The Virgin Mary Will Destroy Islam And Its Crescent Moon Idol And Wipe It Off From The Face Of The Earth

By Walid Shoebat (Shoebat Sunday Special)cr-gu copy

“And I will put enmity
Between you and the woman,
And between your seed and her Seed;
He shall bruise your head,
And you shall bruise His heel.” (Genesis 3:15)

Just one verse, Genesis 3:15, packs incredible meaning where it speaks of the Crucifixion and the final vengeance of God against the devil. A single line prophecy packing in it a plethora of fulfillments detailed in the apocalypse. One scene in the Book of Revelation chapter 12, St. John expounds on this one verse adding to the prophecy where the mother of the “the man-child” is now seen using her feet stomping and defeating two protruding horns. This crescent with its two pincers is finally destroyed.

And the temple of God was opened in heaven:
and the ark of his testament was seen in his temple,
and there were lightnings, and voices, and an earthquake, and great hail.
And a great sign appeared in heaven:
A woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet,
and on her head a crown of twelve stars” (Revelation 11:19-12:1)

In this prophecy, she carries out the Lord’s vengeance against the devil for the “bruise” that punctured her Son’s feet and now she defeats the devil by stomping the crescent “moon under her feet” reversing the scene when she stood at the foot of the Cross watching her Son’s hands and feet pierced during history’s greatest story demonstrating that sacrifice and not pleasure is the key to heaven. This is a story to contemplate this coming Easter.

In participation with the saints in heaven led by Christ, she carries out God’s vengeance to uproot the stinger of death. It is here where “The moon will be dismayed” (Isaiah 24:23) and Bel, the moon-god bows “That to Me every knee will bow, every tongue will swear allegianceBel [the moon] has bowed down, Nebo stoops over; Their images are consigned to the beasts and the cattle” (see Isaiah 45-46). This crescent that tipped minarets, the pride of Islam, is now consigned to the necks of cattle all initiated by this “woman”.

The showdown reflects past fulfillments when the preventers of God’s temple, “Sanballat” of Nehemiah’s days is a reflection of this image of the crescent she stomps since Sanballat is Akkadian Sīnuballit which means  “begotten by Sin the moon god” (Nehemiah 2:10). Even “Geshem the Arabian” in Arabic it means “beast” is a reflection to the enemy who comes against her other “seed,” the ones who “observe God’s commands” (Rev 12:17). Now this “fiery red dragon having seven heads and ten horns” comes to stop the daily sacrifice of Communion and God finally intervenes.

Few focus on Christ’s final conversation with the faithful at the foot of the cross before He gave up the Ghost. Christ’s last words was an instruction to His mother to adopt His disciple and for His disciple to call Mary his mother.

Besides Christ Who was the greatest example of sacrifice, Mary, our Mother most Sorrowful gave the greatest sacrifice by her suffering. On that day, when Jesus saw his mother there, and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to His mother Mary to consider John her son and for John to consider Mary as his mother:

Woman, behold your son,” and to the disciple, Behold your mother” (John 19:26-27).

Christ did not say or even hint to John to care for His mother as most interpret. “Behold your Mother” is a clear command to consider Mary his own “mother”. Yet the worldly interprets first and primarily for John to care for Mary even though these claim that she through sexual pleasure produced other siblings whom Jesus must have broken customary laws passed on His mother to a friend instead. And so by this “Behold your mother” is completely undermined and Revelation 12 being about Mary is completely ignored. The question is why?

Before we get to the answer to this very crucial question, this “motherhood” is not simply metaphorical, it is based on the maternal figures of Israel’s history. So important was this, that it was Christ’s final conversation with the faithful and it is here that Christ set the standard that the church represents only the Christians who take Mary as their mother. As surprising this is to the worldly, John wrote this for all of us to follow, Mary is our mother and not just an incubator, an insult to God and His order. In this scene, even though Mary never birthed John, yet Jesus commanded he call her “mother”.

The worldly would argue and question, that if this is true, why did Christ only address John to call her “mother,” excluding the other disciples?

The answer is simple, besides the disciples being absent, throughout scriptures God ordained what the worldly ignore: Corporate Responsibility.

So few consider this biblical principle as they read the scriptures glossing at the Bible as if it is an ordinary book. God in Genesis 3:15, spoke of Mary’s seed primarily about Christ, but then in Revelation 12, He spoke of her multiple seed. Corporate Responsibility is a biblical concept where one for all and all for one is a theme from Genesis to Revelation. For example: “Just as sin entered the world through one man, death through sin entered all men” (Romans 5:12). One man (Adam) did all the damage for the corporate others to suffer and it is one man (the new Adam, Christ) who does the fix for all the corporate others to heal. Just as sin entered through one man in Romans 5, the redemption thereof is through one man:

“God made him [Christ, single seed] who had no sin to be sin for us [plural seeds], so that in him [one man] we [all of us, plural] might become the righteousness of God” (2 Corinthians 5:21).

Corporate Responsibility is how many prophecies are fulfilled. When it comes to Christ or His mother, the relationship with their seed is corporate, as if between the saints and the King. Corporate Responsibility uses the common old maxim derived from Matthew 25, that a blessing or an attack on one of the king’s officers is an attack on the king himself. This principle is so clear when Christ in Matthew 25:40 says “Since you have done it unto one of the least of these [plural] my brethren [the King’s soldiers], you have done it unto me [the King]”.one-for-all-and-all-for-one

Prophecy can be viewed from the eyes of the worldly as if when God said He will create Adam, that He will have one man who is a head, eyes, ears, arms, legs, belly … or it can be viewed by the sacrificially minded who seeks God by digging deeper and drilling down to the complexity in the intricate strands and complex DNA. It is only then that we can find golden nuggets to understand our creator

And as we see the human body, we observe prophecy, where in Genesis 3:15, we see the surface, an enmity between Lucifer and The Woman, yet in John 19:25-27, Revelations 11 to 12 John wrote a parallel drilling down to what Genesis 3:15 is all about. In Genesis 3:15, God gives us the face, the arms and torso while in the other parts John gave us the DNA to what entails this one verse. While Genesis gives us the individual offspring will be victorious over the serpent, this one single woman, is also the new victorious Eve and is also at war with the serpent-dragon and will share (including with all her adopted children, her offspring in corporate responsibility) in the victory. And if Christ’s Crucifixion was victory, she, including her children are also participants in destroying the works of the devil (1 John 3:8). In these prophecies, it is not a choice between one or the other, it is usually ‘all the above’ as in a corporation.

Creation speaks of an intricate plan, a DNA that in every word there is substance where “Woman” has a huge meaning and “Behold” in “Behold  your mother” is also significant emphasizing the significance of an issue where in John 19:5, Christ is presented by Pilate whom even God spoke through this pagan with the words “Ecce Homo” Behold the Man (the second Adam) and then Christ, later on that day, presents Mary from the Cross: “Behold your mother”. Behold is to “see or observe a thing or person, especially a remarkable or impressive one” as a “new dimension”: here stands the new mother of the new Zion.

The worldly read the Bible as one “swallows a camel”. The desert Arab chews his camel meat, without understanding its DNA drinks its milk and urine following the command of a false prophet named Muhammad. But the tares are worse than the Muslim for they choke the wheat. The body of God is complex and removing Corporate Responsibility has been the theology of the lazy servant whom Christ hates the most.

Even in the parables, Christ shows Corporate Responsibility. He “called his servants [plural] and entrusted his wealth to them” (Matthew 25:14) while the lazy servant ignored the Corporate Responsibility, accused the Master of “harvesting where you have not sown and gathering where you have not scattered seed” (v. 25). The lazy servant does it his way. This is the mentality we hear trumpeted throughout the west where “Jesus does it all” where “faith without nothing” is the motto. These consider it nothing of what the Copts, Serbs, Russian Orthodox, Catholic Poland … where Christianity struggles in a Maccabean war carrying crosses and combating evil even on the street.

The worldly tunnel-vision thinks of Zion and Jerusalem not as the connect between God and man from which salvation radiates, he ignores the connect with the Zion of God where such connect is corporate “You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels” (plural) “to the spirits [plural] of the righteous made perfect” and “to Christ [the King]” (see Hebrew 12:22-23). This intersession with heaven through our prayers should silence millions of the worldly who daily accuse the saints of worshipping saints and angels when all they do is slander Christ’s Body.

The worldly ignore that when they interpret Revelation 12 saying its strictly about ‘Israel’ or ‘the Church’, they are like the Jewish post temple Christ deniers who reinterpreted Isaiah 53 “the suffering servant,” as strictly “suffering Israel”.

They do not understand what Zion is all about a miraculous birth. Even right after Isaiah 53, in Isaiah 54 following right after where God prophesied the old Zion (barren, desolate, divorced) with the new Zion of God: “because more are the children of the desolate woman than of her who has a husband,” says the Lord.”

This woman has more children and “without a husband” (v. 1) “For your Maker is your husband”.

