‘We Promise You Bloodshed And Death You Disbelieving Dogs’ ISIS Releases New Year’s Message, Promises Death And Destruction

Following the Christmas market attacks in Germany, ISIS has just released a new message promising death and bloodshed this New Year’s Eve:

ISIS supporters are reportedly calling on radicals to commit lone wolf attacks over the New Year as they vowed to turn celebrations into “mayhem”.

A week after a deadly attack on a Christmas market in Berlin and just days before people around the world welcome in the New Year, a media group linked to ISIS shared chilling images threatening more bloodshed and carnage.

According to The Foreign Desk, one image warns: “We will make your New Year mayhem with bombings and trampling attacks.”

Another shows an attacker wielding a knife as he chases Santa Claus under a caption that tells “disbelieving dogs” who celebrated Christmas to be ready for more bloodshed “for the eyes of caliphate lions are looking straight towards you and promise you with bitter deaths.”

The Foreign Desk reports that the images were shared by the Nashir Media Foundation on an encrypted Telegram channel.

The pro-ISIS foundation called for “lone wolf” attacks to be carried out in public spaces such as cinemas, malls and hospitals.

In another image, Nashir Media Foundation says: “Your celebrations have become a battlefield and a fighting area. So, wait for us.”

Despite ISIS being on the retreat in Syria and Iraq, its supporters elsewhere show no sign of waning in their determination to carry out acts of violence, as one image shows a jihadist holding a gun next to a burning ‘2017’. (source)

One only needs to remember what happened last year in Cologne. If that was what happened on New Years 2016, what does New Years 2017 hold?

Christ came to give us new life. This Christmas, help give the gift of a new life to a Christian in need. Please donate to the Rescue Christians Project.

It’s doubtful that German women will go into Cologne or any other German city to celebrate New Year 2017. German people, particularly women have been conquered by Islam. Of course they have, and the first signs are hiding out in their homes instead of venturing out doors starting with not going out in the night, and ending up not even going out in the day, to shop, work, visit relatives, go to dentists or hospitals. Women become prisoners, and it’s rare to see a muslim woman out of doors in daylight in an Islamic country, so we must expect the same in Germany now.

    • Higlac

In other words (thanks also to the Marxists who’ve been calling the Moslems into their countries against their people’s wills!!!), the Moslems have managed a victory against us “infidels”.

May we rise up en masse and undertake all of the following steps in this sequence:
      1) seal the frontiers against ALL further Moslem immigration to the West,
      2) call all the willing minority CHRISTIAN populations out of dar al-Islam (and help them leave those benighted countries),
      3) recall ALL Western citizens from the Islamic world,
      4) EVICT ALL Moslems out from the West (and also all their Communist sympathisers and allies),
      5) TERMINATE ALL commercial, cultural, diplomatic, communications and transportation links with Moslem countries and slap a TOTAL EMBARGO upon all trade with them,
      6) WARN them that we accept their declaration of WAR against us and that we will wage war against them until Islam is NO MORE!!!!. This would be their ONLY warning;
      7) at the FIRST subsequent terrorist or other guerilla (or more) activity against the West would trigger their wholesale destruction.

Nuking their most important cities and hitting them with whatever else is necessary (chemical, bacteriological, thermobaric and conventional) will end their desire to take over even their own countries, let alone the rest of the world as whoever survives the dropping of an Emperor-Bomb (Carj-Bómba) upon each of one or more of those 24 or so metropolises listed below will be saddled with a simple struggle for basic survival under the harshest of conditions.

