While The Russians And The Chechens Are Fighting Homosexuality, So-Called “Christian” Political Leaders In The West Are Declaring It ‘Not A Sin’

In a story coming out of Chechnya, there are rumors that the republic is going to “eliminate” its entire homosexual population before the beginning of Ramadan this year:

A British foreign minister has warned that the Chechen Republic government is planning to “eliminate” its entire gay population by the start of the Islamic holy month of Ramadan.

“Human rights groups report that these anti-gay campaigns and killings are orchestrated by the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov,” U.K. minister of state for the Foreign Office Sir Alan Duncan said before Parliament, the Independent reported on Tuesday.

“He has carried out other violent campaigns in the past, and this time he is directing his efforts at the LGBT community. Sources have said that he wants the community eliminated by the start of Ramadan,” he added.
Duncan further described the reports coming out of Chechnya, a Muslim-majority nation that is a federal subject of Russia, as “utterly barbaric.”

News agencies around the world, including The Guardian, have shared the stories of gay men who managed to escape Chechnya, and are now speaking out before the world about what they experienced. One man, identified as Adam, said earlier in April that he was rounded up by authorities in the Islamic nation, and tortured in sadistic ways.

“At least once a day, Adam’s captors attached metal clamps to his fingers and toes. One of the men then cranked a handle on a machine to which the clamps were linked with wires, and sent powerful electric shocks through his body,” the Guardian report described.

“If he managed not to scream, others would join in, beating him with wooden sticks or metal rods.”

The officials tortured him for being gay, and attempted to get him to expose other gay men in Chechnya.

“Sometimes they were trying to get information from me; other times they were just amusing themselves,” Adam explained.

Chechen leader Kadyrov is also being accused of rounding up at least 100 men suspected of homosexuality and sending them to “concentration camps” where at least four men are believed to have been killed.

Kadyrov, who follows Sunni Islam, has in the past instituted “ideological vetting” of imams, and has incorporated elements of Chechen Sufism and popular Islam onto traditional Sunni Islam in his running of the region, Radio Free Europe reported in 2016.

Despite several human rights groups, including the United Nations, expressing their concern over the reports of the torture and murder of gay people, Kadyrov has strongly denied any such brutalities are taking place.
NBC News reported earlier in April that the Chechen leader is accusing international organizations of conducting a “massive information attack … using the most unworthy methods, reality is distorted, attempts are being made to blacken our society, lifestyle, traditions and customs.”

Alvi Karimov, a spokesperson for Kadyrov, has even denied that gay people exist in the territory.

“If there were such people in Chechnya, law enforcement agencies wouldn’t need to have anything to do with them because their relatives would send them somewhere from which there is no returning,” Karimov said in response to human rights concerns.

U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley has urged reports of concentration camps to be investigated, however, and said last week: “We continue to be disturbed by reports of kidnapping, torture, and murder of people in Chechnya based on their sexual orientation and those persecuted by association.

“If true, this violation of human rights cannot be ignored. Chechen authorities must immediately investigate these allegations, hold anyone involved accountable, and take steps to prevent future abuses.”(source)

At the same time this is happening a major Evangelical Christian Politician in the UK, Tim Farron, has given a recent interview, he says that sodomy between two men is not a sin and that ‘religion doesn’t matter in politics’:

The Liberal Democrat leader, Tim Farron, has confirmed that he does not believe gay sex to be a sin, saying that while he had no wish to “pontificate on theological matters”, he also did not want people to misunderstand his religious beliefs.

Farron, an evangelical Christian, has faced a series of questions about his views on the subject in recent days, prompted in part by an interview two years ago in which, when asked if homosexuality was a sin, he responded: “We are all sinners.”

During a campaign visit last week, Farron insisted he had been misinterpreted. The idea of homosexuality being a sin was “not a statement that I make, this is something I get asked because of my faith”, he told the Guardian.

Speaking to the BBC on Tuesday, Farron clarified his views further to stress that he also does not believe gay sex itself is sinful.

“I don’t believe that gay sex is a sin,” he said. “I take the view though that as a political leader my job is not to pontificate on theological matters. This had become a talking point, an issue, and in that case if people have got the wrong impression of what I think about on these issues, then that’s something it’s right you correct.”

Farron said he was wary of mixing religion and politics: “I’m quite careful about how I talk about my faith,” he said. “I don’t bang on about it. I don’t make a secret of it, either. When I get asked theological questions, which I don’t think many other politicians do get asked, I kind of took the view that it would be better for me to say, this is a matter of theological nitpicking – let’s talk about the politics.

“That’s why it’s really important I answer it clearly today and say, it’s not, and I don’t feel it is.”