Mary’s story is intertwined with the story of Zion: “Before she goes into labor, she gives birth; before the pains come upon her, she delivers a son” (Isaiah 66:7) is the same theme in Revelation 12:2 “And being with child, she cried travailing in birth, and was in pain to be delivered.” This “pain” is the pain of sacrifice and suffering having reared her Son to suffer the greatest agony where God Himself was also “Despised, and the most abject of men, a man of sorrows, and acquainted with infirmity: and his look was as it were hidden and despised, whereupon we esteemed him not …wounded for our iniquities, he was bruised for our sins: the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and by his bruises we are healed” (excerpts from Isaiah 53).

The theme is seen in multiple places where God addresses His people Israel intertwined with the Mother of God as the story of the Emmanuel in Isaiah 7:14 “Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign. Behold a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and his name shall be called Emmanuel”. She is the mother of us all, Mary. While (God) Christ is our husband is throughout Isaiah and John and so is Mary.

While in Isaiah 53, this Messiah is prophesied to resurrect and “will see his seed [offspring] (v. 10) as in the greater Zion and in Isaiah 54 speaks of the portion this suffering sacrificial servant which is also depicted in the story of Sarah (Genesis 11:30) the mother of Israel, the new Israel has the new Eve: Mary.

Here we will answer the question laid out by the worldly in the beginning of our essay. Ignoring God’s clear reference to the “woman’s seed” is understood by using “serpentine wisdom” going back to Genesis 3. It was through Eve that the devil lured humanity through Adam. By ignoring Mary’s role being the successful Eve, the spirit of enmity towards the woman, Mary, will disconnect half of Eve’s seed from God’s plan. This is half of humanity. Women who are not taught to emulate their successful mother (Mary) ignore the sacrificial role to simply repeat the same deception from the serpent in Genesis 3. The disconnect from emulating Mary’s sacrifice and to focus on the man making all the sacrifice has dire consequences. If all women emulated Mary there would be less divorce, less abandonment of children and less societal degradation. This is not to mean that men are not participants, Adam listened to Eve, not the serpent directly, and so we have this condition today where Eve has more control to go against Christ through disobedience.

The worldly ignore that Lucifer has enmity towards the woman (Genesis 3:15). For any claiming Christian to reject Mary as our mother is to tow Lucifer’s agenda.

The counter question we ask is this: why get angry with us when in reality such anger is directed on the true Jesus. He was the culprit in creating such a title for Mary “behold your mother”. They are subconsciously angered with  Elizabeth for calling Mary “the mother of my Lord” (literally, the Mother of God) and at Luke for recording this encounter in chapter 1 verse 43 for dare he insinuate Mary as the mother of God.

To claim love for scriptures is not enough. The Muslims, Mormons, Jehovah’s Witnesses and every Christian-claiming cult read scriptures and while they claim to love scripture, they subconsciously hate it and is why they keep twisting the meaning of what it says and always adhere to how mere men view it instead of focusing how God views everything.

Again, when it comes to Christ or His mother and the relationship between the saints and the King, we must use the common old maxim derived from Matthew 25, that a blessing or an attack on one of the king’s officers is an attack on the king himself. This principle is so clear when Christ in Matthew 25:40 says “Since you have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren [the King’s soldiers], you have done it unto me [the King]”.

So crucial is this that it is how Christ judges the nations in Matthew 24. It is that serious. Viewing Christians triumphant is to view Christ victorious.

And here we see the tie between Matthew 24 where this same principle (Corporate Responsibility) holds when it comes to the Queen Mother in Revelation 12 beginning in Genesis 3:15 where the “woman” and “serpent” have a primary and secondary focus and so the same rule applies in Revelation 12, that the primarily focus is on the woman here and the primary goal is her seed: Jesus.

Even in interpreting Genesis, all brands of Christians agree there is a secondary focus that by her “seed” besides being the “Messiah” are also “the people of God” whom the devil has “enmity” with.

This “plural seed” in Genesis 3:15 is agreed upon unanimously even by Protestant commentators. For example, Geneva Study Bible says “Satan shall sting Christ and his members” And Matthew Poole “by way of participation, all the members of Christ“. Benson commentary states:

“her offspring, first and principally CHRIST, who, with respect to this promise, is termed, by way of eminence, her seed, (see Galatians 3:16Galatians 3:19,) whose alone work it is to bruise the serpent’s head, to destroy the policy and power of the devil. But also, secondly, all the members of Christ, all believers and holy men, are here intended, who are the seed of Christ and the implacable enemies of the devil and his works, and who overcome him by Christ’s merit and power.”

Although this “seed” is of Christ, nevertheless, such commentary err in telling a half-truths. Genesis 3:15 is speaking of the “seed of the woman” and not the “seed of Christ”. It is her ‘plural’ seed  which is also Christ’s seed as declared in Isaiah 53: “he [Messiah] will see his seed [offspring] and prolong his days” (Isaiah 53:10).

But Revelation 12, sets a Corporate Responsibility, the “woman” sets the interpretive record straight where it strictly speaks of her seed for a reason.

But before we explain all this reason, here she has a primary and a secondary level interpretation where the primary is completely ignored and disconnected from Genesis by the false interpreters who make the secondary focus as the primary focus. This is a deliberate error from the father of error. It angers them that she is the focus being ‘crowned with twelve stars’ and she gives birth to the son (v. 2) the one who “rules the earth, with a rod of iron” (v. 5) and in their anger they switch the type (the church or Israel) to being the primary while the primary (Mary) is dissolved to nothing.

While it is true that Israel and the Church can be a type (secondary) since these also are pursued by the dragon, the primary (Mary) infuriates them making her an incubator whom they say her ashes got eaten by worms.

But a simple inductive study reveals beyond any doubt, Revelation 11-12 is speaking with primary focus on Mary just as it is in Genesis 3:15 where Jesus and Mary are intertwined within the same prophecy. In Psalm 2:7 God The Father speaks to God The Son “You are my son, today I have begotten you” this “begetting” involves a woman in Revelation 12: “And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of ironwhere in the Psalm we read: “I shall give thee the heathen … to rule them with a rod of iron.”

This “Son” is the “Word of God” in Revelation 19:13 which we see can never be primarily Israel since Israel during the Tribulation are not the ones who “hold fast their testimony about Jesus” (v. 17). How could the people who apply Isaiah 53 in the secondary focus as “Israel” while denying their Messiah be the focal point of this prophecy in Revelation 12? Or how could the dragon be angry at the woman [the Church] and then makes war on another entity: her offspring which is still the same Church? It is the same error as in Isaiah 53, where the suffering servant, if it is indeed Israel, there this suffering servant [Israel] dies for the sins of Israel? How could Israel die for the sins of Israel?

Such an interpretation even becomes bankrupt especially when we find not one single instance in the entire scripture where Israel or the church personifies the Mother of the Messiah. Yet we find ample text where the “woman” being Mary, especially that “he [serpent-dragon] pursued the woman [Mary] who had given birth to the male child” is fulfillment of the Genesis 3:15 prophecy “I will put enmity between you [the devil] and the woman [Mary]”. And then we have in the same theme in Genesis 3:15 the enmity “between your [serpent] seed and her [Mary’s] seed” is now in Revelation 12 in a corporate way “And the dragon [serpent] was angry against the woman [Mary]: and went to make war with the rest of her seed [plural, the church], who keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.”

It is here where I stumbled every time I taught prophecy. Here it is “her [plural] seed” and it does not say ‘his seed’ or the ‘man child’s seed’ or ‘Israel’s seed’ or ‘the church’s seed’ …

Every time I read the verses, I always thought, I am instantly turning Catholic, to quickly and instantly purge my unpardonable sin, as if God was a liar, and I had to set Him straight. I made it a habit to ignore this verse which haunted me the whole time. Did I truly love “all scripture”? No. I was lying to myself and to God.

John did not use “her seed” by accident, especially when he relates it specifically “who keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ”. The construct grammatically makes it impossible to refute, “her seed” are the members of the church that she, just as John, was instructed by Christ becomes a Corporate Responsibility to call her seed “children” (behold your sons) and the children calls her “our mother” (behold your mother).

To undermine all this is to undermine the only verse we have about the virgin birth in Genesis 3:15.

It is here were the answer to the question, why John mentions Mary’s seed and not Jesus’ seed becomes obvious. This signature makes it clear that God wanted to show a specific brand of Christians, the original church that has always called Mary “our mother” for succeeding where our first mother Eve failed. This theme which was understood from the time of the primitive church until now is completely erased by the worldly for a reason; it is the enmity against the woman.

These hate this idea of Mary being our mother while they clearly accept St. Paul’s fatherhood when he  addresses Timothy as “his child” in Galatians 4:19 to even have “birth pangs” himself: “My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you” and in 2 Timothy 2:1 and 1 Timothy 1:18. Protestant commentaries clearly agree that this reference is “not only as a term of endearment, but as denoting also his having been spiritually begotten by him (comp. Philemon 1:101 Corinthians 4:15)” where Paul describes it as such “I travail in birth” just as Mary is described in dealing with her Son in Revelation 12:2:

“And being with child, she cried travailing in birth, and was in pain to be delivered.”