[Mecca, Medina, Karbala, Qom are the 4 “religious cities” (all these need the Emperor-Bombs); the most important other significant population-centres are (in no particular order): Tehran, Riyadh, Jidda, Islamabad, Kabul, Kandahar, Ankara, Mashhad, Isfahan, Tabriz, Shiraz, Falluja, Baghdad and Tikrit as well as Istanbul, Edirne, Dhahran, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Qatar and whichever others would best harm the Islamic image. Where there are important Christian and other artefacts, neutron bombs can be used instead…]

We can only vote for politicians who are against the Islamisation of our countries, but they are battling against the lies that have labelled them right wing, eugenicists, fascist, and Nazis, right from the start slander and name calling has been used by the elitist globalists to thwart these people and stop the people voting to support them. Even the Roman Catholic hierarchy are globalists, knowing full well that Europe and the West will fall to Islam if the people don’t vote for non globalists. Roman Catholic lay people who have attempted to stand against the evil are told people who stand against the Islamisation are Nazis, eugenicists, racists, etc, etc, and have been threatened with excommunication by the Church in order to control them. Truth is globalists are Marxists but it seems it will be Marxism first then Islamism second!

        • Higlac

Indeed, Marxism and Islam have made a temporary alliance for the sake of their mutual goal of destroying our Western civilisation. However, once we’re prostrate on the ground, they’ll then have it out to see who will be the ONLY belief system to survive and exist upon the planet: “pure Islam” vs. “perfect, scientific Communism”. [Communism is the end-goal of all Marxism.]

          • Flame blue

Yes, true, they prove they are of Satan when they attack real Christians.

        • Grace Ziem

Problem is, few if any of our leaders are truly Christian, so much expediency, so little faith! Politicians can’t solve spiritual problems ultimately, We need to be better grounded in God’s Word because we often can’t trust the advice we get from humans. I fear we keep wanting human answers for spiritual warfare, it never works!

We need to know Christ’s teachings better; the answers here tell me most of us don’t know God’s Word, and thus we can’t do His will. Serious Mistake!!

          • Flame blue

I agree that if all the people were Christians, Heaven would be on Earth.

      • Julie LaBrecque

Kudos to you Higs!! Simply brilliant. Happy New Year.

        • Higlac

Thank you so very much, dear Ms. LaBrecque, and the same to you with God Almighty’s Grace and Blessings!!! In Russian: Поздравляю вас всех с новым годом!!! – Pozdravljáju vas vsjekh s nóvïm gódom!!! [Literally translated: “[I] greet you all with the New Year!!!”

      • Jerryb53

“Nuking their most important cities and hitting them with whatever else is necessary (chemical, bacteriological, thermobaric and conventional) will end their desire to take over even their own countries,” You sound a little unbalanced there boy. Are you calling for the extermination of all Muslims?

        • Higlac

If they try to do as much to us – which they are explicitly commanded to do by the Qur’ân, Hadith and Sira and which they have been trying to do ever since Mohammed’s time – then we have the right to defend ourselves even if it means their extermination indeed!!!!

Given how it’s said that you can have a Moslem at your throat or at your feet, I feel it best NEVER to have him anywhere near me, period!!! In fact, given what misery, what HATE, wanton destruction and blatant contempt for ANYTHING and ANYBODY good whatsoever, WHY ON EARTH should we wish to allow Islam to survive – let alone thrive – ANYWHERE upon this planet????

      • Grace Ziem

Who is “them” exactly, Higlac? How exactly would be the message be addressed? How could this be enforced?? Don’t we want to find out which Muslims have converted, because they would be martyred by the others to help you feel more safe.

Ultimately God still has total power, why do we not trust Him? Why do we keep trying to force history to go our way? That’s what Muslims do but that is the pagan (non-Christian) way.

        • Higlac

“Them” in the paragraph to which you’ve responded: the Moslems (especially those ruling over their countries &/or responsible for their peoples) plus their Marxist allies and collaborators in the West (once those latter are rounded up and dumped either into dar al-Islam or Communist countries like North Korea).

As to those Moslems who convert but are imprisoned in Moslem countries – those we’ll have to abandon to God sooner or later to Look After them. We can’t do everything – my proposed measures are meant to 1) protect ourselves (non-Moslems, above all Westerners {Christians and Jews – though the latter will be particularly doing their part via Israel}), 2) isolate the Moslem infection so we won’t be endangered any more than is unavoidable. Everything else is subordinate to those two points.

          • Grace Ziem

Nowhere in the Bible does it say we are supposed to look after ourselves first, and MANY times we are told the opposite: Acts 20:24 “But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus—the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God”.