Asked why he had not clarified this before, Farron said he had not wanted to “get into a series of questions unpicking the theology of the Bible,” and rejected the idea he had changed his public views because of the election.

“I don’t think people want political party leaders telling them what is and isn’t sin,” he said. “People’s faith is private, and it’s up to them to decide how they make these interpretations. For me, separating faith from politics means you shouldn’t be trying to have a running commentary on these things, and also shouldn’t be trying to impose one’s beliefs on others.” (source)

I though it was quite interesting how these two stories are coming out alongside each other because they speak much about the confused and interesting times in which we life.

There is a lot of change that is preparing to take place in the entire world order. Some of this is good, some of this is clearly not good, but a massive move is about to take place. The news and social movements indicate it clearly. The world order erected post World War II is falling apart and Germany and Japan, having been loosed from their respective bonds, are reinstituting major plans they have been working on for decades to bring back their old empires. Turkey, Germany and Japan’s historical ally, is reviving the once-thought deceased Ottoman Empire into a new order that will persecute Christianity and the Church in ways not seen in centuries. The population changes in Western Europe caused by the massive population transfer of Muslims into the West, regardless of the fact that these people are being brought intentionally by the European governments and regardless of the ends for which they are going to be manipulated and used for, have already changed the societies in ways that may not be able to be altered forever. America, once looked to as a paragon of virtue, morality, and a model for the world to follow, is giving to follow old ideas about eugenics and power that haunted its not-too-recent past.

Paganism has returned to the west

At the center of all of this destruction is a massive decline in Christianity and especially the role and influence of the Catholic Church worldwide. For while Christianity is spreading far and wide, those who believe are coming under increasingly hostile persecution. In non-Western nations, it comes in the form of direct attack from Muslims or other pagans. In Western societies, it is the fruit of many years of apostasy in which the once-Christian peoples of these nations have turned against the faith which brought and sustained them, and are now turning towards a new paganism as the find for now, legal ways of persecuting Christians and preventing them from professing their Faith with the goal of eventually making being a Christian something difficult and socially undesirable.

The most obvious here is that homosexuality is a sin that is worthy of death. These are not our words, but the words of sacred scripture in both the old and the new testament, have been echoed by the Church fathers and councils for centuries, and is nothing new in terms of doctrine as taught and practiced throughout history and is a point that we have tirelessly hammered away at. While evil and sin will always be with us until Christ returns, it is the job of a Christian society to enjoin righteousness and uproot evils, especially manifest ones such as homosexuality which bears the rotten fruits and is an indicator of a host of terrible sins including pedophilia, sadism, and the occult. There is a reason why the Bible says  that homosexuality is one of only four sins which ‘cry out to Heaven for vengeance’.  Homosexuality has no place in any society because of how evil it is. To support homosexuality is to condone its fruits, and to fight it is to fight the wicked fruit it naturally bears.

It makes therefore a very interesting situation, and a disturbing measure of how far the West has reverted to paganism to see the acceptance of homosexuality in society and the persecution of people, mainly Christians, who choose to stand against it. But it is not just the acceptance of homosexuality, but how this perversion has been so ingrained into the culture that a man who calls himself a “Christian” would fail to see the manifest evil in front of him and instead embrace it as one would a friend.

One can also see here how the support of or opposition to homosexuality is being weaponized against others,  in this case Russia and her territory in Muslim Chechnya, who are publicly fighting homosexuality. These people go so far as to call Russia and Chechnya “evil” for this, and as we have noted that America and her allies in the European Union want to start a war with Russia, they are attempting to use these charges of “homosexual death camps” to stir up anger against Russia and her allies.

A supposed location of a “gay death camp” as reported in the media

Speaking of “homosexual death camps’, where is the concrete evidence of these “camps,” and if so, what constitutes what is being called a “camp?” Notice how in spite of all of the condemnations, claims, protests, and statements made against Russia and Chechnya over these ‘camps,’ there is also a considerable dearth of evidence and what evidence is being presented is questionable. Not only that, but that Russia herself has asked that before condemnations are issued a formal investigation needs to be made, and nothing of the kind is happening? This pattern should sound familiar by now, because that is exactly what happened in Syria with the “chemical weapons charges” against President Asad, which we reported were patently false and instead manufactured by American and European propagandists to beat the drums of war against Russia.

How interesting of times it is that Russia and even Muslims are being condemned for fighting against open and heinous sin and yet their opposition to that sin is being used by America, the self-professed defender of “religious freedom,” and her allies to start a war. How interesting it is that Christian “pastors” and “leaders” and those affiliated with the name of Christ in public will side with the worst of sins now and instead refuse to show any support to those who are fighting sin, thus committing two wrongs at once, because it is socially acceptable to do so.