Neither Paul or Mary are speaking of physical pains that result from childbirth, but the anguish to Paul having endured the pain of fatherhood towards the church and Mary enduring motherhood having suffered persecution from the dragon of her time with Herod and the Crucifixion later on of her Son.

If this “woman” was the church, was Christ born from the church or was His church (“I will build My church”) born of Him after His birth?

So it is here where they will encounter trouble to quickly switch the meaning to “the people of God” that the Saviour came from which is ancient “church Judaical”. Yet this represents a major problem since one can never interpret “and went to make war with the rest of her [church Judaical] seed, who keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.” This is a troubling verse for these who reject Mary as the mother of the church.

If this interpretation was true, this war would only encompass church Judaical and excludes the church. It even gets worse, this “church” has the devil “went to make war with the rest of her [church Judaical] seed , who [are the church Judaical] that keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ”.

Barnes Notes protestant commentary even finds a problem with this interpretation “Such imagery is not found elsewhere in the Bible, and is not in accordance with the language which is employed, where Christ is rather represented as the Husband of the church than the Son: “Prepared as a bride adorned for her husband,” Revelation 21:2. “I will show thee the bride, the Lamb’s wife,”Revelation 21:9; compare Isaiah 54:5Isaiah 61:10Isaiah 62:5. If this interpretation be adopted, then this must refer to the Jewish church, and thus the woman will personify the Jewish community before the birth of Christ. But this seems contrary to the whole design of the Apocalypse, which has reference to the Christian church, and not to the ancient dispensation. If this interpretation be adopted, then the statement about the dwelling in the wilderness for a period of 1260 days or years Revelation 12:14 must be assigned to the Jewish community – a supposition every way improbable and untenable. In what sense could this be true? When did anything happen to the Jewish people that could, with any show of probability, be regarded as the fulfillment of this?”

But if the correct interpretation is applied and as we stated that whoever harms the King’s soldiers and the queen’s soldiers harms the King Himself and His queen mother, everything fits; these saints dwelling in the wilderness for a period of 1260 days Revelation 12:14 must be assigned to the queen whom is represented by these saints and if she flees it is her children who flee.

Indeed, John had this verse to prophesy the reality of the persecution, that someday from Pergamum (Rev 2:12-17), the seat of the Antichrist in Turkey that immense persecution will come forth against the Christians of the region, specifically the “seed of the woman,” strictly the apostolic-succession Christians who Mary calls these Christians her children and who in turn call he “our mother” will suffer the dragon’s persecution.

Revelation 11:19-12:1 put a nail in this coffin, where John gives the key to unlock the mystery:

“Then God’s temple in heaven was opened, and the ark of his covenant was seen within his temple. And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars”

John was referring to the Psalms: “Arise, O Lord, into thy resting place: thou and the ark, which thou hast sanctified” (Psalm 132:8).

In the Psalms was a simple reference and in John we find the DNA and the Corporate Responsibility. This is also in 1 Corinthians: “Now therefore arise, O LORD God, into thy resting place, thou, and the ark of thy strength: let thy priests, O LORD God, be clothed with salvation, and let thy saints rejoice in goodness. (1 Chronicles 6:41)

So many are the paralells in scripture and we mentioned zero church traditions in this article letting scripture speak for itself: the Ark is an escapable prophecy throughout scripture pointing at Mary. If the Holy Spirit overshadowed the ark, the same Holy Spirit overshadowed Mary to the exact detail. And if Mary went on a journey to the hill country of Judea, so did the ark go on a journey to the same hill country of Judea. And when David saw the ark he rejoiced and said, “How can the ark of the Lord come to me?” and so it was with Elizabeth who uses almost the same words: “Why is this granted me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?” And when David approached the ark he shouted out and danced and leapt in front of the ark, and when Mary (the Ark of the New Covenant), approached Elizabeth, John the Baptist leapt in his mother’s womb—and John was from the priestly line of Aaron and David was wearing an ephod, the clothing of a priest when he shouted and danced around the Ark. And if the Ark of the Old Covenant remained in the house of Obed-edom for three months, Mary remained in the house of Elizabeth for three months. And if the place that housed the ark for three months was blessed and so with Elizabeth, she uses the word blessed three times and her home was blessed and Mary was announced to be called “blessed throughout all generations” a title never used by the worldly. And if the ark returns to its home to only end up in Jerusalem, where God’s presence and glory is revealed in the temple (2 Sm 6:12; 1 Kgs 8:9-11) and so it was with Mary when she returned home to Nazareth and eventually ends up in Jerusalem, where she presents God incarnate “God’s presence and glory is revealed” in the temple (Lk 1:56; 2:21-22). And if the manna, the bread from heaven that kept God’s people alive in the wilderness and so it was in Mary’s womb that the Bread of Life come down from heaven that brings eternal life. And if Christ was the bread of life and so was His Body given to us when He broke the bread, lifted it up for His Crucifixion as priests do, and initiated the first Communion to “abide in us” in our ark of a new sacrificial covenant where such an observance is to be done “from the rising of the sun to its setting” (see Malachi 1).cm2 copy

Stopping this was so significant to God that the Two Witnesses, The Two Olive Trees, The Two Lampstands are martyred and history is interjected in a way that is so significant that God calls it “the abomination of desolation” where the church goes back as it was in the days of Rome, into the catacombs where Christ intervenes as Constantine (who the worldly hate) and Judas Maccabees (who the worldly struck out from the Bible) to stand firm not to render unto caesar what is God’s.

“And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she had a place prepared by God, that there they should feed her a thousand two hundred sixty days.” (Revelation 12:6)

This verse ties together a multitude of prophecies involving this woman. Understanding scripture in the second sight and how its DNA is compiled is key. It is here where we begin to understand how Revelation 12 is to be fulfilled in the last 1260 days where “the woman fled into the wilderness” for “1260 days”.

The “seed of the woman” is also “the woman” as the Body of Christ is also “His seed,” the church in a corporate arrangement is also her seed as scriptures attest this truth. By tracking the 1260 days (3.5 years) and tying together the events in the context of this time in Revelation 11-13, Daniel 7:25-26 and Daniel 12:11-12 we can piece the puzzle where we unfold how this same devil in Genesis 3:15  as “the son of perdition” in John 17:12, Thessalonians 2:3, or “the dragon” in Revelation 12 causes the great rebellion and stops the daily sacrifice. Antichrist where Paul warns: “Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction” by Mary’s seed who are also Christ and His seed.

This is a time where the church is corrupt as we see today, where the children are left to fend for themselves and where “the dragon [son of perdition] emerges enraged at the woman and went off to wage war against the rest of her offspringthose who keep God’s commands and hold fast their testimony about Jesus.” The emphases on “those who keep God’s commands” denotes that others fell away and departed from the faith. What we see in Rome should not be a surprise and does not diminish anything from Peter’s plan for Rome.

And right from the beginning of the chapter (Revelation 12) we can see right there and expound on the Mother of Christ, the man-child and the crescent “moon under her feet” this Ark is the woman, not Christ,  “her feet” and not “His feet” that stomps and defeats the two pincers, the tips of two-horns as the vengeance of the Lord for the two pincers (nails) that bruised her Son’s feet as prophesied in Genesis 3:15. Now comes to a reverse action where that woman who stood at the foot of the Cross watching her Son’s feet pierced carries out God’s vengeance to participate with the saints in heaven led by Christ to uproot the stinger of death, where “The moon will be dismayed, the sun ashamed; for the LORD Almighty will reign on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem, and before its elders–with great glory.” (Isaiah 24:23). This is the showdown with the preventer of God’s temple desolating the body of the Christian from consuming the “grain offering” Communion. This is “Sanballat,” (Akkadian Sīnuballit)  “begotten by Sin (the moon god)”  mentioned in Nehemiah 2:10. This is “Geshem the Arabian” (in Arabic it means “beastly” “savage”  “a cruel master” coming against her seed.

The prophecy emphasizing on Mary by no means diminish anything of Christ’s works, since the servant as well as the King’s mother and the angels, whatever these do, is what Christ does in corporate order. The heart of the Ark is Christ. The Immaculate Heart of Mary represents His heart. Christ through His mother’s feet symbolically crushed the strength of the devil, his beast and the dragon’s two horns. Therefore, “her seed” in Genesis 3:15 is the Messiah and by extension His church as it is etched in Revelation 12:17 involves also His mother “her seed [the apostolic-succession Christians] who keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ” and who call her “mother”. Genesis 3:15 packs some complex DNA:

And I will put enmity
    between you and the woman,
    and between your seed and her seed;
he will crush your head,
and you will strike his heel.”

Parallels can also be seen in the devil. He is the Judas-Antichrist. If Judas denied the body of Christ as the “real presence,” where Christ “abides” within our temples, so Antichrist denies the “grain offering” (the literal presence of Christ) and “the sacrifice” as a perpetual sacrificial offering and prohibits it causing the church to become “desolate”.