Christ says saving ourselves first will BACKFIRE: Matt 16:25 “For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.”

He mandates sharing the Gospel: Matt 28:19 “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit”.

He tells us we MUST care for the vulnerable Matt 5:41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink,43I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’
44 “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’
45 “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’
46 “Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”

Sorry, my friend, there IS NO gospel about getting the good life now; this is a HERESY of Joel Osteem and others, and condemned by Christ. His love gives us joy, and IF WE OBEY, we will have eternal joy with Him. Happy New Year!!

          • Grandmere

You, Grace, are very presumptuous. You don’t know Higs so shut your yap! You have no idea of his life. You drop a verse here and a verse there to a well respected person here and accuse him of being a follower of Joel Osteen? We are still waiting for your tips on witnessing to Muslims and a testimony of your experiences in dealing with them.

          • Higlac

BRAVISSIMA AGAIN, dear “Grandmère” on all points. I know FAR better than to think in terms of a “good life” (intrinsically impossible in all events) upon this defiled planet due to the Original Sin and everything else subsequent; ergo, the accusation of my falling into the heresy of Joel Osteen simply won’t wash…

          • Grandmere

I tell you, dear, she is getting close to the line. She needs to step back and think about what she is doing and examine her motivations. It seems that she is finding some kind of fulfillment of desire in a new wonderland that she just found. The desire to dominate others. You and I know that there is little we can do for such as she other than to call them to account every time they climb up on that high and mighty steed they keep in a box by their computer.

          • Grace Ziem

I didn’t say you were in that heresy, I referred to it as a danger to any Christian’s thinking, and Osteen’s heresy has infected a lot of people. I am not accusing you of anything, if you are feeling convicted, you might ask where that is coming from.

Higlac, if I didn’t care about you, I wouldn’t bother. What does this verse mean, then? Hebrews 10:24 “Spur one another to love and good deeds.” We are the body of Christ, this IS His plan to reach the lost, thru us. It has always been.

          • Grandmere

If you care about him, then leave him alone. You do not know him well enough to be talking to him the way you are. I am keeping my dear friend’s privacy here. This kind of talk is not good for him, Grace. You need have no fear for this man’s soul. He is on good terms with the Almighty. I am asking you, as a Christian, to leave him in peace

          • Higlac

Ah, dear Grandmère, you do me too much honour and think too highly of me. Please pray for me, a sinner no better than anybody else!!! Whatever good I happen to do: to God’s Glory and that of His Name let it be!!!…

          • Higlac

It’s NOT a question of looking merely “after ourselves first” (or at least not solely): rather, it’s after our fellow-brethren in the Christian faith. [Remember Genesis 14, where Abraham (then Abram) called together his servants into an army and successfully sallied forth to rescue his nephew Lot?]

I thought that you agreed with me in terms of self-defence. If you don’t – if you, in other words, prefer to surrender to those MONSTERS on the spot and let them slaughter you and your loved ones without any struggle, I will then want positively NOTHING whatsoever to do with you or your ilk!!!! With that kind of “pacifist thinking”, Christianity (barring absolute Divine Miracles – yet remember how God Told us “Thou shalt NOT put the Lord thy God to the test!” in St. Matthew 4:7 and St. Luke 4:12) would not have lasted past the Roman periods of persecution under such emperors as Nero, Trajan, Hadrian, Marcus Aurelius and Diocletian!!!

Don’t you realise that when those wretches (both Marxists and Mohammedans) are out to kill you their hearts are especially hardened to the Word??? You simply DON’T fight a sword with mere words unless you know that God Is Telling you to do so!!!!

          • Grace Ziem

Please read the gospel of Matthew. Or any of them.

          • Grandmere

He could probably quote it to you.

          • Higlac

Not only have I repeatedly read ALL FOUR of them: I think about them daily. [When I was a church-musician, I had the duty of choosing the hymns at one of the 3 churches I served. To do that job properly, I HAD to read and reread the Scriptural lessons for any given day; consequently, let me humbly advise you please not to assume that I’m a Biblical ignoramus. Equally as you care for me, I must care likewise to alert you to that your attitude is a definite turn-off not only to myself but at least a few others on Mr. Walid Shoebat’s Website.

