Halal food, prayer rooms, foot baths, face veils and paid time off throughout the day for Islamic prayers all at the employer’s expense could be coming to the UK. Per a report from the Human Rights and Equality Commission of Wales, the reason there are not enough Muslims employed is because of ‘discrimination’ and employers must create a ‘Muslim friendly’ working environment to combat this:
Muslims are the least likely of all faith groups in Wales to be working even though they are more likely to hold a degree and are the second largest faith group, a new report shows.
Individuals, business and the community are losing out as a result, said the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) Wales as it launched a report encouraging employers to take on more Muslim staff.
Working together is vital for community cohesion as well as good business, EHRC director Kate Bennett said.
The report, Creating a Faith-Friendly Workplace for Muslims, shows 27% of the Muslim population in Wales holds a degree, compared with 25% of the overall population, yet they are around 20% less likely to be in work.
“Muslims have the lowest employment rates of all faiths.
There is a wealth of skilled and talented people who are not effectively engaged in the Welsh workforce. Welsh organisations and businesses could benefit from this growing section of potential labour force.
“Muslim women and men can offer valuable skills to the Welsh economy.
They are younger and, far from being uneducated, are slightly more likely to have a degree than the Welsh average.”
The report says employers can consider attracting Muslim staff by providing prayer rooms, having flextime to enable staff to leave early for Friday prayers, and by serving Halal or vegetarian food in canteens.
Cultural differences, such as whether to make eye contact or shake hands, are “not about being impolite” and veils can be incorporated into work uniform, it adds.

Of course, we all know what the real reason is for why so few Muslims work in not just the UK, but all of Europe. As we and other sources have been reporting on for years, Muslims have two major problems. First, and a real problem, is that many of them are terribly unskilled. Yes, there are individual Muslims who are very skilled, but looking at the group as a whole there are simply not a lot of people who possess not only “necessary” skills, but any skill which can from an employment perspective justify a salary over that of a lower working class one.
Second, and the greater issue, is that Muslims have made it very clear they do not want to work but they want to be lazy. They would rather collect welfare benefits through fraudulent means than actually do any kind of work, even if it is low-paying, because they actually believe that other people should fund their conquest of their host civilization. This is not just with the “recent arrivals,” but crosses throughout all of the generations in varying degrees.
The problem with this latter attitude of living off of the taxpayer expense is that the money comes from people who must work, and no matter how much you tax the taxpayer, eventually there will come a point when that money runs out, and when that day comes, which it will soon any body who is a Muslim- anybody who looks like a Muslim- will be the target of the wrath of the Europeans.