Judas in John 2, just as the worldly do, denied the real presence: “Does this [the bread being My flesh] cause you to stumble? What then if you see the Son of Man ascending to where He was before? It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh [plain bread] profits nothing; the words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life. But there are some of you who do not believe.” For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were who did not believe, and who it was that would betray Him.” This was Judas Iscariot, the worldly and the lazy servant.

To Christ, such a warning to track Daniel’s “Abomination of Desolation” was so crucial “that when you see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet” where Antichrist “will suspend [both] the sacrifice and grain offerings” (Daniel 9:27) which is the Communion of Bread Sacrifice that Christ warned about in Mark 13:14Matthew 24:15 to pay close attention, Daniel 9:27 is speaking of what is only exercised by two apostolic succession churches and the churches derived from them. These “Two Lampstands” would be the remnants of Catholic and Orthodox and the churches derived from them where even though these two churches are desolate, the woman’s seed will find refuge for them in this wilderness,  where the saints who endure to the end, continue to be nourished for 1260 days. Such “nourishment” is not food per se, but the Bread of Life: The Eucharist.

Daniel’s prophecy on the abomination of desolation ties to Revelation 12’s 1260 days: “And from the time that the daily sacrifice is taken away, and the abomination of desolation is set up, there shall be one thousand two hundred and ninety days.”

Revelation 12 also ties to Revelation 11:3 “And I will appoint my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, clothed in sackcloth.” We see the same in Revelation 13:5 this same dragon who spews out the flood against the woman with his “mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given to him to continue forty and two months (1260 days)”. These “two horns” (Rev 13:11), a Shiite-crescent horn and Sunni-crescent horn will go after the “two lamp stands” these two apostolic-succession church, the  Catholic and Orthodox.

Shiite Crescent

So crucial are these issues that by denying the “perpetual sacrifice” and that Mary is “our mother,” one commits blasphemy for accepting two significant attributes of Antichrist. Firstly, Antichrist prohibits the perpetual sacrifice in the Abomination of Desolation. Secondly, when one rejects Mary’s role, they do not honor the position of the woman, making them at enmity with the woman. These are attributes of Antichrist.

So many risk losing eternity following some uneducated pulpit preacher claiming to follow ‘Christ alone’ when they really follow ‘preacher-alone’.

Many need to understand the confrontation with Antichrist which includes “the two lamp stands”: “And I will appoint my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, clothed in sackcloth.” (Revelation 11:3) This battle between the saints and the Antichrist is over the “grain offering” which is so crucial that God in the Old Testament made it clear:

“Oh that there were one among you [Messiah] who would shut the gates [of the temple], that you might not uselessly kindle fire on My altar! I am not pleased with you,” says the Lord of hosts, “nor will I accept an offering from you [end of the temple sacrificial system in Israel]. For from the rising of the sun even to its setting, My name will be great among the nations [gentiles, two wild olive branches], and in every place incense [what we see in apostolic succession churches] is going to be offered to My name, and a grain offering that is pure [Eucharist]; for My name will be great among the nations [gentiles],” says the Lord of hosts. (Malachi 1:10-11)

This “pure grain offering” links directly to the same “grain offering” in Daniel’s prophecy which Christ instructed us to carefully pay attention to, where Antichrist will stop the “grain offering” and it is during this time the Two Witnesses will be active.

Therefore, this “Grain Offering” (Communion) is profoundly significant. It is obvious that what Malachi prophesied was that basically God will do away with the old sacrificial offering and that God will reach out to the “nations” (the gentiles) with a new system in observing a “grain offering that is pure”.

And when we see that such system includes “incense” which will be “daily” accomplished from “the rising of the sun even to its setting,” such daily practice including “incense” and “communion” is done as a “sacrificial” system is only practiced under the two-branch apostolic-succession type churches.

The word “incense” is in no way figurative, for if this is true, than the “grain” is also figurative, God forbid.

True churches have incense. This issue is non-negotiable. This “grain offering” was also instructed directly by Christ when He was picking wheat in the fields on the Sabbath (Mark 2:23) and when the Pharisees questioned this, Christ reminded them of David when he “entered the house of God in the time of Abiathar the high priest, and ate the bread of the Presence, which it is not lawful for any but the priests to eat, and also gave it to those who were with him?” (Mark 2:25-26) This bread is not just any bread, but was “the bread of the Presence”. The presence of Who? The presence of God in the bread. This bread was also in the Ark of the Covenant, where God was present. This is Mary housing God in her womb.

The Disciples were picking grain, which would be the ingredient for the “grain offering,” the Sacrifice in the Last Supper. It is this same Sacrifice of which Christ said, “This is my body, which is given for you.” (Luke 22:19) The prohibition of “grain offering” will be a show-stopper at the time of the Two Witnesses and the Two Lampstands:

“And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. They are the two olive trees and the two lampstands” (Revelation 11:3-4).

Scriptures call these two witnesses as “two lampstands”. A “lampstand” is packed with DNA. If one examines the seven churches (seven lampstands), there are only two that were found worthy when Christ appeared to John at Ephesus (Revelation 2:1-7).

Both the faithful Catholics and the faithful Orthodox (The Two Lampstands) declare that the Real “Presence” of the Christ-God is in the Eucharist, which is that grain sacrifice prophesied by the prophet Malachi; and this is the Real Presence. This is what Christ foretold when He referenced “the bread of the Presence” which David had eaten and is what Antichrist will attempt to STOP. Well, since the Apostle Paul compares the Church to the Olive Branches (wild, gentile) that have been grafted into the commonwealth of Israel, two springs, that after much hardship and apostasy, they will be rejuvenated.

Once we add what scriptures truly taught, what we have here is a mother of the church, Mary, our Ark. We also have a dragon pursuing her children who call her mother and a church mother who calls Christ’s followers her children. We also have a literal perpetual sacrifice. We also have incense burned in churches. We also have Communion being so crucially a sacrament and not just an observance which ignoring it or stopping it becomes a deal breaker which scriptures reveal is the main focus of the devil that his son of perdition (Antichrist) wants ended.

Anyone who ignores all this or fails to practice these are of this world.

We also have two branches, the Smyrna and Philadelphia if you will, that are considered Christ’s church while all others fall under “forsaken God” (Ephesus), “filled with false teachers” (Pergamum), “follow false prophetess” (Thyatira) where men are emasculated and emulating Mary is abandoned, “fallen asleep” and yet thinking by quoting scriptures “called itself awake” (Sardis), “lukewarm and insipid” (Laodicea) which we see ample and indifferent to God saying “we all worship the same God”.

These “have a form of godliness yet deny the power thereof” who are the “worldly” and “lazy servants”.

The time is short. Choose wisely.

I have great respect for Mary because she is Mother of Jesus, but I will not bow and pray to her. It is very important to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and only worship Him because through Him we also pray to our One and Only God the Father. God has given authority to Jesus to rule the world because He died for our sins. Like the Bible states He sits on the right hand of the Father. Right hand is full authority given from God the Father.

Excuse me Sally for asking, but did I in my article ask you to “bow and pray to Mary”? Do you read?

Did I ask you not to “have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ”?

Did I once say “God has not given authority to Jesus to rule the world”?

Did I once say that Christ was not “Like the Bible states He sits on the right hand of the Father”?

Do you think we do not know this basic theology? You think we are dumb and stupid that the Almighty sent you to us?

Are you folks just walking paranoid that when someone says anything about Mary that you find it fit to give us a kindergarten lesson on the basics that we already know better than you a thousand times over?

Or is it just a habit that you walk around with a booklet knowledge on the Bible thinking that if you share it with every Christian that you ran into that you did God a service?

Do you always live your life as if God had NOTHING to say about Mary? Or should He have dedicated His whole purpose for a silly girl named Sally? Tell us. Educate us.

“A time is coming when men will go mad, and when they see someone who is not mad, they will attack him, saying, ‘You are mad; you are not like us.’”

You know I could have written an article on what God says about the devil, you would have zero objection. But when we write about what God said about Mary, you act as if she was the devil herself.

And then you say “I have great respect for Mary”? You lie and you don’t have the truth in you for you swallow half the truth along with an entire camel and then you look at the other and think they should be just like you: mad.

Walid,Amazing! I know I will have to study this for hours, you are blessed and thanks for sharing…Hail Mary full of grace!

  • Willing to die for Jesus

Walid, this is such a beautiful piece of work, with such an important and urgent message for our increasingly perilous times.

My mind turned to the Miraculous Medal of Mary when I was reading this splendid piece about Mary Our Mother Who crushes the head of the Serpent.

I’ve been meaning to purchase a number of Miraculous Medals to give to various people, Catholics and non-Catholics, to inspire devotion to the Blessed Mother and to reinvigorate the Faith of all, for nobody brings us closer to Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ than Our Mother Mary.

During these perilous times, it would be wise to keep on our person, the Miraculous Medal of Mary.

This gives some background about the Miraculous Medal, which can be a stand alone Medal and is often worn as a brooch. The Medal is also incorporated into many Rosaries as well.