          • Grandmere

There is definitely an art to hymn selection. Did you use a choirmaster’s guide to aid in your selection? I once knew an organist who was a master at it.

          • Higlac

Actually, I at that time had no choirmaster’s guide or anything else other than the hymn-books categorisations of hymns (e.g., Adoration, Jesus – God-Man, God – His Providence, Suffering and Evil) plus a list of recommended hymns issued by the denomination in question (Anglican “Church” of Canada). [Naturally, what was on that list was never automatically guaranteed.]

What I thus did was to read each of the four Biblical readings and evaluate it relative to those headings (roughly 115 of them relative to the hymn-book in question), assigning points on a scale of 1-4. Then, I’d see which headings were most stressed and which hymns would most of all match the headings accessed (the more points a hymn would jointly accumulate, the more likely it was to be chosen). [Also of importance was where would a given hymn be used relative to the state of the service (processional, gradual, children’s-time, offertory, Communion, recessional) and the time of the church year.]

This is what I did – and also wanted to develop as a computer programme that could eventually be marketed to clergy and church-musicians. Alas, my lack of specific computer skills stymied me as far as that went after a certain while (a QuattroPro programme allowed the tabulation of hymns and the development of a worthy list relative to the given day in question to be faster than would be the case by hand).

    • Grace Ziem

Neither men or women have been conquered by Islam; God still has final say and I put ALL confidence in Him. This world is just a transitory passage, heaven is home for all true believers! We have trusted earthly non-Christian leaders to give us guidance, BIG MISTAKE. Christ reminds us: Rev 2:10 “Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. I tell you, the devil will put some of you in prison to test you, and you will suffer persecution. Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you life as your victorʼs crown”.

Yes, these are hard times, we knew before the end, things are going to get hard. Doesn’t God have the right to know who will persevere with Him to the end with obedience and love?

      • Flame blue

Jesus came to give us a quality life, we must protect our lives and the lives of God’s kindred spirits. We must not seek to suffer. We must serve God, in this place, and turn this place to God’s will!

        • Grace Ziem

No, we don’t seek to suffer, but we need to seek His will. He wants to give us bliss in eternity. but Christ NEVER implies our earthly life will be easy OR that we should seek an easy life. Nowhere does Christ imply our life on earth will be easier!

He gives His love and asks our obedience: John 14:15 “If you love me, you will keep my commandments”

He tell us to preach the Gospel: Matthew 28:19 ‘”Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit”.

He tells us life will be difficult: John 16: 33 “These things I have spoken to you that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” This is easily done with internet, prayer, and donating to organizations that reach Muslim nations, etc.

He asks us to pray INSTEAD of hate: this helps us know better how to help: Matt 5:44 “But I say, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you!”

There is a wonderful joy in serving the One who gave His life for us, AND in knowing we help others find Christ. This is a PRIORITY with Christ!!

  • AnthonyM

Any holiday the civilized west celebrates is an opportunity for the Islamists to rape and kill. What a religion. But it is not really just a religion, but a totalitarian way of life, a death cult, whose goal is the subjugation of all peoples.

But they especially hate Christmas because Christmas is the birth of Christianity.
‘For the birth of Christ is the origin of the Christian people; and the birthday of the head is also the birthday of the body.’ – Saint Leo the Great, Pope.

  • Grandmere

Just as in WWII we broke the Enigma machine, I believe we have broken their encryption. But for the same reason we didn’t announce it, or even use it without a cover story, we are not letting them know.

  • SRN99

    Disbelieving dogs?
How about powerful pigs? Because Allah created pigs to send Muslims to hell but as food for infidels. Haha!

  • Higlac

Let’s be honest: like it or not, nuclear war is absolutely INEVITABLE. It is Mankind’s evil nature to use absolutely ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING to win at all costs.