Throughout the Bible, God used the enemies of Israel to punish them when they sinned. He has done this throughout history and continues to do it today. Therefore, one should not be surprised at the increasing Islamization of the formerly Christian peoples of Europe and America, for as much as it comes through the policies of governments, it is taking place ultimately because of sin. Indeed, although Islam supports homosexuality (something which we have extensively documented) and many other evils, God will give us up to them unless we repent of our ways just as he gave the Hebrews up to the Assyrians and then the Babylonians.

The Blessed Virgin declared in Sacred Scripture (Luke 1:46-55) that the mercy of God is on those who fear Him in every generation. God is merciful but He is also just, as the two are inseparable and his name will not be mocked, especially by people who claim to follow his standard. There is a reason why she warned at Fatima, whose 100th anniversary is approaching, about the annihilation of nations is men do not cease sinning. Indeed, if God annihilated two small cities for this sin, imagine what will happen now that the entire world is submerged in this same filth to a greater extend than those two places ever were…

Coincidence that the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom just named Russia as a religious persecutor?

Homosexuals . No words. Mother Mary has tears when her children fall away from God. I am waiting for the 100th anniversary of Fatima.

  • PaulF

    Great article.
Tim Farron has been hounded by the elite media ever since he refused to say whether he believes homosexual acts are sinful. The elite media took his reticence as a declaration that he knows very well homosexual acts are a horrible sin.
He drew the trouble on himself; he has long been, for political reasons, a supporter of the homosexual lobby and their so called ‘marriage.’ The Bible told him one thing. The perversions of British politics told him another. The elite media sniffed a story in the contradiction, and have pursued him like a pack of wolfhounds.
He’s a good warning against the temptation of Christians speaking out of both sides of our mouth. We can stand for the kingdom of God, or we can stand for the world. We cannot stand for both, not even if our career depends on it.

That’s right and they will continue to do so too.

    Excellent article…
I am convinced that more than 99% of Christians are blind as bats…
    There are no gay Christians…
If I say I am a whale, it does not me me a giant swimmer of the seas…
Can one be gay and be starting there journey to repent and join the Kingdom of heaven? Of Course…
How many here will miss that word repent?
Does anyone know what that word even means anymore?
When I was a snake, very poisonous in thought and in deed, God did not kill me…
I did what so many refuse to do…
I listened to the words of Jesus Christ… I quit with all of the very destructive practices that rival the worst among us, and began to seek that which is righteous…

Oh so many here on this planet may think they are better than gays or sexual degenerates… Or even the worst of the worst –> Politicians…

I tell you the truth, ->

Oh if only being gay had been my sin, what an easy road to redemption that would have been,
But no I was a destroyer of all that is good, dealing death blows to my own soul every chance I could,
Yet bought for a price that I can hardly comprehend, my Savior came through space and time to deliver me yet again,
and now that I know what a wretch I had been, my whole life is devoted solely to Him…

There is nought here in this world left for me, yet here I remain till Jesus Christ sets me free,
So many claim Jesus while they stumble and bark, so few can see that they still walk in the dark,
Follow me he cried as he took up that cross, yet many who claim too are still oh so lost,
They gladly quote scripture they dont understand, serving molech and baal while claiming Jesus Christ as their friend…

If only I could tell them what they just cannot see, If only through Jesus, I could help set them free,
Alas mammon has them in the slimy grip of his hand, smoothly convincing them comfort is the place they should stand,
So refusing to give up either car house or phone, they lay in that grip, thinking heaven will be their home,
Yet Jesus says different, tells them all plain as day, depart from me heathen, I never new your name!

Anywhose it… That was an excellent article… Enjoyed the link too… Ya really brought the point home with clarity and purpose without belittling those who are still lost…
Maybe one day I can learn how to do that LOL!!!

Whist I agree wholeheartedly that homosexuality is a sin and that we should be free to express such a thing, I would not be calling for the death penalty.

First of all, that makes us no better than the Islamic barbarians in my view.

Secondly, the bible includes a whole host of sins along with homosexuality that are worthy of death.

Thirdly, what does the Pericope Adulterae teach us? By all the rules she should have been stoned to death.

Fourth, if we were to exercise the same rules of the death penalty for other sins described in the bible then there wouldn’t be many of us around! Like the Taliban and Islamic police, we would have to employ full time death squads.

We all face a battle with sin. So did St Paul who wrote: ‘O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? I thank God—through Jesus Christ our Lord!’ (Rom 7:24). I prefer to follow this example of preaching the gospel and proclaiming Jesus as the only way to avoid death.

  • PaulF

How could anyone ‘believe’ in freedom of religion. Freedom of religion is freedom to commit idolatry; freedom to destroy lives by handing people over to demonic spiritual movements.
Don’t you know that all these religions are destined very soon to be wiped off the face of the earth, never again to be remembered except in the hallways of hell where they belong?