God bless you and your family Walid, and your readers, during this Lenten period, and best wishes for Easter.

From EWTN about the Miraculous Medal

    The Front

Here, we see a woman, the Mother of God, encircled by a short and famous prayer: “O Mary conceived without sin. . . . ”

Being conceived without sin—the mystery of her Immaculate Conception—means that from the beginning this woman was full of grace.

Mary stands on a globe, the world.

Around her feet a twisted serpent, the devil, struggles for mastery. It is a conflict between good and evil.

Satan’s is a world of darkness and disgrace; Mary’s is a world of light and grace.

But hers is the victory won by Christ—the light of the world.

So we see the light and grace of Christ flowing from her hands; and those who choose grace rather than darkness turn to her for help: “pray for us who have recourse to thee.”

    The Back

On the back of the medal we see a large letter M with a cross above it.

M is for Mary and Mother because she is indeed the Mother of God’s people—a people founded on the twelve Apostles, signified by the twelve stars arranged around the rim.

The two hearts are those of Jesus and Mary.

God’s message for Mary was one of suffering “a sword will pierce your heart too”—just as the heart of her Son would be pierced by a soldier’s lance.

The showing of the two hearts in one grand alliance is a reminder of God’s love for us. Mother and Son are united in the work of redemption as Christ offers himself on the cross and Mary stands compassionately at his feet, assenting in faith so that the world might be saved.

The medal, then, is a summary in itself of the Church’s teaching on Our Lady—a mini-catechism of the faith for everyone.

    Miraculous Medal Invocation Prayer

O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us

who have recourse to you, and for all who do

not have recourse to you, especially the enemies

of the Church and those recommended to you.

Meditation Prayer with the Miraculous Medal

Mary, this medal is a sign and a guarantee of your presence.

You are present because your power is present, your voice is present and your love is present.

Therefore, O wonderful Sinless Woman and our Mystical Mother, we call on you now to fulfill your guarantee.

Bring us the great graces you promised to those who carry this medal, especially to those who wear it around their neck.

Make us perceive our presence now and always. Make us consciously experience your power, your love and your guidance, that in their strength we may begin to share in your perfect response to God and to each of his creatures, and join in your war with the ancient Serpent.

Help us utterly abandon our self-centered feelings and preoccupations.

Help us hear and understand you.

Teach us to listen and learn.

Help us respond to you today and always; that made one with you we might more fully respond with the rest of the Church to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, participating in their life and unity.

    • Grandmere

      Thanks, Willing.

    • James

Brilliant Willing, I recommend also wearing the Scapular!

      • Willing to die for Jesus

Yes, thank you for this vital additional piece of information.

Indeed, wearing the brown Scapular is very important as well.

We should not be afraid or embarrassed in the slightest of openly signifying that we are the children of Our Mother Mary through wearing the Scapular, the Miraculous Medal, etc.

Most of all, we must not be ashamed in the slightest to openly wear our Crucifix. Even if doing so is increasingly being frowned upon by the secular extremists who have been gaining such an alarmingly oppressive presence in Western public life, within all spheres of influence, in both the public/government and private/business sectors.

The Church, and even our Catholic schools, are not immune and are being attacked by the secular extremists who want to impose their culture of death and anti-family ideologies on their curricula, to brainwash the future generations.

So we have both the secular/atheistic Left (who are cultural Marxists) and the Islamists actively working against the Church in a two-pronged attack. These are the Serpent and the Crescent, who are relentlessly and ruthlessly attacking the Church.

And it is only through the grace of Our Lady that these evils can be overcome, and it will not be easy.

But Christ never said it was going to be easy.

God bless and keep you in Christ Our Redeemer and His Blessed Mother.

      • Michellemaria

I plan to have mine blessed on Easter Sunday as I’m ready to commit.

        • Catbr

          Commit to what?

          • Michellemaria

Praying the Rosary everyday for the rest of my life. In the past I have been inconsistent that’s why I didn’t commit but now I’m ready. Also wearing the scapular (brown) without ever taking it off.

          • Linda

Way to go, Michellemaria! May God our Lord, through His Blessed Mother, strengthen you to be faithful to your commitment!

          • Michellemaria

That’s a lovely thing to say, thank you.

          • Linda

You’re very welcome! May God bless you and Mary keep you!

        • theophorus

Wake early, every day. Give yourself an extra half hour and pray it then.

          • Michellemaria

I’ve found that’s the only way to do it as in the past I’ve left it too late and been incredibly tired and in some cases fallen asleep and completely missed it. Thanks for your good advice.

  • Rev. Fr. Higgins

A well prepared, scholarly explanation of the motherhood of the Blessed Mary of all believers. I believe I will return to this article time and time again.

    • Thank you Rev. Fr. Higgins. Always good to hear from you.

  • Owen Schumacher

Very, very interesting, Walid. So when, as you say, God “will appoint [His]…witnesses, and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, clothed in sackcloth” (Revelation 11:3), could it be that these “witnesses” may not be the return of two individual figures—Moses and Elijah, as many claim—but rather an invigoration of two corporate bodies, Orthodox and Roman Catholic?

Huh. By this reading, then, when persecution comes to these Orthodox and Catholic “witnesses,” members of these corporate bodies will for a time be impervious to harm, as “fire comes from their mouths and devours their enemies” (Revelation 11:5). Am I reading this as you would, Walid? Or do you still leave room for some kind of simultaneous fulfillment, where there are individual “witnesses” (Moses, Elijah) and perhaps in defense of them two corporate bodies (Orthodox, Roman Catholic)? Either way, thanks for raising these vital concerns.

    • Brenda

What is sackcloth? Okay looked online, but that probably wasn’t it, I doubt the sackcloth will have a tomato image plastered on it.

      • Grandmere

There are many descriptions online. Here is just one, Brenda.

        • Brenda

Thanks I found images too, just had to ad christian in the search. Seems I need a book with images if I am going to learn this history, I have a hard time absorbing so much, I dont know how Walid does it. But he did live in middle east so has seen a lot more relating to those days, I would think it comes a lot more natural than it ever could someone from the USA born in the late 60’s with memories of General Motors and Disney, Would be impossible to put the pieces together.

    • Corporate bodies have leaders, never dismiss the Two Saints Schumacher. I do not get into who they are because it changes the subject into much speculation where the reader will go after who are they rather than on what they DO. I just rather stick to what the text tells us in a very strict fashion.

      • Owen Schumacher

Very wise words. We’ll know them by what they do and not by who they are. This reminds me of John the Baptist in essence coming in the likeness of Elijah without actually being him: “[I]f you are willing to accept what I say, he is Elijah, the one the prophets said would come” (Matthew 11:14).

        • susan

This has always fascinated me. Who else is still to come in the future? 🙂

      • Brenda

Walid, off topic a second, there is a story right now a protester against Donald Trump punched a white horse, she looks demonic, everyone is talking how she looks and animal rights, But for me right off I thought something more might be in that, a message somehow. Do white horses have spiritual meaning? Or maybe I am making too much of it, but I saw it that way.

        • Anyone who punches and abuses animals is demonic already, especially abusing an obedient horse.

          • Brenda

True, they probably all have that look to them! Usually we see the animal alone after the fact.

          • Owen Schumacher

I totally agree. Serial killers often begin by abusing animals. Animal abuse only leads to other abuses.

  • David Harding

    Ok…I’ll look at all this!

  • Brenda

Well honestly, as an adult I only took myself to church a few times, One was okay the preachers sermon was helpful, The other I felt like I was on a farm or something the music was so, well stupid old fashioned like little house on prairie, not extreme ( deep / moving ) enough for me I guess in some way -or- at all actually. Never really knew what road to take, but according to a test online my beliefs are Catholic, Besides that I would not know the first thing about the services and how it’s all done or if i am too far gone.

    • David W

I know the feeling, i was raised in a Pentecostal sect that had the most nonsensical music. No offense taken! I thank God that He led me to the Eastern Orthodox church, without the organs and without the on-stage performers!

  • Tom_mcewen

    Thank you,Tom

Wishing you a blessed Palm Sunday and Holy Week, Tom. Pray for me. I have two funerals this week in addition to regular duties. Tues. Abigail (7 years old), Wed. Betty (94 years old). We will be washing feet on Thursday. If I could, I would gladly wash yours, brother.

“And Adam called his wife’s name Eve, because she was the mother of all living,” Genesis 3:20. No children were born when Adam called her Eve yet she became the mother of all living.

So, then Mary being called a Woman is the Mother of the Church, that is the mother of the believers.