If we Westerners don’t use them, you can be guaranteed that once they have them, North Korea, Iran, Saudi Arabia and enough others WILL use them upon whichever targets they deem important enough. Remember how again and again North Korea has been running its public mouth off with threat after threat about annihilating the United States of America as well as South Korea and perhaps Japan. Iran’s “leaders” have regularly been boasting about nuking Israel, America, the UK and even Saudi Arabia.

With such a mentality in all too many people’s skulls, it won’t take long before threats turn into action of the sort threatened. Please remember how Mankind is repeatedly described in the Bible as intrinsically evil (Genesis 8:21, Psalm 51, Jeremiah 17:9; Romans 3:10 and 3:23; St. Matthew 19:17; St. Mark 10:18; St. Luke 18:19)

[It’s mainly foreign pressure and the risk of losing aid, presumably, that have kept India and Pakistan from going to a real war repeatedly: their hate-propaganda is buttressed by their history (Hindus have neither forgotten nor forgiven that Islam murdered 80,000,000 of their people over the course of 1,400 years – the grand total for everybody {Christians, Jews and all the others} is around 275,000,000. Sooner or later one terrorist strike will take so much human life and be so brazen as to force one party’s hand, forcing the chain reaction that leads to full-scale war; and once war starts, it will be virtually impossible to ever have peace without a HUGE proportion of people being killed, mutilated, raped, pillaged, &c.]

  • Grace Ziem

One sees NO control efforts! It’s hard to think Merkle cares for German people! What precisely is her real agenda, if not opening the way for fascism?

    • Grandmere

Germany is like Chernobyl. The technicians thought they had control of the reactor even as it was heating up to the critical point. No steam, no turbine, no cooling. Boom.

  • Grace Ziem

The US has no moral or legal right to toss bombs into Germany; “your “tough talk” doesn’t come across as well thought out…

  • Grace Ziem

You are, in effect, recommending mob action. Wrongful action against wrong deeds don’t resolve anything. I know we are facing hard times, but Christ has told us these things would happen: John 16: 33 “These things I have spoken to you that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

NO where does Christ suggest killing as a response. Matt 10:28 “And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell”. Christ speaks against violence and retaliation, Micki, Matt 26:52 “ Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.”

Rather Christ tells us to pray for our enemies: Matt 5:44 “But I say, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you!”. Prayer BECAUSE this helps us learn Christ’s will in each situation, since, as we learn in Isaiah 55:8 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord.

We all need to be supportive and kind to each other, pray, witness, and remember this is not our eternal home. No, it’s not easy, but Christ’s gift wasn’t easy either. Blessings to you, Micki.

    • Micki MICKI

I don’t think the world can get out from under this crisis by turning the other cheek. Wars are fought for reasons and we have reason enough to take up the fight. If we had failed to do so during WWII what would the world be like today? The Lord helps those who help themselves. And sometimes self help includes self defense. Peace to you Grace, and stay safe.

  • Grace Ziem

No sir, we judge Islam by the Qu’ran: 9:5″ Slay the idolaters wherever you find them”. Taqyyia won’t work here, we’re not illiterate, like your prophet. You have not read the Bible , sir, so you are not qualified to comment on Biblical teachings. I encourage you to read it, IF YOU HAVE THE COURAGE!

  • Grace Ziem

And the Biblical basis for this approach is….? Your rationale for ignoring many commands by Christ is…?

  • Higlac

Nope: nobody else. Neither the Jews (who share most of the same values and morality codes with Christians) or anybody else (some Hindus may be dangerous, but those mainly choose to stay in their native country of India).

It is precisely because I believe in My Lord – and in both Hell (Purgatory) and the Lake of Fire – that I’ve not already committed suicide, that I’ve still chosen to continue on limping with this EVIL LIFE!!!!

However, we need to remember that enough “suitcase-nukes” have been smuggled into the USA already by various parties (Russians {most benign of all – we can virtually trust them now that they’ve managed via Mikhaíl Sjergjéjevich Gorbachjóv to shake off the yoke of Communism}, Chinese {more dangerous, especially as politically they’re still completely totalitarian and pledged to Marxism} and perhaps North Korea plus the Arabs), waiting to fall into evil hands. It’s extremely likely that several of them will fall into Moslem hands (especially given that we have far too many of those Untermenschen in the West as it stands) and that they’ll use them whenever they feel the moment is right. No “impenetrable Missile Defence System” can save us from what’s already here.

