Michael Adebolajo, Muslim terrorist
Three years ago, Christian apostates turned Muslim converts Michael Adebolajo and Michael Adebowale randomly beheaded British soldier Lee Rigby in one of the UK’s most horrific terrorist attacks to date. While most people were too afraid to confront the attackers, one woman, Ingrid Loyau-Kennett, bravely confronted the men while they were still waving their blood-covered machetes and screaming “Allahu Akbar.”
Ms. Loyau-Kennett confronting Mr. Adbolajo
Three years later, Ms. Loyau-Kennett now says that she wishes she “was a coward like everybody else that day.” Her reasoning? Because since that time she has been unable to find work and has PTSD, and she has been regularly attacked and harassed for her heroic efforts:
But she has now revealed how the events of that day have left her without and job and added that she is battling post-traumatic stress disorder.
She also suffers from anxiety attacks and is petrified about leaving her home and can sleep for up to four days in a row.
The former teacher, who received a host of bravery awards and praise from Prime Minister David Cameron, told The Sun Online: ‘I can’t stop sleeping, I just don’t wake up.
‘I recently lost three stone and have a list of medication as longer than my arm.
‘In the winter there is often three or four days before I wake up a little bit, have a drink and go to the loo then go back to sleep.’
Ingrid, from Helston, Cornwall, added: ‘I’ve got PTSD and I can’t find a doctor to help me.
‘I feel sick, poor and isolated. What’s the point in being hero if I don’t see it in my everyday life?’
Ingrid was on the No 53 bus which went past Fusilier Rigby’s body and sprinted over without realising his killers were just yards away.
But she said the publicity surrounding her heroics has made her a target for bullies who have pelted her home with eggs.
She said: ‘At the time I saw three couples in three cars drive off and thought ‘shame on you, you cowards. But maybe next time I would take the cowards way out.’
Now I suspect there is a LOT more to this story than meets the eye.
First, the obvious: PTSD. I cannot say too much about this because everybody reacts to situations differently, and this is especially so for women. Naturally, it must have been rather terrifying to confront a crazed Muslim terrorist literally in the midst of committing a ritual murder for Allah. These two factors are enough to scare somebody quite a bit, and to create memories that one will never forget even if they could.
But then I am reminded of what is going on right now in Central America with the drug cartels. As Ted has pointed out through his articles, investigative work, and most recently his documentary Hell Across The Border, which discusses the revival of pre-Christian mesoamerican religous practices following the decline and suppression of the Catholic Faith in Central American society, there are more beheadings that happen in Mexico yearly than all those which ISIS has done. This is not even to mention the many other horrific ways that these new pagan priests and apostles, funded through drug money and used as a sociopolitical tool by wealthy business, industrial, and financial interests against the Church, which historically provides the only concentrated and successful opposition to the absolute centralization of civil power as well as the only consistent and absolute moral voice of authority. Yet as Ted notes, to confront these same apostles of death are a new breed of Cristero warriors who, in the tradition of their indigenous and European conquistador ancestors, are fighting for the Faith through prayer and force of arms to uproot and destroy these new pagans once again and forever.
I can only imagine the horrible things which these men have seen in their fights. Yet I see two things consistently with these men that I do not see in the UK, let alone Western Europe:
These men place the Faith first- their struggle against the cartels comes from their Faith and, like the conquistadors, crusaders, and holy knights of the past, it is the basis for their actions
These are men who are fighting against these invaders as the first line of defense.
In Western Europe, I see the opposite- a faithless, spineless population of effeminate men and masculinized women who hate themelves and all those who came before them and as such profess their rejection through degrading their culture, their bodies, and living a libertine existence where meaning is found in temporarily satisfying the eternally unsatisfied ego. Now this problem is found in Mexico too, but the libertine rot has completely penetrated European society to such a point they cannot even sense there is anything wrong. It is like living and entire life in the dark and never seeing light- your eyes will adjust to the darkness so when the light is shown it seems strange and even unnatural.
The UK seems to be more interested in normalizing unnatural, unhealthy, sterile behavior than dealing with important issues, such as the Islamic invasion of the UK.
This explains, in part, why Ms. Loyau-Kennett is both still traumatized so severely from this event as well as why she wishes she could have been a “coward like everybody else”- because she is most likely an average member of the secular, non-religious, unmoored UK society of today. If there is no reason to fighting for what is right that is greater than oneself, namely that it is connected to the propagation and establishment of divine truth over the forces of evil on earth, than what really is the point for standing up for what is right, especially if it becomes a possible impediment for fulfilling one’s own desires? In addition, if standing up for an idea causes you pain, unless you can translate that pain into a greater cause- such as a Heavenly one, as with the Cristeros– then standing up becomes just an act of defiance that, while it may be good, possesses a certain sterility that it would not or be far less likely to have in a Christian context.
The second issue is related to the part about finding work. Now we do not know details from this article, and it is possible that her troubles in finding work are related to her illness. That said, one cannot rule out the possibility that because of her heroism she has been “blackballed” as a “racist” by employers and, while her efforts are publicly lauded, in private she is scorned and labeled by companies as “somebody who does not reflect our values.”
This is a major problem in the West, especially with the legal system and the corporatization of our society. People are literally terrified to speak their minds about issues of importance, especially Faith and morals, unless it explicitly reflects the status quo. Even then, people will only talk about issues of non-importance in the world place- sports, TV shows, etc.- out of a paranoid fear that somebody may find something “offensive” and then report you to HR. However, that does not include Christianity- Christianity is fair game.
Now it is good not to intentionally bother or harass people as a rule of general, polite human relations. That said, nobody can be completely “non-offensive” all the time, and yet this is the expected standard. If the “code” is broken, then you may not only find yourself without a job, but you may find yourself unable to find future long-term stable employment because you will be blackballed as a “racist.”
The result of this attitude that favors “anything but Christianity” is the creation of a pseudo-secular religion that is introduced at work and slowly influences the home. It has high holidays (the Superbowl, the World Series), weekly meetings (tailgate parties, weekend barbecues), sacred causes (“fight breast cancer,” “feed homeless people at the company event weekend”), a high priesthood (entertainers, bosses, and in general people who have a lot of money and power that flash it around), and a code of “morality.” Part of that code of morality is never to “offend” a “protected” group that is deemed “protected,” such as the Muslims.
Again, I do not know if this plays into her inability to find and maintain employment, but given the favor that Islam is being given in UK society to Muslims at the expense of the native British and Christians, it would not be a surprise if this played some role.
Third, and the last point I wish to make, is about the harassment of her home, with people verbally yelling at her and vandalizing her house.
Now the article did not say if the harassment is still going on, and it would be interesting to know if it is. At the very least, it begs an interesting question- who would harass a woman who attempted to save, or at least stop further damage from being committed, by a Muslim terrorist?
The answer is simple- it was most likely Muslims.
Ms. Loyau-Kennett did something very good that day three years ago. While it is easy to criticize her words, I take them from a slightly different perspective- she tried to do something right, and despite her best and even successful efforts, the very society which should be praising and supporting her has turned against her, all of which has its roots in the long-term de-Christianization of UK society, the same events which have allowed Islam to rise to the prominence it has today. Her situation is just a symptom of the disease that is killing the West today.