“That the Lord then was manifestly coming to His own things, and was sustaining them by means of that creation which is supported by Himself, and was making a recapitulation of that disobedience which had occurred in connection with a tree, through the obedience which was [exhibited by Himself when He hung] upon a tree, [the effects] also of that deception being done away, by which that virgin Eve, who was already espoused to a man, was unhappily misled, -was happily announced, through means of the truth [spoken] by the angel to the Virgin Mary, who was [also espoused] to a man. For just as the former was led astray by the word of an angel, so that she fled from God when she had transgressed His word; so did the latter, by an angelic communication, receive the glad tidings that she should sustain (portaret) God, being obedient to His word. And if the former did disobey God, yet the latter was persuaded to be obedient to God, in order that the virgin Mary might become the patroness (advocata) of the virgin Eve. And thus, as the human race fell into bondage to death by means of a virgin, so is it rescued by a virgin; virginal disobedience having been balanced in the opposite scale by virginal obedience. For in the same way the sin of the first created man (protoplasti) receives amendment by the correction of the First-begotten, and the coming of the serpent is conquered by the harmlessness of the dove, those bonds being unloosened by which we had been fast bound to death.” Against Heresies: Book V, Chapter XIX, 1,

Church Father Irenaeus made comparison between Eve and Mary, just as apostle Paul made comparison between Adam’s disobedience and Christ’s obedience, being called the Last Adam. Since Adam was created and begotten by God, for Adam did not become a living being until God breath the Breath of Life into his nostrils (Genesis 2:7), Christ was begotten by God via the Holy Spirit and is the Giver of Life. Ireneaus made an interesting comparison between two trees, one of the trees which is Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, and the Cross.

    • Trevor

From Ignatius’ epistle to the Philippians:

And indeed, before the cross was erected, he (Satan) was eager that it should be so; and he “wrought” [for this end] “in the children of disobedience.” He wrought in Judas, in the Pharisees, in the Sadducees, in the old, in the young, and in the priests. But when it was just about to be erected, he was troubled, and infused repentance into the traitor, and pointed him to a rope to hang himself with, and taught him [to die by] strangulation. He terrified also the silly woman (most likely a reference to Pilate’s wife), disturbing her by dreams; and he, who had tried every means to have the cross prepared, now endeavoured to put a stop to its erection; not that he was influenced by repentance on account of the greatness of his crime (for in that case he would not be utterly depraved), but because he perceived his own destruction [to be at hand]. For the cross of Christ was the beginning of his condemnation, the beginning of his death, the beginning of his destruction. Wherefore, also he works in some that they should deny the cross, be ashamed of the passion, call the death an appearance, mutilate and explain away the birth of the virgin, and calumniate the [human] nature itself as being abominable. He fights along with the Jews to a denial of the cross, and with the Gentiles to the calumniating of Mary, who are heretical in holding that Christ possessed a mere phantasmal body. For the leader of all wickedness assumes manifold forms, beguiler of men as he is, inconsistent, and even contradicting himself, projecting one course and then following another. For he is wise to do evil, but as to what good may be he is totally ignorant. And indeed he is full of ignorance, on account of his voluntary want of reason: for how can he be deemed anything else who does not perceive reason when it lies at his very feet? Chapter IV, Ignatius Epistle to Philippians

So there you have it. The source behind all heretical interpretation of the Scriptures and Gnosticism theology is none other than Satan, the father of lies.

    • Стефан Евгений

Trevor, The tree of life is a prophacy of the holy cross. This is part of one of the hymns we sing at Christmas…..Make ready, O Bethlehem, for Eden hath been opened for all. Prepare, O Ephratha, for the tree of life hath blossomed forth in the cave from the Virgin; for her womb did appear as a spiritual paradise in which is planted the divine Plant, whereof eating we shall live and not die as did Adam. Christ shall be born, raising the image that fell of old….
Christ is the divine grapes hanging on the “Tree of the Cross” from which all partake in the Holy, Divine Mysteries” (communion).

So you’re calling Mary, the mother of Jesus, a demon? Better watch what names you throw around regarding Jesus’s mother. Imagine how you’d feel if this was said about your mother, if you loved her.

    • Linda

We go to Jesus THROUGH Mary. “Praying” to Mary is nothing different than servants begging their masters for mercy, “I pray you, Master, have mercy on me.” That’s an old phrase used constantly.

Mary interceded for the wedding couple in Cana. “They have no wine”, she told her Son Jesus. He performed a miracle at His mother’s request.

As the perfect Jewish Son, Jesus loved His mother more than any human can comprehend. Are you refusing to love the one creature on earth that your Savior loved with unbounded affection and honor? You do so at your own peril.

Our lady of Guadalupe :”The tilma itself has many supernatural qualities as well. First, the fabric of the tilma is extremely coarse and it would have been impossible to paint on in such a detailed manner.”

Interesting….Is the Tilma…sackcloth? Just wondering. I never noticed that Mary stands on the pincers or it could be a “crescent”……Hmmmm

  • SuzyQ

Wow…I think I’m speechless (for now).

    • That was 8 hours ago, by now you should be speech full sister SuzyQ 😉

      • SuzyQ

Thanks for that laugh, brother Walid! I am truly amazed with the depth of knowledge in this article. More like completely blown away over it. You know I have returned to the path to the Via Deloroso and it started on Ash Wednesday this year thanks to this website and you. With each article I read, and all the documentation you offer to support the explanations brings me closer to my first confession in more years than I am willing to admit on this website. Again, I say that you are both blessed and a blessing to us all here. Bless you and Thank you.

        • Thank you SuzyQ. You are back on track and that is the best news we love to hear. Always good to hear how you are doing.

          • SuzyQ

Now, what say you… should I send this wonderful Virgin Mary article to my “born again” friend? I don’t think I’ve heard a more than a peep from her since I told her I was going back to the R.C. church….hummmm

          • You can try, but she’s not communicating much and now she fears the truth.

          • SuzyQ

Yes, I think she’s scared into silence.

  • Jeff

Wow, this is why I love this site, I learn so much from Articles like this!!!
    Thank You!!!

  • Elaina,

When I was Muslim and knew what I knew of God, I had thought I knew everything I needed to know and was a committed Muslim.

Later I realized I knew nothing then I became Protestant and I though I knew everything I needed to know about God.

Now I became Catholic and I think I know everything I need to know about God.

Tomorrow I will die, hopefully I enter heaven to look back and see how little I knew about God.

      Amen and Amen!

    • Her prayer is awesome

      My soul magnifies the Lord;

my spirit has found joy in God, who is my Saviour,

because he has looked graciously upon the lowliness of his handmaid.

      Behold, from this day forward all generations will count me blessed;

because he who is mighty, he whose name is holy, has wrought for me his wonders.

      He has mercy upon those who fear him, from generation to generation;

he has done valiantly with the strength of his arm,

      driving the proud astray in the conceit of their hearts;

      he has put down the mighty from their seat, and exalted the lowly;

he has filled the hungry with good things,

and sent the rich away empty-handed.

He has protected his servant Israel,

keeping his merciful design in remembrance,

according to the promise which he made to our forefathers,

  • Lidia

    Great article Walid!!!

    • Ahhh there she is sister Lidia with a halo and her Crucifix.

  • “I comment hear not to disparage Mary but to say that she was blessed and served her purpose”

I comment here not to disparage my car battery, but to say that the battery served its purpose.

You speak of Mary as if she is a car battery, a tire lost its tread, a disposable nothing … such speech is worse than a Muslim, for it reverses everything you said at the beginning “I comment hear not to disparage Mary” yet you just did.

    • mspip

mr bauer must think she is not alive now?? i believe she is. have read over much of this posting and will spend some more time with it. rather deep for one who was brought up as protestant.

  • Kamau41

“Corporate Responsibility is a biblical concept where one for all and all for one is a theme from Genesis to Revelation.” Beautiful commentary Walid on our Blessed Holy Mother, Jesus Christ and the role of Her Church.

    • Indeed my dear brother 41. One for all and all for one. We row together or we sink together. Better yet, we ram the enemy ship before it rams us.

      • Kamau41

Amen my brother. Together we will ram the enemy ship and sink them. This masterpiece was another great reminder of whose side we are on. Many blessings to you always.

  • Julie LaBrecque

An fabulous article, great way to begin Holy Week.

    • Indeed. Especially that by now you have been healed from the flue. Hope you are feeling better sister Julie.

      • Julie LaBrecque

It’s been slow going, some days can’t go at all, Doc said another month to go, thanks for everything, this article was a ray of sunshine for me.

        • God be with you. Maria also sends her best regards. When you get a chance read last weeks Sunday Special which has Catholic prophecy. Rest well and try Camomile steam. It will help at night and then drink its tea, it will help you sleep. Here is a video:

          • Julie LaBrecque

            Sure will – thanks again.

            Thanks Grandmere, all prayers appreciated.

  • Linda

Dear Walid– This is a very timely analysis/essay just in time for Holy Week! You must have spent an incredible amount of time researching, preparing and writing it!

I will read it day by day until Easter! Thank you SO much! How blessed we are to have the one, true Catholic faith!

  • Why do they ignore Mary? What a timely question on the Sunday of Orthodoxy. Was it not Luke who wrote the first icon of Mary and Christ, which he showed to her and she blessed it? These very icons were those which the Muslims sought to remove from the church and destroy. Under Muslim influence they wanted the Orthodox to destroy the icons because they saw them as graven images. There are many within Christianity today who would say the same things of these precious portions of the faith. These which describe so much of the faith to the faithful are a threat to those who are not Catholic in either creed or walk. These icons are being destroyed even today as we speak. These icons are those which the most blessed Theotokos first blessed and approved. So those who denigrate, revile and ultimately seek to destroy these icons, are they not those who are against Mary? Against the Church? Against the true faith?