Thank goodness we agree on all the other points – and obviously similar measures are needed for Canada and the rest of the West. At least I don’t have to stoop down to any insults…

  • Higlac

Excellent ideas – though you need to know one thing: ALL the bacteriological and nuclear weapons are meant for NON-first-strike usage. One uses them AS IS FORCED upon us Westerners (if they use such things as they may already have – and which thanks to Pakistan, Iran and North Korea they WILL have very soon, guaranteed!!!) – not as the first option. I should have made that clearer.

As to which troops: yes, Israeli, American, Canadian and Australian troops are the ones to go for. [There already can be Moslem-sympathisers in the French and German contingents.]

  • Flame blue

Yes, fortunately Trump will be the President. That’s right, when the people have decent options on who they vote for they have the opportunity to select a sensible leader who will make the country better and defend it’s good values, and improve what needs to be rectified, and do away with stupid laws and rules that prevent the people being protected. Lucky America!

  • Grace Ziem

Where does Christ teach this? We would like it to be so, but His ways are not our ways, as He reminds us. ISIS is made up of people, not evil angels. Christ appears to these types of people regularly, but He asks us to pray for them and do our best to witness to them. Is this so hard?

His apostles did this and passed on Christ’s teaching to us: 1 Peter 5:10 “In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation”.

Why do we think the apostles should suffer and we should just let Christ do all the evangelizing? This is NEVER His message; the easy Gospel is what Satan prefers us to follow; more are condemned to hell this way, and Satan likes that. Christ hates that. Please study the Bible, as we can make eternally fatal mistakes if we think obedience is optional.

    • Higlac

St. Luke 22:35-38. There Christ Tells His Disciples to arm themselves and be prepared for events where self-defence is required.

[I know you’ll say that the whole passage was merely so you could say that He Had To Be “counted among the transgressors” – but if that alone was meant, then WHY did He Talk about money (purse, scrip) and shoes in addition to swords???]

      • Grace Ziem

Christ didn’t tell them to USE the sword;this was before His crucifixion and resurrection. The disciples didn’t have the courage they had after those events, and they needed confidence for their first evangelical trip. We have the risen Christ and His power; they didn’t yet know Him as God.

.When going to the cross, He told them: Matt 26:52 “ Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.”

God is our protection; do we trust Him so little? John 16: 33 “These things I have spoken to you that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

It is easy to think as if God can’t protect us; He wants us to be bold and trust Him in all things. Why should He give paradise to us if we can’t trust Him?

        • Higlac

It’s the idea of “living by the sword” that Christ Rightly Condemns – i.e., the idea of a lifestyle where you can end up killing anybody for any reason at any time (which Islam so effectively channels into hate for “infidels”). However (if you remember St. Luke 22:35-38), Christ NEVER Forbade us to defend ourselves; and most certainly arms have their place. He In Fact Was Saying that this specific occasion (His Arrest) was NOT the time to use them.

The idea of “spurring each other unto good deeds” is as vital to me as anything – and it’s something we ALL need, particularly when it comes to squabbling between branches and denominations. Instead of fratricidal warfare between Catholics and Protestants, Catholics and Orthodox or Orthodox and Protestants: we should be both coöperating AND striving to push each other to do more good.

    • Jerryb53

So Grace what do you want us to do? In the battle of Lecanto the Christian Soldiers went into battle with a Rosary in 1 hand and a sword in another. They defeated the Muslims who outnumbered the Christians 10-1. Mary had a direct role in that victory because of their faith. But they killed with their sword.

      • Grace Ziem

I don’t see a point in my judging soldiers for a battle in the past. Christ is very concerned with saving souls, and He appears to many Muslims. It is helpful to watch videos of Muslims who came to Christ, and see what led them there.

