are preparing for the Mahdi. And now even the secular media, like Johnny come lately, is beginning to recognize what we have been saying for decades.
Via IBTimes: Iran has prepared almost 200,000 young men in countries across the Middle East to help with the arrival of the Mahdi, a Muslim leader who will usher in justice prior to the Day of Judgment, a Revolutionary Guard commander said earlier this week. Maj. Gen. Mohammad Ali Jafari said recent violence across the region, including the rise of the Islamic State group, was a sign the arrival of the messianic Muslim leader was imminent, the Turkish newspaper Daily Sabah reported.
Jafari said the current developments in the region, “the formation of [the Islamic State group] and Takfiri [extremist] groups, and the events that occurred in the past years are paving the ground for the emergence of Imam Mahdi,” Middle East Monitor reported. “You can now see the positive results in the readiness of nearly 200,000 young armed in Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Yemen.”
Shiite Muslims generally believe the Mahdi will arrive following a period of widespread violence and instability, and will usher in justice and an event like the Armageddon, the conclusive battle between good and evil. The comments come as Iran has grown increasingly entangled with several regional conflicts, including in Syria, where Revolutionary Guard forces have been battling to support the embattled dictator Bashar Assad.
The conflict, which has broken down along sectarian lines, has given rise to apocalyptic theories, as war in the region was prophesied by the Islamic Prophet Muhammad in the 7th century. Hundreds of thousands of people have been killed in the Syrian war, and millions more have been displaced.
Several regional leaders expressed disapproval of the Iranian general’s statement, reported Asharq al-Awsat, a London-based Arabic language newspaper. A spokesman for the Yemeni government said Jafari’s comments were seen as “direct aggression against Yemen and a violation of its sovereignty.” Houthis have been battling the Yemeni government for months and are believed to be backed by Iran.
The region has seen intensified sectarian tensions in recent weeks, particularly in the aftermath of the execution of a popular Shiite cleric in Saudi Arabia, a country with a Sunni majority. The execution sparked protests in Shiite communities across several Muslim countries, including in Iran where protesters attacked the Saudi embassy.
Saudi Arabia and several of its predominantly-Sunni allies in the region cut diplomatic ties with Iran following the embassy attack. The execution and outcry that followed was seen as exacerbating already tense relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia, two of the Middle East’s major powers.