  • Methusalem

Yes, millions of Muslims are being brought intentionally by the European governments to use them against Christians, and the establishment churches again hope to use these Muslims in the potential war against sodomites. I remember noticing a very happy face of a German priest who held New Year’s Eve sermons inside the famous Cathedral of the city of Cologne, a couple of hours after thousands of German girls were sexually assaulted by Muslims. These priests knew what’s was going on there, as the Muslims were attacking the Cathedral earlier. No wonder these churches support this Islamic invasion. The right wing party, AfD was calling this week for Christians in Germany to leave (unregister) both the Catholic and Evangelical churches. A very twisted, sad world!

Papism and Protestantism finally reached the consequences of their heresies. West Europe have three alternatives: a) Become muslim b) Become nazi c) Become Orthodox.

      • Tom_mcewen

I have have had an excellent education and worked in engineering and science and my vocabulary is excellent in more then one language : What in detail is Papism? Some sort of primitive rite preformed by New Guinea’s headhunters or a social disease of a sexual nature? Sounds nasty. Pray tell me, the world wishes to know.

        • Juan

Congratulations for your excellent education sir, the Papism is a Latin cult that worship a Papa (potato in Spanish) as vicar or substitute of God the Son. Anathema.

          • Tom_mcewen

I can see you as ignorant as you sound. God is the creator and Jesus the Christ is the Logo who expresses God’s will through Divine Reason and Creative Order, what idiot believes using empirical evidence that a created being can be a substitute (to take the place of)for God, So this man replaces the Divine Reason and Creative Order in the balance of gravitational force between bodies, the ratio of the nuetron to the proton, the charge of the electron, the expansion of the universe, the creation event at the Planck of 1 to the minus 44 and the other 25 constants to hold the Universe in existence. This man does all that, plus not be subjected to space and time, nor the heat death of the universe. This is what God did and you think the Pope does this too. Take your ignorance to your Orthodox Bishop and see what he thinks of your charity to God’s creatures. I am not impressed with slander, and false witness.

          • Juan

You seem a little bit excited and take things to ad hominem fallacy. Vicarius Petri would be more appropriate than Vicarius Christi. Your conception of the Logos as

Bro, Joseph right up has written to me and asked me some questions, however i am not finding words to put it across and i do not want to give give wrong info. will you be so kind to take the time to answer his queries with Scriptures may be. Pls. Thankyou

          • Tom_mcewen

What do you think in the beginning was the Word means? Logos. You are really a protestant, masquerading as an orthodox, you don’t talk like an orthodox, you don’t think like an orthodox your soul is a nasty little protestant. I will wait to hear from the Russian Orthodox on what they think of you.

          • Juan

Yes, but the Logos is not only in God but is also God, not a mediator. Evangelical denominations were born from RCC and not from Orthodoxy.
Evangelicals are also human beings, do not hate them because as you said hate is not Christian.

          • Tom_mcewen

            You are not orthodox.

          • Grandmere

I am beginning to wonder if he’s ever been chrismated into the Orthodox Church. Something about him is “off”.

          • Grandmere

Juan has a pretty serious “hate” problem himself, as us old timers will attest.

          • Grace Ziem

Please join me in praying for Juan and all of us, that we follow the path of Christ, in loving people. Satan wants us to hate people; this leads us away from Christ. This does not mean loving or accepting the deed or even opinion, but trying to love the person.
John 13:35 “By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

          • Grandmere

We all pray for Juan. And we have treated him with respect.

          • Grandmere

I agree with you Tom. He never makes a reasonable comment from an Orthodox perspective. He’s like a clanging gong and has become nothing but a nuisance.

          • So, Juan, let me ask you point blank,

Was Papa Francis wrong to say these?

“With his death and resurrection, [Jesus] rescued us from the power of
this world, the power of the devil, and the prince of the world doesn’t
want this,” said Pope Francis. “Because we were saved by Jesus, and the prince of the world doesn’t want this, he hates us and provokes the

            Just Yes or No, please.

          • Juan

          • So, we should praise the Pope when he is right and critique him when he is wrong. After all, he is just a man.

He is a figurehead of the Catholic Church, very much like Patriarch Kirill is a figurehead of the Russia Orthodox Church.

To use the term, “papism”, is a smear tactic that I would expect from Protestants, not from an intelligent person like you.