As we celebrate the restoration of Orthodoxy and celebrate the holy mysteries, one needs to celebrate the restoration of these things into their hearts and lives. People will follow us if our single greatest bond is love. What we say, do and act will live as a reflection of who we are. It will either draw people toward us or push them away from us.

“Therefore let us leave untouched the senseless speculations of the masses and the false doctrines, and turn to the teaching delivered to us in the beginning, let us be temperate and ready for our prayers, persevere in fasting, and fervently implore the All-seeing God not to expose us to temptations, since the Lord has said: ‘The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.'” – St. Polycarp, Epistle to the Philippians

  • You are very welcome brother David.

  • With a gem like you brother Richard, who worries about trolls.

  • Julie LaBrecque

Jerome did not mistranslate. Philo Judaeus, Josephus, and Moses Maimonides interpret ‘she will crush’, Two Hebrew codices, Kennicott numbers 227 and 239, both read ‘she’.

  • I see the eyes of an Orthodox and a soul of a crusader.

And I’m in the company of a son of Rome who has the heart and clarity of an Athonite.

I see you got up early too. I know you prayed the rosary. Have a blessed Holy Week.

          • Michellemaria

I did and I feel all the better for praying it early in the day, I have to discipline myself to stick to this routine. Blessed Holy Week to you too.

God bless you, Craig. You might try going to a Good Friday service. It will certainly prepare you for celebrating Easter.

  • Lance

Strengthens my rebellion away from Roman-Catholicism & Maryology. There’s ONE mediator between God & Man.–Jesus.

    • Grandmere

There is a difference between mediation and intercession. Just keep reading and studying.

    • “There’s ONE mediator ”

And there is only ONE BODY. Christ called us His Body. Is there one body or many bodies? When your pastor prays for you, does he not mediate? You blasphemed already since I am sure positive that your pastor mediated for you. So according to your analogy of “One mediator” you are already a blasphemer.

      Strengthen your rebellion.

      • Lance

1Ti 2:5 “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus”

Praying FOR* another is called intercessionary prayer. (1Ti 2:1)
Praying TO another person–dead or alive.–is blasphemy. What heathens do.

        • Lance, are you going just to pop in and out without reasoning? We all agree on intercessory prayer, but for you to prove that intercessory with a saint is a sin, you first MUST prove that a saint is dead. For you to prove that a saint is dead, you must then prove that Jesus lied when He said of saints “to be absent of the body is to be [ALIVE] and present with the Lord.

And for you to say that we do not reach out to saints in heaven, you must first prove that Paul lied in Hebrews 12 on how we approach Mount Zion? This is how they approached Mount Zion in heaven for two thousand years until you showed up.

          • Lance

I keep it short on message boards because a succinct point above the “see more” is easier to digest than a rambling tome.
I completed Roman-Catholic education with honors without knowing Christ as my Savior. I trust my point was made, that Mary isn’t God.

  • Grandmere

God bless you on your journey, Darren.

  • Excuse me Sally for asking, but did I in my article ask you to “bow and pray to her”? Did I ask you to not “have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ”?

Did I once say “God has not given authority to Jesus to rule the world”?

Did I once say that Christ was not “Like the Bible states He sits on the right hand of the Father”?

Do you think we do not know these issues?

Are you folks just walking paranoid that when someone says anything about Mary that you find it fit to give us a kindergarten lesson on the basics that we already know ether than you a thousand times over?

Or is it just a habit that you walk around with a booklet knowledge on theology thinking that if you share it with every Christian that you did God a service?

    • racarrera

This is why the Evangelical world, in great numbers, is demon-possessed. Those who don’t seek out truth end up like this one.

  • Tom_mcewen

I have been told I am too hard on Protestants it is not the people but theology. Let me explain. The apostolic Church was told that the 21 apostolic coptics who had their throats cut are not Christians. Sir Thomas More said before his death, I am the King’s good servant, but I am God’s first. We Catholics and Orthodox are apostolic and we are good servants hoping to be found working at the moment of our death. We don’t judge our work, judgement is on our words and deeds. We are not saved, but we follow Christ’s commandments. The worse thing for a apostolic follower is to have denied Christ before men, the coptics had that choice and had the courage to choose death. That is the requirements for these so called non Christians. Let us put 21 Once Saved Always Saved Christians in their place. These are saved by the unearned merit of Jesus Christ, no work can earn them salvation, nor can any work take away their salvation. They can with good conscience and crossed fingers accept Allah and his prophet and live and in the theology still be saved. The RMS Titanic had six compartments opened to the sea, ten other compartments were dry, but it does not matter, science and engineering will put the whole at the bottom of the ocean in two and half hours. So the same with Protestantism and its theology. The apostolic Church will fight, the Orthodox who have been blooded, will fight they know in the end you fight and die, if you surrender you will also die. The catholics will fight, hope fully in a must war. When the savages come over the wall to kill us all we will fight, there is no choice. But with Protestants there is choice. I believe that protestants will put their face in the dust and accept Allah and his prophet, it is theology.

    • You are not hard at all. You want to see someone who is hard, just look below at that lady named Sally Hallman.

      • Tom_mcewen

The BBC last night launched a new attack on the shroud. They had a non-religious believer laughing at the belief it being the burial cloth of Jesus as part of the BBC’s Easter special. Did Mohammed exist, would the BBC laugh at Islam, not if they want to live.

      • Стефан Евгений

Brother Walid, I would like to show you what every day Russians are doing. They build a Temple to hold The Eucharist, those Gnostics throw rocks at us, build a room for a faceless god.
This was everyday Russians that build this Church, not the rich, or professionals. Art students and people off the street.
The Church is dedicated to the protection of the Mother of God.
        Here is the article……
        And here is a vid…..
The crescent moon will be crushed under her feet.

        • I love it, the colors, the icons the majestic awesome churches with all the icons even the background hymns.

        • Owen Schumacher

Thanks for sharing, Steve. Russian churches are amazing in their beauty. It’s interesting to me that the Roman Catholic tradition—while definitely making use of paintings—seems to prefer sculptures, but the Orthodox tradition is almost entirely about paintings.

          • Стефан Евгений

Owen, Orthodox backed away from 3d sculpture b/c of Iconoclasim. The west did not have to deal with it that much. Glad you liked the mosaics not many churches a decorated in mosaics these days.

          • Owen Schumacher

Ah. So there was a time when the Orthodox may have made sculptures, but many were destroyed? That’s interesting. I’d like to see some Orthodox sculptures if they’re still around.

          • Стефан Евгений

There is not much that survive the Iconoclast eye.
You will find more in Russia an example is here.

          • Owen Schumacher

Wow, these must be very rare. Cool, Steve!

  • Yes if I was God,instead of coming down myself, I’d send the Holy Spirit to a Woman, cause her to be pregnant with God, makes perfect sense.

Now see how dumb you really are?

  • Tom_mcewen

So Mary didn’t have a personal relationship as you do with her son? Why does your bible call Mary highly favored? That is not what God the Father said. Did the holy spirit have a personal relationship with Mary? Arepart of the generations who call her blessed, do like Elizabeth and her babe do you dance when she the mother of the lord, visits you?

    • Стефан Евгений

Tom, I’m so worn out by these Neo-Gnostic Pagans. We have so much to learn from these nappie wearing spoiled babies. HET!.
If they actually knew something of us and basic Christian Churchliness they would know we Apostolic Christians have the most loving personal relationship with Christ a man can ever have, It is called the Eucharist.

      • Tom_mcewen

It is okay their theology is getting wilder and weaker not even the fairytales make coherent sense. I think even they can see that waving your hands in the air is not connected to worship of God.

        • Стефан Евгений

      • Tom_mcewen

I am just glad the Orthodox are there to fight, it is a comfort to have people tested by fire. I am not to pleased with our bishops, the lower ranks of priests have strong believers and correct teachers.

        • Стефан Евгений

Tom.don’t get me started with Priests and Bishops, the American ones. Take a look at the educational background of these 2 jabberwalkies. I know the priest from my time in Little Rock Arkansas, the bishop i don’t know, but hear lots of nasty things from him.
Tom, we have to stop the proddie infiltration of our churches. demand change From our bishops This is one of the oldest Russian churches in America and this asshat will close it built 1894, people are boycoting the services .

          here is their background

People like these two spit on us ethnic Orthodox and our Russian traditions. He does not wish to be met at the church door with bread and salt, “its not HIS custom” and this asshat, was made bishop of one of the most Russian places in America.
What happened to Catholics in the 60s is now happening to the Orthodox in America. I’m so happy to be under the Moscow Patriarchy, I don’t have to put up with this shyte.