We can EITHER focus on military victory over Muslims or share spiritual victory to help them gain eternal life: we can’t have it both ways. Christ has commanded we love others and share the gospel with them.

We can pray and ask God to appear to them and open our eyes on ways to be a witness. We can learn about their needs and pray for them to meet Christ. They have no access to the gospel, and we can help organizations who bring the Bible to Muslim peoples.

I think so often: what would I be like if I had never heard the gospel. Islam is Satan’s plan for them and hate is Satan’s hope for us. I like disappointing Satan!

        • Jerryb53

“We can learn about their needs and pray for them to meet Christ” I don’t care about their needs. Please stop the insanity. You are talking about an enemy who wants to make the world Muslim. If we don’t stand up to them they will.

“They have no access to the gospel, and we can help organizations who bring the Bible to Muslim peoples.” They have access to the Gospels, it’s called the internet. The Muslims don’t want the Bible they have their Koran.

“We can EITHER focus on military victory over Muslims or share spiritual victory to help them gain eternal life: we can’t have it both ways” Yes we can because if we don’t have a military victory we won’t get a chance at a spiritual victory. The 2 go hand in hand.

Your heart is in the right place but your mind is confused.

          • Grace Ziem

I don’t think you can show me where any Muslim ever came to Christ using military weapons. I am sorry you don’t seem to care about Christ’s desire that to bring lost souls to Him…Your “answers” come back fast, with not much thought I can detect…..

          • Grandmere

Syria. Iraq. Egypt. Libya. Four Muslim nations where a crushingly strong military kept the peace and left the Christians alone. Now that the dictators are gone, so is the fragile peace. Why do you think women are fighting in the Nineveh Plains Protection Units?

          • Jerryb53

I think you got to cerebral with her this time. No response.

          • Grandmere

She probably stroked out when I asked her if she ate Christ’s body and drank His blood. We’ll have to wait and see.

          • Grace Ziem

This isn’t an answer to how military action brings Muslims to Christ. If you don’t care about Christ’s teachings, why respond to me? It just comes across like ego, otherwise…

          • Grandmere

It is a perfect example of military power being a means of the propagation of the gospel. It is the only acceptable use of the military for such a purpose. Forced conversions are for the Muslims, not the Christians.

          • Grace Ziem

Grand, they aren’t in uniform to “propagate the gospel”! I guess you don’t want to even try to answer Christ’s command to love your enemies. Why can’t you just admit it?

          • Grandmere

They are in uniform to protect the citizens. Without the protection of those dictators, the Christians are now being massacred. They can’t even practice their faith, much less evangelize. I am just trying to make you see some sense here.I have not one problem with Christ’s command to love my enemies. Remember those Christians in South Carolina who forgave the young man who entered their church and massacred a bunch of people. That was a good thing. But he is on trial now and could get the death penalty. And if he does, I will not recoil from his judgement. It is a shame there was no one at that church with a gun who could have defended those people.

          • Jerryb53

“I am sorry you don’t seem to care about Christ’s desire that to bring lost souls to Him..” I pray the Rosary everyday and that’s one of my intentions. My answers come back fast. What has that got to do with anything. You didn’t finish your sentence, I can detect…..What can you detect?

          • Grandmere

She detected you were a Catholic and was left utterly speechless… for about 10 whole seconds.

          • Grace Ziem

I was trying to detect some thought from you, maybe we aren’t focusing on the same thing. Does saying the Rosary put more love in your heart for lost souls?

          • Jerryb53

            Yes it does.

      • Higlac

Sorry, dear “Jerryb53”, but there’s a typo in your posting above that’s egregious. If I could alert you privately to it (spelling of a battle-site), I would do so; as it is, once it’s corrected, I’ll delete this posting.

        • Jerryb53

          I posted that it was a mistake…lol.

Have you given up so easily from trying to see this from a divine perspective: Our Father really does know best. Have you tried loving your enemy? Matt 5:44 “But I say, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you!” It actually produced much more internal peace to love than hate. Happy New Year!

    • Grandmere

We loved our enemies by dropping a couple of nukes on them in Japan. It shortened the war by two years and saved millions of lives.