          • Juan

You are right Trevor, I probably used a not appropriate term. I just was trying to express that the Pope’s primacy have to be a first among equals and noway an absolutist system. Anyway I am going to change the terms “Papism” and “Protestantism” by Roman Catholicism and Evangelicals. I am noway trying to say Roman Catholics or Lutherans will go hell or something like that; I just think they are wrong but unity among Christians is more important. I apologise to you and to any Christian brother that felt offensive my expression. It wasn’t my intention to create division.
Best regards to you and best wishes to all Anglicans. I think Anglicanism will be key in the future.

          • Grandmere

I hope you will be able to keep you promise, Juan. As an Anglican, I am careful how I treat apostolic Christians. We orthodox Anglicans are often slandered but open not our mouths.

          • Grace Ziem

            Hey, Trevor, we agree!

          • STOP THE PRESS!

          • Grace Ziem

            Have a nice weekend!

          • Likewise.

      • Grace Ziem

        Only 2 alternatives;
        1) Follow Christ
        2) Be lost forever

        • Grandmere

          SNAP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        • Juan

          Absolutely right

      • Grandmere

Juan, we are well aware of your contempt of the Catholic Church. Why is it that you feel compelled to bring it up in every comment you make here? You rarely make a positive comment bringing an Orthodox perspective. We could respect that. But you are destroying any credibility you might have here.

        • Juan

Grandmere, the absolutism of RCC (the Pope as Vicarius Christi) was always a mistake but after WW2 it constitutes also an open door to Freemasonry, secret societies and cults because if you achieve to put a Freemason or a Frankist in Peter’s place then you will have millions of zombies obeying antichristian interests.
RCC is now a tool in no Christian hands. This is my last comment about Popes and the Pope for a while (I wrote also about another issues)… Pope’s acts will show the reality like today in Egypt. RCC now is a tool for One World Religion.

  • “Separation of church and state is a must.”

    I disagree.

In studying from Thomas F. Madden’s, a scholar of the Medieval Period, articles on the Spanish Inquisition, he showed how the state (secular) and the Church (spiritual) worked side by side. The state’s responsibility is to enforce the law of the lands and punish those who break the laws, in line with St. Paul’s words in the Epistle to the Romans, chapter 13, and the Church’s responsibility is to the well-being of the flock through teachings of the Gospel.

It was the Puritans who brought this wretched idea to the New World. The Puritans were rebellious and then had the gall to whine about the crushing authority of the crown. The cruel irony of all this is when they arrived to the New World, they imposed their puritanical interpretation of the Scripture to the point life was miserable in the New England colonies.

As a result of the “separation of the state and church,” we have seen all kind of wicked cult springing up – Seventh Day Adventist, Jehovah’s Witness, the Mormons, Scientology, hell, there’s even a “church” called The Church of the Jedi – with no end to those off shoots in sight. In addition to this, there is also the myriad evangelical offshoots where a person can start his own church by filing for a federal ID, opening a bank account, and start preaching his own version of the Gospel.

Trevor although we have not got along in the past please just open your thinking to this pint : separation is not about keeping our values out of the government its about the government interfering with our religion otherwise a protestant ” king ” could discriminate against a cathie church in being able to operate or vice versa , I understand the loop hole you are talking about and it is a valid point I first noticed it when I was surrounded by terrorists and someone attained a license to be a minister from a relativist religion order that was ” universalist ” … consisier this too People tried to kill me in that setting and they were affiliated with things trump is involved with and people trump is invalid with even muslim trump is involved with that these thugs are lead by like pied pipers … slow down and just take a moment to consider things … That being said I see your point and the ridiculous loop hole … you know we have something for that loophole though right ?

  • PaulF

‘The best societies are the ones where you are free to choose your religion or to choose unbelief.’
Can you tell me where you found that in the Bible?
God does leave people free to commit sin, but he never tells them they will not suffer the horrifying consequences if they do. The consequences of idolatry are of all sins the most horrifying.
He also prophesies that all the nations of the earth will come under the gentle Lordship of Christ.

    • It all started when the ancient Hebrew rejected the theocracy of God’s rule through the period of Judges and Prophets and wanted to have a monarchy like the other nations around them.

God, in His foreknowledge, made sure that the Mosaic Law included regulations for the kings, long, long before Samuel had to anoint Saul as Israel’s first king.

      • PaulF

True. And the post Christian west thinks it is doing something new when it kicks out God’s wisdom and puts its trust in the fantasy of all-religion-goodism, which soon exposes its real nature as code for anything-but-God’s-truth-that-really-sets-free.

  • PaulF

Have you found an atheist who rose from the dead?

  • “A state that prohibits freedom of religion is tyranny.”

This is the argument of a secular thinker.

“The gospel cannot be imposed on people via tyranny.”

Why do you think I cited the Puritans as an example? I could also cite John Calvin who imposed on the people of Geneva, under the pain of death, his own version of the Gospels.