          • Tom_mcewen

I agree why these bishops want to closer to heretics, abandoning the teachings of the fathers saddened me. If you believe what the apostolic churches teach then fight for it, neither hot nor cold, spit it out.

          • Стефан Евгений

One very good convert priest is father Peter Alban Heers. We have pearls in the muck, so to speak.

          • Tom_mcewen

I looked at the church constructed by volunteers and cried. Wonderful.

  • 600NE

Dear John, There is a old saying: It is hard to live life as a Catholic, but it is easy to die as one. God is perfect is he not? If so,would not God have the perfect plan for salvation? Did not Jesus Christ the holy Trinity say: [46] Not that any man hath seen the Father; but he who is of God, he hath seen the Father. [47] Amen, amen I say unto you: He that believeth in me, hath everlasting life. [48] I am the bread of life. [49] Your fathers did eat manna in the desert, and are dead. [50] This is the bread which cometh down from heaven; that if any man eat of it, he may not die.

[51] I am the living bread which came down from heaven. [52] If any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever; and the bread that I will give, is my flesh, for the life of the world. [53] The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying: How can this man give us his flesh to eat? [54] Then Jesus said to them: Amen, amen I say unto you: Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, you shall not have life in you. [55] He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath everlasting life: and I will raise him up in the last day.

God is so simple and direct,no confusion,Jesus came to show us the way.

Do you not eat every day to sustain your life and be healthy? Do you not drink of the Vine to enrich your life?

Many do not understand God…His only purpose for man is to be in his image and likeness,to be perfect in grace and love.

Did you not know that God is love and this love is the grace he sends down from Heaven for our Salvation? It is Manna from Heaven…the bread of life that sustains our soul.

In closing God’s plan is simple. He has a Kingdom on Earth…his Church administered by his apostolic Priests, who then have Power to Bind or Loose, to remove our sins: to make us “new again” to wipe the slate clean,to remove the grasp of the Devil,to give us hope. And then he through his Annoited Priests, who join with him in “persona Christi” and feed his sheep.

it is such a beautiful, perfect.and simple way to give his love to his people.

By Grace, like the great waters of the pacific I will wash away sin and feed my sheep so that they can join me in everlasting life,to Glorify God in the highest. Amen

    • 600NE

And to be clear if you do not believe in the Manna from Heaven, the Eucharist that exist only in the two Lamstand Churches and are given through only Apostolic Priests ordained by God…..Then you deny Christ, like the Jews as Christ pointed out so clearly. Rejoice though as Christ promised his kingdom will be triumpharent. The question is will you be a sheep of flock,or a goat of Satan.

  • Why an email. Call (877)832-7200 leave your number and ask them to tell me to call you and I will.

  • nol, when you get crucified, can I be crucified to you right and you e in the center? I have never seen faith like this on my blog since its inception. Will be honored to be crucified with you.

  • Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace. I did not come to bring peace but to bash

  • Anything that does not agree with these demons they accuse of being demonic.

  • racarrera

You’re falling for Protestant horse manure, and a lack of understanding of Middle Eastern culture. Mary was not married. Any simple reading of the Bible should tell you that, but we also have Church Tradition to back that, as well as the cultural norms which are still in place in that part of the world.

  • racarrera

Let us know where you’re sourcing this from, because it isn’t in the Scriptures.

  • David Harding

What do you think about Pope Francis allowing Islamic prayers to be offered weekly in the Vatican ,,,Walid? The news is this.

  • susan

    Lol. 😉

  • Grandmere

“Borrowed her womb”? Are you nuts? He didn’t borrow anything She gave herself body and soul to God.

  • If you prepare a salad with all sorts of vegetables and dressing and I say this is not a salad, I must point out that the tomatoes are not really tomatoes and the cucumbers are not really cucumbers and the vinegar and oil are not vinegar and oil. Yet you come in here and you say that my falafels are not really chickpeas and the spices are dust without showing any evidence.

The article and the verses are there. Start refuting line by line and verse by verse. Have at it.

I know Zola, been in his home several times and knew him personally. He was not all what you think. You watch too much TV ministries. Been there done that. I went beyond the here and now and studied what we eternally need to study.

  • Read it. And?

You love us? Yet you do not have enough energy to answer line by line and verse by verse?

  • ” you are not always perfect in your ways.”

O shoot. No wonder why I have been going to confession at least once a week. DANG. I wasn’t perfect this whole time.

You know, talking about my “eastern centric” and the “prophecy”. I look at my old work in God’s War on Terror and I find some crap I’d like to fix.

I wonder how I reached that conclusion that I have some crap in that book?

  • “Sorry, but you haven’t a clue what I believe, except that I put my faith in Christ alone.”

Its easy to have a “clue” what you believe, you said it “Christ alone” and not in Catholicism or Orthodoxism ….

It is like saying I do not put my trust in the Church Christ established, I “only put my trust on what I established”.

  • You mistaken me for someone who gives a crap to what you think or who you support or don’t support.

  • For a SAINT the Bible says “to be absent of the body is to be ALIVE and present with the Lord.”

That is just for a regular saint which obviously your not. As for Mary, you need to read what Christians taught for two millennia instead of your church pastor.

  • Willing to die for Jesus

    Hi Kevin,

I don’t mean to interrupt your communication with Walid, but I thought that perhaps I could point you to a helpful source, in case Walid doesn’t get back to you.

If you are able to access and view YouTube videos on your computer or device, this 11 minute-presentation outlines the Biblical / Scriptural foundation about Mary, as held by the Church. It complements this article nicely (but does not talk about Islam).

It should hopefully assist in answering your queries.

The presentation has received good feedback on YouTube from those who have viewed it.

Note that the video does not reference the theology about Mary being the “Spouse of the Holy Spirit”.

Part of your query relates to how Mary can be regarded as the “wife of the second Adam”. In order to understand that, you need to understand the Holy Trinity, or God in Three Persons.

This is no easy task; the article below is heavier reading and discusses Mary as the Spouse of the Holy Spirit to answer that part of your query, which the video presentation does not enter into explicitly:

Holy Mary: The Chaste Spouse of the Holy Spirit

God bless and protect you and all the best during this Holy Week!

  • Thats why I hate talking on a comment box, no one gets the music in the words and they read everything as if it was Beethoven symphony 5.

I was simply saying that I am the least from perfect and that I have some things I would like to fix in that book, nothing major.

    Is that a better explanation?

  • racarrera

You’re the person shouting “Lord, Lord…” Whom He will say He never knew.

  • Thanks again nol. Pray for Rescue Christians. We are at a cross-roads of expanding our reach. One of our new hire got the Swine Flue. He was supposed to perish but the Lord had mercy on him and he is recovering so we can open doors in the Middle East. Also pray for Mexico and Pakistan.

  • Thank you nol. So far we are doing fine money wise and just make sure you do not go overboard. The problem is that the next few months we need to have these agents set so we can start rolling in a major way to kickoff a couple operations in the Middle East where they abduct and abuse women. This is costly and daring. Many women from the Philippines go get jobs in the gulf and they get stuck with no one to help. There are thousands of cases which we obtained and got the initial reports by traveling to the Philippines, but the agent contracted Swine Flue. However, his recovery is on way but slow. He is a godly man who was Navy Seals and this is the type of people we need. Much appreciated nol.

  • Now with your kind blessings nol, the burden gets greater, for we hope to never fail thee.

  • Tom_mcewen

Explain how Mary is dead? Does God exist in a material heaven, does time operate in heaven, does Tuesday follow Monday? Where is heaven does it have a location in space and time? 16th protestant science doesn’t make it. Dead? Jesus says that God is the God of the living.

  • You are very welcome sister Turner. Glad you enjoyed it.

  • Frank,

Why must you so often be so insulting to people who present challenges to the Protestant way?

“Sally above (in what you singled out as the “worst comment”) was merely stating her heartfelt conviction that was opposed to that of the Catholic church, which is most certainly to pray to Mary.”

I do not know what comment you are discussing here? Do you suppose I go search what Sally said and what I said? Why did you not show both quotes?

    “Asking her “Do you read?”

Something wrong with asking folks to read?

“as well as many other insults and innuendos”

You did not mention the insults. Next time you complain try explaining yourself.

Is that an insult too? Why are you always insulted? Are you always easily offended as Scripture says “many will be offended”?

    “are nasty and uncalled for”

Now I am “nasty” and your Luther who wrote “The Jews And Their Lies” is not nasty?

“and not at all what Christ would do”

Always trying to paint me as “un-Christian”?

“… especially when it is someone who obviously loves Him dearly.”

You decide who loves Christ and who doesn’t?

“All that is left for you to do is apologize”

Apologize for what specifically? Do you people ever elaborate?

“… like a responsible true Christian.”

Had you been ‘responsible’ yourself you would have explained your complaint.

  • Thank you brother Rob,

Its definitely not an exhaustive report on Mary adding the typology you provided here which gives additional references to cement our case. We simply wanted to challenge our opponents to urge them to do what they say they like to do which is ‘search the scriptures’.

    Much appreciated.