      • Grace Ziem

Grand, please think about Christ’s message and what it means now, to our lives. We all are asked to continue to do that:John 14:15 “If you love me, you will keep my commandments”
How do we show our love? 1 John 3:18 “Let us stop just saying we love people; let us really love them and show it by our actions “

If you think this isn’t VERY serious stuff, read Matt 7: 20-46. I don’t want that to be you, Grand. It sure could have been me.

        • Jerryb53

Hello ACCCKKKKKMAD. What you are here to cut my head off in the name of Allah. Would you like a cup of tea before you go to work. I have Celestial teas or Lipton. By the way can you use a sharp knife it will be less painful.

          • Grace Ziem

I am not here to want your head off, why is it so hard for you to focus on what Christ is asking us to do??

          • Jerryb53

I’m focused on Jesus and Mary everyday 24/7.

          • Grace Ziem

Jesus is love; God is love. He wants us to love our enemies; Matt 5:44 “But I say, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you!”
The point is whether we try to obey Him and ask His help in doing so.

          • Jerryb53

“Pray for those who persecute you!” Yes Jesus said that. He didn’t say not to defend yourself if someone is trying to take your life.

        • Jerryb53

Grace would you defend your loved ones if they were going to be attacked by a Muslim Jihadist?

          • Grace Ziem

My loved ones aren’t the issue here; (my children are in their 40’s my parents are in heaven, as is my sister) this is a distraction from the issue of loving people, which was Walid’s point. Why is that so hard to focus on, Jerr?

          • Jerryb53

Well they are because you seem to think that any kind of defense to save a persons life is going against Jesus. So I brought up that example.

          • Grace Ziem

You keep avoiding the issue of whether you are trying to follow Christ’s command to love our enemies.

          • Jerryb53

You keep on avoiding answering my questions.

          • Grandmere

I can tell you if anyone tried to harm Maria, Walid and Ted would make sure it as a bad day at Black Rock.

        • Grandmere

Speaking of keeping His commandments, do you eat His flesh and drink His blood?

          • Grace Ziem

I follow His command in Luke 22:19: “And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.” and all the other scripture referring to communion.

          • Grandmere

I’m gonna leave you alone then. I know where you stand on the question of John 6:53

    • Jerryb53

      Grace are you a Catholic?

      • Grandmere

        You just freaked her out.

        • Jerryb53

          LOL.

    • Jerryb53

Come on Grace. So what you are saying is that we should lay down are weapons and let Islamic Terrorists chop off our heads.

      • Grace Ziem

Jerr, try to focus on what Christ is telling us. is that so hard. Please read Matthew, or any of the Gospels, carefully, for what He is asking from us.

        • Jerryb53

          Was the Crusades wrong?

          • Grace Ziem

Why all the side issues, Jerr, you keep avoiding the command to love. Why avoid Christ’s teaching?

          • Jerryb53

Was the crusades wrong? Are you a Catholic. Do you believe that Mary is the Mother of God. These are very pertinent questions to our discussion.

          • Grandmere

Were the Crusades done out of love? It goes to the heart of your argument.

  • Grandmere

She is like fingernails on a chalkboard. Irritating.

    • Jerryb53

Don’t understand people like that. According to Grace America should have let the attack on Pearl Harbor go unpunished. No physical retaliation. Oh Brother!

      • Grandmere

Yep. I already told her that Hiroshima and Nagasaki were done out of love for the enemy. Shortening the war by two years and saving millions. She knows nothing of Lepanto or the Battle of Vienna not to mention so many others. And I can tell you this, the rosary is offensive to her.

        • Jerryb53

Why do you say the Rosary is offensive to her, is she not a Catholic?

          • Grandmere

            Heck to the no!

        • Jerryb53

          I meant Lepanto. lol.

          • Grandmere

I know you did. I do that too. We all do.

          • Higlac

The Turks have funded ISIS, they have granted access to their country, they provide medical Care for wounded terrorists. The Turks are using the so called moderate Syrian opposition to topple Assad and control Syria…