If the State and the Church were cooperating, John Calvin would not have been permitted to spread his heretical and fatalistic theology that is still wrecking Christianity to this day.

There is a reason I mentioned the Spanish Inquisition. It is an example of how the State and Church functioned side by side, long before the Protestant Rebellion reached and spread its tentacle into the Spanish Monarch. The Vatican responded to the request from the Spanish Monarch to appoint investigators to inquire into claims that the Jews who converted to the Faith were in fact faking it. By following the Romans’ legal system of investigation and evidence gathering, the Inquisition were able to established there were some truth to the Jews who converted under dubious circumstance, and were granted to leave the Faith with no penalty whatsoever. Only a handful took advantage of it, and the majority stayed in the Faith.

It would not be until the Protestant hysterics finally broke through the Spanish borders that all hell broke loose. The Spanish Monarch took over the Inquisition over the protest of the Vatican, and eventually the Spanish Monarch issued an edict to expel the Jews from their country, which the Vatican lodged a protest against.

The citation of North Korea is a piss poor example. That country is under the iron fist of a fat idiot who cares more about his own ego than his people. Here I will give you some examples that actually support your argument:

Iran and Saudi Arabia. Both countries are actually a theocracy with the disguise of democracy. Both do not permit Christians to have service and to even be caught carrying the Bible in Saudi Arabia can be an instant death sentence. In Egypt, it is technically a democracy, but the reality is it is a military dictatorship that is forced to walk the line to keep the Salafist in check while tolerating the existence of the Coptic and Catholic Christians.

Democracy was invented by the Greek and it was not discovered until the so-called Enlightenment Period that inspired the French Revolution where the State and the Church were forced to be compartmentalized and not permitted to touch each other.

As a result, like you said, is messy. If the French Revolution had never happened, the world, I would imagine would be quite different.

Farron is NOT following Christ, regardless of how he describes himself. If Tom Thumb told people he was a giant, that wouldn’t make it so.

The lie is that homosexuals can’t change. That is like saying God is powerless in such transformation. The book, “The Secret Live of An Unlikely Convert” is written by a former lesbian who became a Christian non-homosexual, and is now happily married with children. She critiques the LIE that God can’t change sexual orientation.

If non-Christian hangers-on in the churches would stop perpetuating this LIE, love the sinner but NOT the sin, those who were willing to let Christ be the King of their lives could be saved.

I disagree that immorality is justified in politics. He could have said he would leave that to a person’s conscience, and stayed away from endorsement. There is always a way to be avoid evil..

What a co-incidence, I write about Mother Mary and Joseph replies to me. Dear Joseph , how did we come into this world? Who gave birth to us? Who brought us up ? Our Mothers? Can we ever forget them? Don’t we worship them in so many ways. I worship the Mother of God .Mother Mary whom he offered to us while he died on the Cross.
Thankyou for quoting verses and explaining . I appreciate that. I do not dare to answer your questions as I do not know how to put it across. And I ain’t the right one to answer your questions, I am hopeless but I trust the Lord Our God. I would ask my Bro to answer your questions.
May the peace and grace of God be with you and May Mother Mary guide you and lead you to her Son.
    God Bless you.

  • That is the result of separation of the Church and State. The State gets to do what it wants to do and the Church is left to fend for itself from the power-hungry State.

  • ” Growing up catholic I never understood the work of the Holy Spirit”

You still do not know or understand the work of the Holy Spirit.

As the Father has sent me, even so I send you.” And when he had said this, he breathed on them [the Holy Spirit], and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.” (John 20:21-23)

Keep in mind “as the Father sent Me [to heal and to forgive sins …] even so “I send you” [to do the same]”.

To deny the clear reference of the authority to forgive sins is the works of scriptural gymnasts.

But YOU deny the works of the Holy Spirit for you deny the sacrament of confession.

And just as one can find ample evidence throughout all Christian history to prove this, one can also find ample debating spirits who begin to do summersaults better than an Olympic athlete just to twist what the verses clearly say. They say:

“the New Testament does not teach that there are to be priests in the New Covenant” and that we are all “priests”.

While all believers do intercessory prayers and all are also priests; however, the confusion stems from intentionally not explaining that Christ established a corporate order, corporate responsibility and a church hierarchy. Even the doubting Thomas agrees that while everyone is a pastor of some sort there is only one senior pastor in his/her church and while there are several senior pastors there is only one bishop. And while we are all priests, there are also elder priests appointed by the same hierarchy. The gymnast always uses a half-truth:

“When it comes to confession of sin, believers are told in 1 John 1:9 to confess their sins to God.”

But the command in both 1 John 1:9 as well as in James 5 never said to “confess your sins straight to God,” and James 5 says: confess your sins to “elders” (bishops or priests—see the Acts 14: 23; 15: 2) and in John 1:9 it clearly states “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just, and will forgive our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness” this is an audible and is not a secret confession. The gymnast will then insist:

“James 5:16 speaks of confessing our trespasses “to one another,” but this is not the same as confessing sins to a priest …”

But what the gymnast omits is that he took out the main screw and the main bolt that holds the whole theme together which is the word “therefore”. Let us examine the verses again:

“Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will save the sick man, and the Lord will raise him up; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to one another …” (James 5: 14-17)

Grammatically it is impossible to avoid, the word therefore is a conjunction connecting verse 16 back to the previous verses which strictly points to the “elders” as the ones to whom we confess our sins. We have other verses like this that have instruction to do “to one another”:

“Be subject to one another out of reverence for Christ.” (2 Ephesians 5:21)

However, would this mean the husband is to be subject to the wife since the verse says “be subject to one another”? Yet the context is clear as to what and to who this “be subject to one another” is intended:

Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church” (2 Ephesians 5:21-23)

“Husbands, love your wives, as Christ also loved the church, and delivered himself up for it” (v. 25)

To accept the gymnast’s interpretation of James 5 insisting that “be subject to one another” as if we are all equal in authority would render 2 Ephesians 5 useless. It would instruct husbands to also submit to your own wives as you do to the Lord and for the wife is the head of the husband as Christ is the head of the church and for wives to be the defender of the husband and to have it her duty to give her life to defend from the entering thief.

While this might sound fine and dandy in today’s modern world, it is scripturally unsound and is why we have much falling away, divorce and chaos.

So you were clueless about the Holy Spirit while you were Catholic and you still don’t know zip about the Holy Spirit or the Works of the Holy Spirit.

Thankyou Bro. for taking the time and effort in answering Joseph.

  • Grandmere

The brother is Walid, you Dunce! She sends you a tender blessing and you tell her she is ignorant?? How dare you! You do not know her or else you would never say such a thing.

    • From now on thy name shall not be called Grandmere, but thy name shall be called The Flame Thrower for you have extinguished the old Flame and brought forth a newer Flame, the Flame of Thunder and Fire.

      • jami

Flame of Thunder and fire. Perfect for Grandmere 🙂 God Bless her

    • jami

Grandmere, you know I lov u like crazy.

      • Grandmere

I love you to, my little one.

do you know what ignorant means ?

  • jami

I did not want to answer your queries because I’m not here for that. Do not tell me anything about my Mother Mary as I didn’t question you. Please find yourself a site where you can write and ask questions to like minded people. Here we are one Minded . This isn’t the right space. We all love Mother Mary here and if you write something against our Mother it wudnt feel good like you wudnt hear something against yours.
You asked me to read St. John’s chapter , I would say please go and read the rest of what’s written in the Bible. I wonder what you would have answered standing near the Cross of Jesus when he said Woman behold your Son , Son behold your Mother.

That’s set. Peace be with you.
And may Almighty God keep you in good health .

  • “It stands to reason that we should be excited for His glorious appearing knowing that He gave His very life for us whereas Mary was chosen for one task and one task only, and that was to bring forth God’s Son, the Savior of the world.”

You know what, lets assume you were missing in combat and when you returned miraculously sound and we all came to welcome you at the airpot and you greeted us but when your mother showed up you told her to get lost because she bore you to be a soldier and to suffer in battle and that she has done her purpose.

What would that make you sound like?

It would make you sound like a dumb crazy insane member of ISIS.

    Enough said.

How would that sound? It would sound

  • Glad to be of service in making you sick. Mission accomplished.

  • “Mary the mother of Jesus is hardly even mentioned in the Scriptures.”

This is insane to say Joseph.

Are you stating that all the typology in the Old Testament about Christ is obsolete?

“Go up God you and the Ark of your might”.

Tell me Joseph, when did this Ark go up to heaven and why is the Ark portrayed separate from Jesus?

    Just answer the simple question.

“The stuff you are writing are fables and fairy tales. The problem is that you are [Assuming] instead of believing the Bible.”

Okay then, great, why not refute my fairy tales? Why?

And if my conversion to the Catholic Church is bad as you stated, would my conversion to the Coptic denomination suffice for you? The Coptic Church was founded by the Apostle Mark.

    Please answer and much appreciated.

  • Joseph,

You forgot to include the key verses:

“Because Lord Jehovah is pleased in Zion and he chose it a dwelling place. This is my rest to an eternity of eternities; here I shall sit because I desired it.”

This by the way Mount Zion which scripture says is in heaven:

“But you have come to Mount Zion, to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly, 23to the church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God, the Judge of all, to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, 24to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.”

David was not speaking of mount Zion on earth but Mount Zion in heaven where saints dwell and where angels dwell.

Have you come to Mount Zion? To saints? When did you do that Joseph?

  • Jospeh,

You did the same thing brother Raoul did and that is isolate Psalm 132 in a historic sense but failed to see its eternal sense where the Ark dwells in zion forever as its final resting place and then this Ark is seen when heaven opens up in Revelation 11.

We can go roundabout writing multitudes of responses back and forth as if the longer the response is the sounder is the argument?

not really true by Canada’s severely liberalizes people with out our moral compass we don’t have much NOTE in Canada you have ” pedophgile rights ” being pushed for and Islam is a religion of raping prepubescents and molesting babies … do you believe in THJAT ” freedom ” AS well islam seeks to extinguish every other belief system … is that ” freedom ” of religion ? CANADA IS allowING Muslims to create a Sharia state where people are forced into Islam.so Is the U S but not to quite the extent Canada is … either way anything anyone does for islam and Muslims comes back to haunt us and you are falling for a trap of non vigilance that is not supported by History … but noon vigilant narratives have historically supported the fall to islam . As w3e allowed muslims in to commit 911 how effective was having a country of 99% non muslim to stop them Not at all . I have recommendations for Canada but Canadians are not listening and even have issues with Zionism . What is your stance on Zionism ? God Bless

This is confusing because his comments seem to contradict atheism ” Freedom of religion is freedom to commit idolatry; freedom to destroy lives by handing people over to demonic spiritual movements.

Don’t you know that all these religions are destined very soon to be wiped off the face of the earth, never again to be remembered except in the hallways of hell where they belong?”

how is gosel imposed by tyranny ? agree about N Korea( Commies like Trump ) You folks don’t seem to really be treading out documents to not see the limitations though

I saw no answer there of if Muhammad and his men were ” radicalized Muslims ” or just Muslims following Islam … my greatest issue of all and the issue constantly diverted from by the alt left . Notice Turkish enemies are assaulting people in our own country and are not rounded up and dealt with under trumps falseness about ” Muslim partners ” … now the lack of Western honesty and justice heaps oppression on our people … if we don’t get back TO OUR BASIC LOVE OF TRUTH WE WILL KEEP ENABLING ENEMIES AND TRAITORS AS WE ARE HEARDED AND corralled by false narratives TO OUR OWN SLAUGHTER THE SAME WAY Hitler TWISTED THE VERSE OF ” TRUTH ” REAL; IN CONTEXT APPLICATION CAN SAVE US FROM S;LAVERY AND DESYTRUCTION IN IGNORANCE ( HOSEA 4: 6 ) WE ARE NOW TRUSTING TRUMP ( A PROVEN LIAR ) AND MUSLIMS ( FOLLOW A RELIGION OF DECEPTION ) ? Please address the Key issue : is Islam being ” radicalized “as Trump and Obama have agreed but masses have been fooled that somehow one liar is on the left and 1 on the right ) or is it simply being FOLLOWED when terror and worse strikes ? The ridiculous assertion of the left is that Islam is not what it is and is what it isn’t ( ” peace ” tolerance … all the ridiculous things trump and even his daughter have just said to the Turkish empires motherland of Saudi … assisting taqiyya deception fatal to us )

      • Why are you spamming one word comments? This is not the first time you did this.

John’s Medal of Honor citation, signed by President Franklin D. Roosevelt, reads:
The President of the United States in the name of The Congress takes pride in presenting the MEDAL OF HONOR to
          SERGEANT fgs
for service as set forth in the following CITATION:
For extraordinary heroism and conspicuous gallantry in action against enemy Japanese forces, above and beyond the call of duty, while serving with the 1st Battalion, 7th Marines, 1st Marine Division in the Lunga Area. Guadalcanal, Solomon Islands, on 24 and 25 October 1942.
While the enemy was hammering at the Marines’ defensive positions, Sgt. Basilone, in charge of 2 sections of heavy machine guns, fought valiantly to check the savage and determined assault.
In a fierce frontal attack with the Japanese blasting his guns with grenades and mortar fire, one of Sgt. Basilone’s sections, with its guncrews, was put out of action, leaving only 2 men able to carry on. Moving an extra gun into position, he placed it in action, then, under continual fire, repaired another and personally manned it, gallantly holding his line until replacements arrived.
A little later, with ammunition critically low and the supply lines cut off, Sgt. Basilone, at great risk of his life and in the face of continued enemy attack, battled his way through hostile lines with urgently needed shells for his gunners, thereby contributing in large measure to the virtual annihilation of a Japanese regiment.
His great personal valor and courageous initiative were in keeping with the highest traditions of the U.S. Naval Service. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yyZUSPJC6Lc
